Quiet, comfortable, tastefully decorated, this apartment has a large terrace where breakfast and meals can be taken. The seaside resort of Juan les Pins is less than 1000 meters away. From the villa, a very beautiful walk by the sea will make you discover the Cap d'Antibes. The city center, less than 15 minutes on foot, is also served by a shuttle service.

Agréable logement

Aucun reproche sur le logement. Par contre ville d'Antibes trop urbanisée. Circulation automobile démente. Pratiquement pas de places de parking. Ville faite pour les vacanciers passant leur journée à la plage. Heureusement, arrière pays, côtes du Cap d'Antibes et iles de Lerins magnifiques.

Es war alles so wie beschrieben. Wir haben dort sehr schöne Tage verbracht. Die Lage des Hauses/Appartements hat uns sehr gefallen; etwas abseits vom "Trubel" und dennoch vieles gut erreichbar. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar.

Geräumige Wohnung in wunderbarer Lage

Die Wohnung in der ersten Etage eines mediterranen Hauses liegt am Cap d'Antibes in Fußentfernung vom Sandstrand de la Salis. Selbst die Innenstadt von Antibes mit seinen unzähligen Restaurants ist zu Fuß noch prima erreichbar (ca. 20 min). France und Frances sind überaus freundliche Gastgeber und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Magnifique séjour au Cap d'Antibes

Très bel appartement bien propre et typiquement méditerranéen, dans un quartier résidentiel calme, idéal pour famille car situé près de la plage. Les propriétaires sont adorables, accueillants, gentils... ils vous mettent vite à l'aise et vous vous sentez comme chez vous.

Sehr freundliche Vermieter, schöne Lage, geräumige Wohnung. Man ist zu Fuß schnell am Strand und auch in ca. 20 Minuten in der schönen Altstadt von Antibes.

Perfect beach stay

We were only there for two nights and didnt get to take advantage of the full kitchen, etc... Its centrally located to walk all over the cape. The water is beautiful. Exactly as described. We enjoyed our time there. France and Francis are very gracious hosts.

Uneingeschränkt positiv!

Die Unterkunft können wir ohne Einschränkung empfehlen. Die Bilder entsprechen der Realität - die Wohnung ist geräumig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Auf der Terrasse lässt sich hervorragend frühstücken und zu Abend essen. Einzig der Garten hat sich etwas verändert (Pool des Vermieters ist neu - nicht zur Nutzung für die Mieter, aber schön anzusehen). Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Tochter (spricht auch Englisch) wohnt mit Familie im Erdgeschoss des Hauses. Auch sie sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend - ebenso der Hund (groß, aber wirklich (sic!) harmlos). Die Lage war für uns ideal - ruhig, rd. 200 m zum Strand und zur Bushaltestelle (Richtung Innenstadt), rd. 5 Minuten zum Bäcker und zu einem kleinen Supermarkt. Zu Fuß erreicht man die Innenstadt in 15-20 Minuten.

Agréable séjour dans un appartement près de la mer

Un agréable séjour dans cet appartement situé tout près de la plage de la Salis! Appartement tout confort, tout équipé et très propre à 200m de la mer. France et Francis sont des hôtes remarquables, discrets et disponibles. Ils ont pris le temps de nous renseigner sur les bonnes adresses du coin, les lieux incontournables et les petits coins pittoresques. Un agréable séjour dans un appartement où rien ne manque. A conseiller assurément!
