A cottage near Paris

I rent a cottage of 35 m2, in my garden.The independent entrance. The neighborhood is quiet and shops are nearby. Ideal for visiting Paris and rest in peace.
There, 2 minutes, a park surrounding a large lake. You can visit a small farm, but also play tennis, jogging, fishing, sailing and enjoy the summer playground with your children of all ages.
Transport links are close by. RER C (St Michel Notre Dame, Eiffel Tower, Palace of Versailles) and the metro line 8 (Opera Bastille Opera Garnier) are 10 minutes by bus. For those who want to visit Disneyland Paris, you will be there in 35 minutes by road.
Possibility of baby equipment.

Gute Übernachtungsmöglichkeit für Paristrips

Vorteile: - genug Platz für vier - Ausstattung komplett - ruhig gelegen - schnelle RER Anbindung nach Paris - Abwicklung total problemlos Nachteile: Es sind zu Fuß über 1,5km bis zur RER Station

Das Haus im Garten bietet ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen. Es war sehr sauber und bietet bis auf eine Spülmaschine alle Annehmlichkeiten einer Ferienwohnung. Sehr ruhige Lage. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin.

Private cottage

Nice little place in a very quiet neighbourhood. No public transport at the door but lots within a 30 min walk. Host very responsive and pleasant. Cottage a little quirky but has all one needs to be comfortable, situated in a quiet back yard as a separated building.

Nice place to stay

Il s'agit d'une belle place permettant a une famille de séjourner proche de Paris. Le rer C qui est a 15-20min de marché en longeant la seine permet de se rendre aux principales attractions de Paris. Enfin la propriétaire est très agréable et facilite grandement le séjour.

A nice place to stay

Very cosy accommodation, more spacious than I expected. The landlady is very friendly and speaks english. Connection to downtown Paris with the RER C train is convenient (just not too late in the evening/night).

Parfait pour 4 ,au calme mais un peu loin de Paris

Vraiment tranquille, quartier calme, pour les points a revoir, passage dans le garage pour accéder au chalet un couloir privé serait mieux,pas de lave vaisselle et salle de bain un peu étroite surtout pour les toilettes malgré cela on à passer un bon séjour

Sehr zufrieden

Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich, die Unterkunft wie im Inserat beschrieben, sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Schöne Straße mit Familienhäusern, mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist Paris gut zu erreichen und nach einem Tag in der Stadt willkommener Rückzugsort. An Hitzerekordtagen allerdings fehlte eine Klimaanlage zum abkühlen der Unterkunft. Schlafcouch für Kinder vollkommen ausreichend, das Bett war sehr bequem. Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen.

La propriété est telle que décrite. Propre, calme et spacieuse pour Paris avec en prime un coin détente extérieur. La propriétaire est attentive et disponible. Je recommande ce havre de paix.

Chalet très confortable

J’ai passé plusieurs séjours à titre professionnel dans ce chalet bien situé et bien équipé aux portes de Paris. On s’y sent bien, presque en vacances. L’environnement est calme et l'accès au jardin est un plus indéniable. La propriétaire est à la fois disponible et discrète. Je recommande.

Accueil très agréable.

Propriétaire disponible et sympathique : nous avons été accueillis à 23h45 à cause d'un retard de vol. Merci encore et bonne continuation. Le logement est suffisamment spacieux pour des vacances et les transports en commun accessibles à pied.

A more spacious escape not far from Paris

Madam Lintanf was very nice and accommodating. It made it easier for us that she spoke English. She worked with our schedule for arrival and departure. This was our escape at the end of busy days. Thank you. We loved our week in Paris.

Ideale Unterkunft, um Paris zu erkunden und trotzdem ruhig in einem Vorort zu wohnen. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin. Man kann und sollte das Auto stehen lassen und mit Bus (182) und S-Bahn (RER C) in die Stadt fahren.

Klein aber fein

Das kleine Häuschen macht im Vergleich zu der Gegend einen sehr guten Eindruck. Das Haus ist sauber und es ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und kommunikativ. Zu Fuß ist der Bahnhof nach kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. In dieser Gegend ist es nicht gerade gemütlich aber man kann ja recht schnell in die Innenstadt mit Bus und Bahn fahren. Der Verkehr ist recht beängstigend und so gut wie jedes Auto dem Totalschaden nah (anscheinend ist das so in Paris). Die Parksituation ist nicht so gut an der Straße. Wir haben das Auto am ersten Tag abgestellt und die erst am Abreisetag wieder wegbewegt. Ein perfektes, gutes und günstiges Ferienhaus um ein paar Tage Urlaub in Paris zu verbringen. Wir waren mit zwei kleineren Kindern zu Besuch und haben uns gut zurecht gefunden und wohl gefühlt. Im Großen und ganzen ist es nur weiterzuempfehlen.

komfortables, ruhiges und sauberes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist einfach, aber es hat alles was man benötigt um einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in der Nähe von Paris zu haben. Vermieterin ist sehr nett und offen für Fragen. Zur RER, um nach Paris zu gelangen, muss man ca. 20 Minuten laufen. Supermarkt, Boulangerie in der Nähe.
