Quinta de Fundevila - Completely restored house in a very quiet area just 100 meters from the center of Arco de Baúlhe village.

It has two suites. A suite with large double bed, wardrobe, bedside table and TV. One suite with two single beds, wardrobe and bedside table.
It has three full bathrooms.
We offer allergenic bed and bath linen.

House / Villa 4 rooms, 2 suites, 3 bathrooms, kitchen / dining room, living room, balcony, swimming pool and barbecue.

Washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, 2 TV with 80 channels, Wi fi.

Magnificant house

The house was perfect. Big, a lot of comfort. Terrasses outside on different places. Delicious swimmingpool. Regina and Alberto are perfect hosts. Regina came evey evening to our house to ask if we needed something or if we wanted advice about restaurants, beautiful places to go to. Every time she brought something with her. A bottle of whine, sweets, strawberries. Thanks for your hospitality Regina and Alberto. We hope to come back some day!!

A estadia foi excelente, os anfitriões são super, super boas pessoas. A casa, é lindíssima e super confortável, tem tudo que é necessário. A zona exterior é única já para não falar do resto da quinta. A casa é muito melhor que as fotografias apresentam. Foi uma estadia a repetir.

Uma estadia para guardar na memória...

A casa, de pedra rústica, alia espaços interiores amplos e aconchegantes, com todas as comodidades que se possam desejar, a um pátio cuidadosamente resguardado dos olhares alheios, onde sobressai uma convidativa piscina, espreguiçadeiras e um recanto com almofadas, que convidam ao devaneio. Todo o conjunto denota, nos mais pequenos pormenores, o gosto da anfitriã, D. Regina, pela beleza e o respeito pelas memórias dos familiares que ali habitaram. O carinho e cuidado com que nos tratou, não têm preço. Junte-se a tudo isto a posição geográfica privilegiada da Quinta de Fundevila, que permite passear pelas formosas terras quer do Minho quer de Trás os Montes e o resultado não pode deixar de ser uns dias inesquecíveis. vacances 2021

C'est la seconde fois que nous réservons chez Maria Régina, certainement pas la dernière. Nous sommes une famille de 5 personnes avec 3 enfants de 5, 9 et 12 ans. Maison toute équipée, parfaite pour une famille, au calme, accès autoroute et magasin très proche. Et que dire de Maria Regina et son Mari, si ce n'est que se sont de merveilleuses personnes toujours à l'écoute, toujours là pour vous offrir leurs fruits frais( avec une touche de déco). Les photos parlent d'elles meme. Je vous conseil fortement cette location. Encore merci Maria Regina et à bientôt sans doute.

Super endroit

Merci Régine et Alberto! Si vous cherchez la perfection, elle est là. La maison est merveilleuse et les propriétaires tout autant. Ils sont de très bons conseils et remplis d'attentions envers leurs hôtes. La maison est idéalement située pour visiter une région si riche en découvertes. Nous reviendrons c'est certain. Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans la très agréable maison de Maria Régina et d'Alberto. Tout y est parfait, la beauté du lieu et surtout la gentillesse de nos hôtes très attentionnés. Tout est fait pour que l'on se sente bien. La maison est aussi très bien située pour visiter la région. Merci infiniment à Maria Régina et Alberto pour leur accueil ! les hôtes les plus attentionnés jamais vu !

nous avons passé deux semaines très agréables à Arco de Baulhe, dans le magnifique gîte de Regina et Alberto. Ce sont des hôtes extrêmement accueillants, nous avons eu droit chaque jour à une petite attention (légumes et fruits du jardin, dessert préparé, vin etc...). Le lieu est superbe et stratégiquement situé à 3 km de l'autoroute, ce qui permet toutes les excursions dans la région. Il y a également l'Ecopista, un itinéraire de 40km réservé aux cyclistes et piétons, dont on peut profiter grâce aux VTT (en parfait état) mis à disposition. Nous tenons à remercier encore une fois Regina et Alberto ! Emmanuelle, Gaëtan et Charlotte de Belgique

AUTHENTICITÉ

Nous avons posé nos bagages dans cette maison authentique où Régina et Alberto ont su conserver son âme tout en lui donnant tout le confort necessaire. C'est avec chaleur et gentillesse que nos hôtes nous ont conseillé sur les visites, les restaurants...la mise à disposition des vélos nous a permis de sillonner une partie de l'Ecopista entre Arco et Amarante au milieu des vignes et villages. Des attentions tout au long de notre séjour, une veille discrète pour que tout se passe bien, une belle région où vous profiterez de la culture, de l'histoire et des paysages sans oublier la gentillesse des portugais. Alors, n'hésitez plus et venez découvrir la Quinta de Fundevila !

Wonderful holidays

Fundevila is recently renewed house, excellently equipped, very convenient and arranged in a really stylish way. It is very well located as a part of the vineyard, in the small town and not far form the motorway. It is ideal place to explore northern Portugal. The big advantage are the bikes available at the house. You can take a ride on 30 km long, scenic bike path arranged along an old train route. But a real gem are the owners of the house: Maria and Alberto. We are frequently furnished with the fresh fruit, vegetables, home-made cakes and other sweets. They explained to us the history of the house and gave us lot of advice on the interesting places to visit, restaurants etc. They stayed in the separate house nearby so we had full privacy all the time. I was renting many summer houses in the past all over Europe but I have never been confronted with such enormous hospitality. Maria and Albert, thank you very much for wonderful holidays!

Zeer mooie en leuke vakantiewoning

Zeer mooie vakantiewoning met heel veel liefde en stijl ingericht. We werden in de watten gelegd met lekker fruit en groenten uit eigen tuin. De eigenaars stonden ook altijd klaar met advies over de streek zonder opdringerig over te komen. We kregen ook 5 gloednieuwe fietsen ter beschikking om het supermooie fietspad langs een oude treinroute te doen. Een echte aanrader!!!
