A QUICK LOOK AT OUR LOCATION:
• Short walk to Starbucks, Walmart, or the grocery store.

• 5-minute walk South to Historic town of Frisco: great eateries, lots of fun shops, a micro-brewery, the famous Log Cabin Restaurant, and much more.

• Short drive to four world-class Summit County Ski Areas: Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, A-Basin or Keystone. Vail and Loveland are close by as well.

• A short walk to a super convenient free Summit County shuttle that will drop you off at the base of the resorts (we frequently choose this option rather than driving ourselves).

• Right out the door is the Frisco bike path. This path extends to Keystone, Breckenridge, and Copper Mountain. All resorts have lots of fun things to do in the summer as well as the winter.

• 5-minute drive to Frisco Nordic Center for Tubing, Cross Country skiing, snowshoeing, and dinner sleigh rides!

• 7 minutes away is the Outlet Mall at Silverthorne.

OTHER INTERESTS...

Close to fishing, hiking, biking, rock climbing, or boating Frisco has that too!

If you like history and want to learn about an old mining town Frisco also has a wonderful museum with ten vintage buildings from the old town. This is both educational and great fun for kids and adults.

Mount Royal is a great climb with a view that overlooks all of Frisco, Summit County, and Lake Dillon.

Many locals enjoy fishing right where the creek enters Lake Dillon Reservoir. Fishing guide services are available in Frisco and they have all the gear and knowledge you will need to create a great fishing day!

The Frisco Marina offers boat rentals of all types. Our favorite is to rent a pontoon boat and cruise the entire reservoir and enjoy lunch at either the Frisco or Dillon Marina. The Blue River which flows south from Breckenridge enters into the Dillon Reservoir and is a top 10 trout stream!

To find out about all of the great activities you can check the Summit Daily News or the websites for Frisco, Copper, or Breckenridge.

Awesome house in Frisco
My friends and I came for MLK Day weekend. We had a great time skiing during the day and utilizing the hot tub and billiards in the evenings. Everything was great! The house was very homie and conveniently tucked away, but right off the main street. Communication was good and the house is as described!

Great location!
Overall the location is prime for going to all the nearby ski resorts. We went to Copper & Breck. There were a handful of maintenance things that needed addressed, the driveway was icy & the garage was too small to park the suburban or truck we traveled with. It was not ideal to bring our dogs as it was difficult to take them out to potty with the several feet of snow/ice surrounding the house. The beds were comfortable but other furniture needs updated. The layout of the house is nice for larger groups but has minimal storage space to put luggage or groceries. Overall a nice place but could spend similar cost to stay on the resort next time.

Great Place for our Family Ski Trip
Frisco is central everywhere in the Summit, and this house is just off HWY 9 and an easy walk to the downtown. Close to Safeway/Walmart and all the ski rental places. There is ski storage in the garage, enough for all 12 pr of skis, and boot storage in the entry way. Our boots stayed very warm and dry in the closet, no need to take to the room. All the rooms were comfortable, had great storage, & all bathrooms were updated. Kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed, enough for the 12 staying to all eat at the same time, lots of extra chairs for the dining table. We enjoyed the NEW hot tub immensely, the downstairs fireplace was especially warm and great after tubbing! We cooked in every night, stored our beverages on the deck (nice and cold out there), our dog was happy, we played games, had lots of spaces to spread out to. Ideal for a family trip, and not ungodly expensive. Owners very responsive to messages, and helpful.

Clean, convenient Frisco home
Our group of 5 enjoyed our stay for a ski weekend. The home was spotlessly clean and very well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The location was great for shopping, dining, and mountain access. We enjoyed the private hot tub as well as the pool/ping pong table. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazingly Located Must Stay for Multi-Mountain Skiing !!!!
If you are planning on skiing Vail, Beaver, Breck, Keystone there is no better centrally located house to stay at than this one. Literally a stone-throw from the interstate makes it super easy to drive and ski multiple locations. House was very well equipped, comfortable and the hot tub for apre-ski is fantastic !!!! AAA+++ and the communication with the owners was excellent. Very nice people, very nice house, highly recommended.

