What We Provide:
The unit is fully furnished with all the appliances and utensils we believe are necessary for daily living. It also includes bedspreads, linens, blankets, bath towels, and beach towels. For your convenience, initial set-up/starter supplies, such as hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, trash bags, and some toiletries are supplied. Note that our vacation rental properties are “self-catering” accommodations and the “starter supply” is intended to help you get started and not intended to last your entire stay. We do not supply more than the initial supply to the property, and depending on the length of your stay, you may have to purchase some additional supplies.

Cleaning:
A departure housekeeping fee is included in your rental payment, and the unit will be cleaned after your departure. Our housekeeping standards and cleaning procedures are in line with CDC guidelines, including sanitizing high-touch surfaces and the use of bleach-based cleaning solutions.

Early Check-Ins & Late Check-Outs:
We will notify you if your unit is ready before our standard 4 PM check-in time. If you would like a guaranteed early check-in, you will need to rent an additional night. Check-out time is 10 AM, and we are unable to offer later check-outs as we need the time to prepare the unit for the next guest.
