Gold Medal Parisian Experience!

Many thanks to Karine and her family for sharing their beautiful home with us! The apartment could not have been more perfect for our week in Paris for the Olympics. It was perfectly located near metro and train stations. Plus, we could walk to the more famous Parisian sites while still being far enough away from the tourist center so that we were able to enjoy a nice quiet neighborhood vibe. Paris did an awesome job hosting the games and everyone was so nice. Merci!

LOVELY PROPERTY

We stayed here for 5 nights at the end of July. The property is great and the owner is very responsive and easy to work with. We took the train from London and the train station was only a 10 minute walk to the flat. The apartment offers 3 bedrooms which gave my family of 5 plenty of room. Not speaking French at all required a little more patience figuring out all of the requirements of the apartment but that only added to the charm. Coming from the states we wanted to stay in neighborhood that offered a variety of restaurants and bakeries and this is exactly what we got. Thanks Karine for a great stay. We would stay here again without a doubt.

Très bel appartement confortable bien situé, grands volumes, décoré avec gout et modernité.Un must!

Louer un appartement privé commence par un contact avec son propriétaire et quelques démarches à entreprendre. Karine est une personne charmante, souriante et réactive. Un simple échange avec elle au téléphone suffit à vous convaincre d'avoir fait le bon choix. Les démarches sont aisées et l'appartement correspond parfaitement à la description et aux quelques photos jointes à l'annonce. Ce qui n'est pas décrit dans cette présentation, c'est le coté tendance et chaleureux de l'endroit et le fait que l'on se sente à l'aise dans ces volumes dès l'entrée dans les lieux; Tout est en place, fonctionnel et parfait pour 6 personnes. Les propriétaires ont du gout et du savoir vivre et nous les remercions pour les petits gestes d'attention et de bienvenue. Le quartier est idéal pour visiter Paris, avec une ballade à pied de 10 minutes pour le musée du Louvre, et des stations de métro à moins de 3 minutes qui vous conduisent en 2 à 3 stations, à la tour Eiffel ou aux champs Elysées. Le parking situé deux rue plus loin est un plus qui évite les contraventions pour stationnement. Le quartier est vivant et grouille de brasserie parisiennes et commerces. Enfin les grands boulevards sont à deux pas. Bref, un bien bel endroit pour une famille entière, nous y retournerons.

October half term break

This apartment is fantastic! When we walked in through the front door we were all blown away by it. It is very beautiful and very French. The pictures on the website (although lovely) do not do it justice. We (me, my husband and our 2 children-8 and 6- and husband's parents) stayed for 5 night's but could have happily stayed there a lot longer. It is ideally situated for getting around Paris. A stones throw from the Metro and an easy walk to a lot of iconic locations. There are lots of lovely places to eat and places to buy food all less than a minute away. Karine and her family had kindly left us a bottle of wine and there is a jar full of suggestions of lovely places to eat. I cannot recommend this apartment enough. It is stunning and we felt extremely comfortable there. Many thanks!

Juste parfait!!!

Nous avons trouvé l'appartement idéal pour passer un séjour magnifique dans notre belle capitale. Il se situe dans un quartier dynamique, très bien desservi par les transports en commun, il est très confortablement équipé, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, très calme et d'une propreté impeccable. Nous en avons été complétement satisfaits et le recommandons vivement. L'accueil y est chaleureux et convivial, nous avons été heureux d'y passer de bons moments de détente avec nos 3 enfants !

Le descriptif est conforme à l'annonce. Appartement très agréable et de bon goût. Facile à vivre, situation parfaite pour visites. Pour ceux qui viennent en voiture, le parking est un vrai plus dans ce quartier. Métro très proche. La rue des Martyrs offre un choix gourmand. Les relations par mail avec la propriétaire sont rapides et efficaces. Nous reviendrons.

Très bien situé, Grande Appartement

Ma famille a passé un merveilleux séjour dans cet appartement. Nous avions trois adultes, quatre adolescents et il y avait beaucoup de place pour tout le monde. L'appartement est très propre et joliment décoré. Nous avons apprécié le quartier qui se composait de boulangeries, les kiosques de fruits, des épiceries, des restaurants et de belles boutiques. L'appartement était situé au centre avec un accès facile à la station de métro et les taxis. Nous avons voyagé aux États-Unis et Karine était très souple, adapté et réalisé l'ensemble du processus très simple. Je recommande vivement cet appartement et ne manquerai pas de le louer pour notre prochain séjour à Paris.

Excellent séjour!

Nous avons eu l occasion de séjourner au sein de cet appartement pour les fêtes de Noël. L appartement est parfaitement situé - métros, commerces de qualité à proximité etc...il correspond parfaitement à la description et est ultra silencieux. Il est également très spacieux ce qui est très agréable et très rare pour Paris intramuros!l appartement a été laisse en parfait état à notre arrivée et toutes les pièces avaient été nettoyées. Bref, nous vous recommandons vivement cet appartement qui nous a séduit au plus haut point!

Sejour tres agreable

Tres bel appartement typiquement parisien, decoration soignee, on se sent chez des amis, quartier sans nuisance facile pour le shopping dans les grands magasins. Salon tres agreable, lumineux et spacieux pour se reposer apres une journee de marche. La creperie en bas est a recommende accueil tres sympa, les nouilles vivantes en face a eviter malgre la queue. Choix correct de commerce de bouche a 10min meme en ete. Bon accueil.