Great 4 Days Skiing and Being Together
The location and layout of the house was ideal for our family. Questions to the owners were quickly answered. Kitchen was well equipped and dining table handled 10 people eating together. Garage handles 2 smaller cars (or 1 large SUV) with 2 cars in the drive. We left additional vehicles at nearby Walmart. Hope to stay here again!

Perfect Thanksgiving for our family
This house had the perfect layout for everyone. Enough bedrooms for all. The rec room in the basement was great and several used the hot tub on different nights. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and all the baking and cooking supplies we needed. Enough towels and plenty of bathrooms for all. It was nice being so close to all the amenities yet when you look out the back windows or stood on the deck you were treated to the snowy mountains and beautiful trees. I would highly recommend this home and working with Randy was great. He's very conscientious and was super to work with.

40th Wedding Anniversary Family Gathering
Very good property in nice location in Frisco. We had 7 adults, 3 kids under 5 and 2 dogs. The family with the 3 kids stayed in basement area, with 2 beds and 1 bath, worked out great for them. The adults could stay upstairs and on deck while kids slept. Kitchen was well stocked. We we able to get 2 cars(Rav4 and Honda Mini Van) in garage and 2 larger vehicles on driveway. We were able to walk to town, 15min. Everyone thought it was good gathering spot.

We throughly enjoyed our stay - Randy was incredibly helpful with pre-planning as well as available for anything else that came up. The unit was clean, well-stocked, and had everything we needed. The hot tub was nice, pool table/ping pong was a fun addition, and all of the bedrooms were comfortable. We will certainly be back next year!

Family reunion
We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary with our 3 children and their families. It was a great experience for all of us. The house was big enough to allow us all to have our own space. The kitchen made cooking meals easy with all the amenities we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The location was central to all of the activities that we wanted to do. We would definitely revisit or highly recommend this property.

Wonderful home in Frisco
I spent a weekend at this home and it was a fantastic experience. Randy, the owner, was great. He was very responsive and let us check in early as one in our party was unable to ski on the day we checked in. The home was clean, comfortable, easy to find, and had everything we needed. The views from the hot tub were amazing. We plan on coming back again soon!

Outstanding!
At the very last minute we booked this property for a two week rental in September to evacuate from the California wildfires and smoke. We could not have been happier with the outcome! Randy was incredibly easy to deal with and accommodating. When we arrived, the property was clean and tidy, and the hot tub was ready to go! The house is right off the Frisco bike path, and you can easily walk to town for shopping and food. The town of Frisco is centrally located to all of Summit County and has every outdoor sport you could want. This part of Colorado is spectacular and does not disappoint! Inside the house, there is plenty of space across three levels, there is pool, ping pong, and tons of games for kids and families. You can't go wrong - this house is a find. We will be back!

Frisco family getaway
The house exceeded our expectations. It was perfect for us, our kids and grandkids. The neighborhood was very nice and private yet so close to a biking/walking trail to shops and restaurants. The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and very organized. Ping pong table was fun. Younger kids enjoyed the variety of children’s books for bedtime stories. Great time!

Mom and Dad met in Denver and spent much of their 20s skiing in the mountains of Summit County! Both loved the ski slopes near-by and the hikes, rivers, streams, and lakes. They moved east to Charlottesville, Virginia shortly after getting married which is where we were raised. Our father spent 45 years as a Professor of Physiology at the University of Virginia and our mother still lives and practices dental hygiene in Charlottesville. Year after year our family has come back to vacation and enjoy the beauty of Colorado. Ultimately, our parents bought their own mountain home to enjoy Colorado and our family in all seasons. Whether it is skiing in the powder, summer-time hikes and picnics, lunch at the Lake Dillon Marina or enjoying downtown Frisco, this mountain home is their legacy for their children and grandchildren to enjoy. We welcome you to come and visit and find the joy and spirit that exists in the beautiful historic town of Frisco and the mountains of Colorado!

Why they chose this property

Superb Location with amazing views! Wonderful open floor plan. Lots of space (3 levels including hot tub and pool table) make this a 3 generation destination. Great family place that is centrally located to tons of year round activities: hiking, biking, fishing, boating and golfing, as well as skiing, ice fishing, tubing, and snowshoeing there is something for every outdoor enthusiast! Great shopping and restaurants close by!
