Bay Front Oasis

Our sun-drenched home is tastefully furnished and has wall-to-wall windows facing the water. A four bedroom/four bathroom house that sleeps up to 10 people. Open kitchen featuring a Viking gas stove, wine refrigerator and Nespresso machine stocked with pods. The expansive living area has a 55in flat screen TV & Sonos music and leads to the relaxing patio overlooking the bay. The sunny dining room with large rustic table has a wall of windows to enjoy your meals with a spectacular view. There is a second refrigerator in the garage to store beverages and overflow groceries.

Three bedrooms offer a private balcony and the master includes an extra sitting room. The master and junior master bedrooms feature en suite bathrooms and the quadruple bunk and queen bed room share a bathroom. The junior master bathroom and first floor powder room will be newly renovated by summer 2024 (stay tuned for pics).

With a private dock and direct access to the bay, there are endless ideas for fun activities including swimming, fishing, paddleboard, kayak and the chance to catch crabs from the dock. A pair of SUP and a kayak are available for your use. Watch your kids enjoy it all on the L-shaped outdoor couch on the back deck! Dine al fresco at the teak table that seats 8 later in the day. The beach is only a 5min walk (0.2 miles) with a traffic light to cross the boulevard and you can drop in at Agnello's Market on the way for a drink, snack or lunch. An oversized outdoor shower with dual spray heads awaits your return. This is the perfect retreat to create unforgettable memories.

We can not say enough good things about XV Cedars. The entire experience was 5 stars. There were so many delightful surprises in this home. By far the most exquisite VRBO experience we have ever had. We loved it and can not wait to return.

Amazing LBI house!!

I found this house after a last minute change of plans and it was the best thing that could've happened to me... fortunately the owners still had a week open. The location is a perfect Harvey Cedars spot, sitting right on the bay with a private dock and a short bike ride/or walk away from the beach. The furniture is cozy, both outside on the decks & inside (comfortable beds are a key to a happy vacation in my mind). Having an outdoor shower and the garage for an easy in and out to the beach was perfect and being able to enjoy a drink on the back of the house or the upper deck while the kids jumped in the bay with the kayak or a paddle board while was a nice touch. The house comes with bikes, a kayak, a new paddle board, beach chairs, umbrellas, a cart, beach toys and many more "bonus items" to list, the kitchen was fully stocked and it definitely had everything we needed for an amazing stay. The owners were always a text away and were very accommodating and responsive. Leo

Great house! Great location!

Easy access to the beach with a short walk. Home included beach chairs and everything we needed. We had a great time in the bay on the stand up paddle board and kayak.

Beach Vacation at XV Cedars

My family and I had an excellent time at XV Cedars! There were six of us there and the house suited us perfectly. The location is excellent - a short walk to the beach or across the way to the Marina to rent paddle boards. The home is bright and sunny and very pleasant. The furnishings are great and there are many thoughtful touches - down to hampers in each closet and toothbrush holders. The availability of beach chairs and a beach cart, as well as bicycles, boogie boards and sand toys made things so easy. Lucy is so accommodating and helpful and a truly gracious hostess. I would recommend this rental property whole-heartedly.

Visiting from the Outer Banks of NC with family and friends for XMAS

We stayed at XV Cedars for two weeks in December in order to be close to family and friends during the holidays. Found the offering on line in November and after reviewing many rentals on Long Beach Island we concluded that this home had everything that we were looking for. And it did not disappoint. To begin, the owners are simply so gracious and accommodating that we didn't want to leave. The home is on the water with a beautiful view and the interior furnishings and cleanliness we outstanding. The rooms we well laid out and the bedrooms gorgeous. Having to be there during XMAS and wanting to have a small Christmas tree present when our two year old grandson, visiting from Denver woke, Lucy informed us that there was a stand in the garage along with a tree blanket. Everything in the house was available to the renters including bikes, small boat, etc. Although we were there in the winter and not able to use all of the features available I would conclude that this home would be a great summer rental. Just can't recommend it enough.

Wonderful vacation home!

What a beautiful home to stay in on LBI! The house is VERY spacious and well-equipped and the owner's were wonderful to work with. Staying on the bay is awesome and we couldn't have had a more wonderful visit. One of my favorite things about this home was the HUGE and beautiful outdoor shower! At the end of every beach day, returning with three SANDY children, it was so nice and easy to put all three of them in the shower together and get them washed, shampooed and ready for the evening. A mom's dream! :) Thanks so much for everything Lucy!

Beautiful Vacation Home

Pictures don't do this house justice. It is simply gorgeous! So very well-appointed, spacious, super CLEAN and felt like home. This house sits on the bay and the views are stunning! The kids loved crabbing, canoeing and just watching the various boats come up and down the bay. The inside of the house is great too... lots of space for hanging out. And the kitchen...oh, it was great! I'm a cook and the kitchen was one of the best surprises for me as it was very well stocked. I packed my own pots and a few utensils and didn't need them---the owners had everything! I also really loved how you can retreat to your bedroom and still enjoy the outdoors because every bedroom has a deck. This house is simply gorgeous and the owners are so very accommodating, responsive and friendly. This is a great house for everyone--- a family, a girls trip or a romantic getaway for two. Definitely the best vacation home in the area---We can't wait to go back!

Excellent Vacation Home

Based on the pictures, we expected the house to be good...it was excellent. The house is well-appointed, spacious, and all the conveniences/comforts of home. It has the calmness of the bay and a quick 5 minute walk to the beach, with friendly Bill's Surf and Tackle shop in between. The views are spectacular and the configuration of the house provides plenty of space, whether hanging out in common areas or retreating to quiet bedrooms. The owner is hospitable and friendly.

Wonderful House

My family really enjoyed this house. The location is right on the bay, my kids loved swimming,crabbing and fishing right off the dock. Great outside gathering space. The house is furnished very nicely and the the kitchen is modern and well equipped.The Master bedroom is very large including a sitting room and deck - the views are fantastic. The other bedrooms are all spacious. The owner is very responsive and friendly. We look forward to going back.

We've been coming to LBI for years and LOVE it. We simply love the casual, family oriented atmosphere coupled with the most pristine beaches available in the northeast.

Why they chose this property

The proximity to the beach with a stop light on the boulevard and wide open views from both the wide lagoon in the back and open field in the front makes this house perfect for a peaceful summer retreat. We love the calm of the bay and all the activities that you can only get being on the water.
