ideal location for this studio cabin south of 4 people on the 1st floor of a small co-ownership with elevator located 100 m from the beach, thalasso and shops of the district lajarrige: terrace with garden furniture, kitchen, TV, Murphy bed 180x140, two bunk beds, bathroom with heated towel rail, separate WC, cellar, bike room and windsurfing.

Les photos trompeuses.

La propriétaire est charmante et sympathique. Toutes fois, sur les photos de cette cabine de bateau (vu la taille) ça à l'air très bien, puisque l'on y voit deux lits superposés (80 cm) qui en fait sont dans un étroit couloir. Le lit principal (un canapé clic-clac assez inconfortable) est dans une pièce (environ 3X4m) qui sert de cuisine, salon, salle à manger et par là même de chambre. Le plus grand espace est le balcon, fort heureusement comme il n'a pas plu on y a vécu les repas, car la table intérieure est très petite et il n'y a que trois chaises assez encombrantes. La vaisselle est succincte et âgée, les casseroles sont dans un état déplorable. La table du balcon est tachée par la moisissure. Il n'y a pas assez de rangement pour les bagages et les vêtements. Ce studio pourrait convenir pour deux personnes à condition de revoir l'équipement de couchage et remplacer les lits superposés par un placard. La salle de bain est très petite et donc la baignoire n'a aucune utilité et une douche serait beaucoup plus pratique. L'idéal serait que la salle de bain et les WC et soient réunis, car dans ces derniers il y a beaucoup d'espace perdu. L'emplacement est parfait, plage et rue commerçante à proximité dans une rue très calme, environnement végétal magnifique. Même en pleine époque de vacances on trouve de la place pour la voiture. Un gros réaménagement serait nécessaire pour rendre ce petit logement paradisiaque pour deux personnes.

Emplacement top

Bel appartement dans petite residence. Petit mais avec une belle terrasse ombragée pour prendre ses repas. Emplacement idéal près de la plage et des commerces. Clic clac neuf dans le séjour, propriétaire agréable. Je recommande sans réserve.
