Beautiful Bordeaux

Wonderful apartment with a lovely garden. All needed facilities what you can think off are at your disposal. Situated very close to the public transportation. Good contact with the very friendly owners. We had a great stay!!

Beautiful home right just outside Bordeaux

Great space for my husband & me with plenty of room & beautiful back yard. Only 2 blocks from Tram which takes you easily into Bordeaux city center. Everything we could need & more in the well appointed kitchen. Owner was wonderful with good written instructions when we arrived and went over things we might need to know how to operate. We would definitely stay here again.

Made a great decision to rent here

It was as advertised and pictures were accurate. We were met at property and given a tour… As we are particular about cooking , the kitchen was as it looked in photos. New and clean and top end appliances. Nespresso, induction range, Double ovens. Having back yard was a must and it didn’t disappoint. A/c in three rooms and fantastic. If you like to walk a city, perfect location.1.5 km walk to start of the action. Great grocery store 2 min walk away.

Unvergesslich schöner Urlaub

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft direkt vom Vermieter. Das Haus bietet jeden Komfort, eine schöne Terrasse und einen noch schöneren Garten. Die Lage ist perfekt. Wir kommen wieder!

Très bon séjour à Bordeaux

Cécile nous a accueillis très chaleureusement et a pris le temps de nous donner toutes les informations dont nous avions besoin. L'appartement est très agréable, bien décoré et les baies vitrées donnant sur le joli jardin donne beaucoup de luminosité à la pièce principale et permet de profiter pleinement de l'environnement végétal. Nous avons constaté que l'appartement gardait beaucoup de fraîcheur malgré la canicule du dehors. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter Bordeaux dans de bonnes conditions : en effet, l'arrêt du tram est tout proche. Ce qui nous a permis de sillonner la ville sans avoir besoin de prendre la voiture. La rue est peu passante donc l'appartement est très calme. Bref, nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous remercions notre hôte pour son accueil.

La situation de cette propriété est très bien située, dans un quartier calme, mais très proche pour aller au centre de Bordeaux par le tram. La propriété est bien agréable et la climatisation a été très appréciée

Maison très agréable

Maison bien agencée et très bien située à quelques minutes d'un arrêt de tram. Nous étions à Talence en pleine période caniculaire, nous avons particulièrement apprécié la climatisation et surtout le SPA.

COMFORTABLE WONING MET JACUZZI DICHT BIJ STAD BORDEAUX EN KLEINE RING

Deze woning voldeed aan onze verwachtingen , mooie terras met luifel , zicht op de tuin met een ruime jacuzi. zeer goed ingerichte keuken , afwasmachine , oven , wasmachine , frigo en diepvries en alle apparatuur broodrooster fruitpers... voor wie wil koken. Mooie living met grote tv , ruim bed , goed ingerichte badkamer met ruime douche en bad en overal air-co. Rustige omgeving. Juist naast tramlijn 2 , waar je direct naar het centrum kunt , een ruime supermarkt op 500 meter. Goed contact met een vriendelijke eigenares. Een adres dat wij zeker nog zullen nemen als wij in Bordeaux of omstreken zijn.

Excellent séjour

Excellentes prestations. La maison est très agréable à vivre, très bien équipée, très confortable. Proche du tram et du centre de Bordeaux et au centre du bordelais, région magnifique, semée de magnifiques châteaux et de vignobles célèbres et l'océan a proximité ! Et merci enfin à la propriétaire des lieux pour sa gentillesse et la qualité de son accueil.
