Perfect Spring Break Get A Way!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property! The house was impeccably clean, beautifully stocked with everything we could possibly need, and made for the perfect getaway. The property management team was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay.What truly set this experience apart was the outstanding customer service—we accidentally left behind some personal items, and they went above and beyond to recover them and ship them back to us! That level of care and attention is rare, and we are so grateful.We can’t wait to visit again and would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a stress-free, comfortable, and well-managed stay!

Abaco Pearl Cottage is our new favorite rental by far. The rooms are perfectly located on the first floor, which makes suitcases a breeze. The kitchen had a little bit of a musty smell but it wasn't a big deal. The multiple patios, pool, and location of the beach were perfect. My son loved the park that was a stone's throw away and the green space that adorned the front lawn. We had the pool heated every day and it was something that elevated the experience in the cool winter days and nights. There are very few negatives that I can think of. The kitchen smell and lack of outlets are one. Also, the carriage entrance is accessed by walking through your exclusive pool area, so, that was a little odd. Lastly, if the owners could consider installing blinds on the french doors to the pool for privacy. Some people were checking into the carriage house and we felt violated when they looked right at us in our pajamas in the hallway outside of the bedrooms. Easy fix, but there needs to be some sort of privacy drape or blind on those doors. We can not wait to stay here again with family and rent the carriage house along with it. It is truly idyllic and well laid out.

Beautiful Home - 45 second Bike Ride from the Beach!!

I have almost nothing critical to say about this and we'd stay there again for sure, but I like to do a thorough review as if I owned it to continually make improvements. PROS:*This house has the most PERFECT location. You can walk to Rosemary and the Beach, or bike there. We timed biking "home" and it was only 45 seconds from the beach! No ocean views in the home, but you're very close. *Beds were quite comfortable and the upstairs living area/kitchen was gorgeous and spacious. Lots of room to "live." *Four Bikes were great and seemed brand new! Easy to use and lock-up!*We were given 4 trash bags and 8 dishwasher pods and laundry soap, which was amazing and kind. Some units we've stayed in gave us ONE trash bag, but then required daily trash to be taken out, or ONE dishwasher pod, but how could we do dishes then? Having paper-towels, toilet paper, and these basic amenities were awesome! *Ambient music was playing when we walked in and it set the mood. :) CONS: (None that would make me not stay here). *TV Remote was super hard to use even just to find apps or your normal TV, would have loved an instructional note. *Front, Left Stove Top Burner didn't lite.*Garage parking was very tiny, so larger vehicles (larger than a Jeep Grand Cherokee) will have to use the one parking pass for street parking. *Bedrooms are small and the Bunk Room is TINY. Bathroom in Bunk room was almost too small for an adult to shower in. Our young, but tall teenage made due, but it was less than comfortable. *Laundry Room was also quite tiny and on the non-living space floor upstairs. The doors were on backwards so it's a "chore" to do laundry, but the machines worked well and are clean. *Pool was heated, but only to 87 degrees. It would have been unusable in February temps without that. Glad we paid for it, but wish it could have been heated warmer!

The living/kitchen area is very large and comfortable. The location of the house is perfect to the beach and town, we enjoyed being able to walk to both. We used the bikes for a long bike ride up the coast. The only drawback is the bedroom with the bunk beds is very small and really only fits one adult. The shower in this room does not accommodate an adult well. Otherwise, we really enjoyed this property, and the management company was wonderful and very easy to work with.

We had a lot of knatts flying around in the house this year. The downstairs grill is a wreck! It should be replaced. All in all we like this house. Renter beware, the bunk room is tiny and that bathroom is very, very small. That shower is really too small even for a child.

Beach getaway

The pool was not working until the last morning of our stay and was frankly disgusting; there was a nasty film on top of the water that actually had a foul odor until the cleaning was done Sunday morning as we were getting ready to leave. The grill was very cheap and hardly worked making our Saturday night grilling plans impossible. Finally, there was a massive construction project happening in back of our unit with workers looking into our unit even over the weekend making things uncomfortable. While the beach was beautiful these accommodations were not at all as advertised.

Great Family Getaway

Beautifully designed home within a 3 minute walk to town. Fully stocked kitchen (really!) with grill and private pool. We will definitely return to 16 Abaco:)

Well appointed and convenient

Overall the property is great. It’s super cute and well appointed kitchen. It’s technically a 3 bedroom but beware that the bunk room and bathroom is super tight. Difficult to have an adult over 6 foot comfortable in the bed or shower. Would function better for smaller people. Walk to downtown and out to 98 for restaurants is super convenient. Nicely located within the community and easy to get to pool or beach. Kind of nice that the property is just before all the traffic starts to back up.

Great House, Great location. Bedrooms are VERY small. Upstairs family area is perfect. Carriage house is separate rental and is very close and uses main house pool area to enter which is also where bedrooms are. With that said would recommend.

A beautiful property !

Everything about this property was fantastic! It had been newly remodeled and was absolutely gorgeous. Every amenity imaginable was at your fingertips …. Especially in the kitchen. Location was private and quiet. The garage was tight fit with old furniture on the sides . It made pulling in/ out and getting out of car a challenge due to minimal space. We will definitely be back to 16 Abaco Lane !

Great stay - great property located south of 30A for those that it matters to. House had everything we needed and nothing we didnt. Cocktail pool was great to have on site.

House was huge disappointment

House does NOT hold eight people. Two regular bedrooms, concrete floors, one ridiculously small room (actually the size of a small closet) with a teeny tiny broom closet size “bathroom “. There were two kid sized bunk beds with windows right at the two beds with no way to cover them. There was blood on the side of bunk bed and light switch. Granddaughters had to sleep every night on dirty pull out sofa bed with no sheets. The vent on the stove was broken, so everything we cooked smelled up the house. Everyone disappointed!!!!!

Rogers Cottage, mixed emotions

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival, I was given directions by text..management failed to inform that the key box was on the back side with a totally different house number which was above the garage. After attempting to call mang office several times and fumbling around in the dark for 30 minutes I finally found the key with assistance from the guests in the carriage house. During our stay there was a leak in the ceiling above the cabinet that held the dishes, that leaked all the way down to the lower level floor. It was repaired while we were out for dinner but we were never told where the leak originated. The dishes and shelves were dried but no indication that they were washed. We spent the remainder of our evening washing dishes to be on the safe side. If you are traveling with a toddler beware of the drop in oven. It is not properly anchored and tilts forward when opening the door. If you drive a vehicle larger than a small compact car, you must find a place to park on the street. It will not accommodate a midsize SUV. Plan to live out of your suitcase as the closets are full or have no hangers, and drawer space is non existent . We used the large piece of furniture in the lower hallway to put our suitcases as there was not enough floor space in the bedrooms. There are no extra blankets in the house if you need to use the sofa bed. It almost appeared as if the house had been staged for resale. And. Last but not least, there are no instructions for the TV. Three remotes, a day to figure out that one has to be charged overnight, and lots of guess work. Simple instructions would have been greatly appreciated. Stayed in a lot of Rosemary Beach cottages through the years. This is the only one that I would not return to.

Easy Access to the beach

Reviewer Comments: We stay in Rosemary each fall and we enjoyed the close proximity to the beach. The house had small bathroom in the bunk room so small that my teenager had to use ours. The kitchen on the top level was awkward and having someone else to stay in the carriage house made using the pool odd. The pool was not heated and that kept us from using it. The house was dirty.
