Large kitchen boasts ample wood cabinetry, granite counters and a breakfast bar The dining area has two sets of sliders leading to an 'L'-shaped balcony overlooking the intersecting canals and with a peek-a-boo view of the Harbor. Master bedroom suite offers a king bed, private balcony , a walk-in closet and a master bathroom with dual sinks and a huge walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed third bedrooms is equipped with full bed- perfect for overnight guests. Only 2 minutes walk or car ride to the harbor with a close beaches:

Wonderful Vacation

The Property Manager was wonderful. She met me at the propety with the key and a little treat for myself and my family. She answered all of our questions and was always just an email or a phone call away. The Property is simply magnificient. Very beautiful house, inside and out. Close to everything. I will be returning!

Highly Accommodating!!

Richard and Carmen were gracious and excellent hosts. Any questions or requests that we had were attended to almost immediately. The unit was spacious and very comfortable. Great location

This condo is in a great location..convenient to Fisherman's Village, downtown Punta Gorda, parks and restaurants. The condo itself needs some maintenance work. It was also missing some basic kitchen staples and cleaning equipment. The layout was great. We got a lot of use of the lanai off the main living area. We would stay there again if some improvements were made.

Fun for all.

We had a fun time. Love the game room. Could use a few repairs on the games, but we made due. Did some fishing off the pier. Even though it was a rough start with no air conditioning, after the repair all was good!!! Would stay again.

Large Classy Condo near Everything

Our stay was quite pleasant at this nicely furnished 3 BR condo. It was on the third floor, which is a bit of a consideration if you're bringing up groceries to use in the open kitchen. There is a nice screened in porch which allows guests to remain outside in the evening. We had access to the 2nd floor rec room with billiard table and deck with a great gas grill. Unfortunately the AC wasn't functioning in the rec room, but we did enjoy grilling steaks out back with a nice view of the boat canal. Sunsets are beautiful here. We were treated to gorgeous views of the harbor every evening. Don't miss this nice opportunity! The master bedroom and bath are spacious, and the queen size bed is very comfortable. Given the choice of staying in this condo versus a comparably priced hotel room, the choice is a no-brainer. Stay here, and enjoy your visit to Punta Gorda!

Why they chose this property

This property has the most desired address in town! Located right on the canal (on Jamaica Way... just behind the Isles Yacht Club) and only a couple of minutes to Charlotte Harbor either via boat or car. There is a 42' boat dock and lift available in the back yard for the renters to use. Literally only a couple of minutes from the nearest beach. 2 doors down from the Isles Yacht Club (a reciprocal location).

Sitting from your own private lanai or balcony you can enjoy the beautiful sunset on the water as the boats drift by.
