Your vacation apartment faces the sea and has direct, private access to the beach.
Bright and cool in summer (air-conditioned), located in a pine forest, all you have to do is put down your suitcases.
1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 double sofa bed in the living room.
The residence is pleasant and quiet, just a 5-minute walk from shops and the town center.
Relax on the panoramic terrace overlooking the sea and the Citadelle.
Whether you're coming as a couple, solo or with your family, Corsica and Calvi await you, and we look forward to welcoming you.
We offer a linen service:

appartement absolument parfait !!

je donnerais 10/10 étoiles si je pouvais, le séjour était vraiment de rêve. un grand compliment à la communication et à l'expérience de check-in, c'est exactement ce que l'on souhaite pour les vacances, très prévenant, très aimable et il n'a manqué de rien. La vue depuis la terrasse est fantastique et l'emplacement, directement sur la plage, est tout simplement merveilleux. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir!

Agréable séjour

Appartement très bien équipé et superbement situé. A deux pas de la plage et la mer ainsi à quelques pas de la baie de Calvi. Commerces et restaurant à proximité. Une belle vue de la terrasse donnant à la mer et la citadelle, idéal pour ceux qui se lèvent tôt ou ceux qui aiment faire la grasse matinée. Très belle location

Appartement et prestations conformes à l'annonce. Climatisation dans l'ensemble de l'appartement, très appréciée. Endroit charmant, idéalement situé par rapport à la plage et au centre de Calvi. Vue magnifique de la terrasse sur la baie de Calvi et la citadelle.

Emplacement idéal

Wunderschöner Urlaub mit wunderschöner Aussicht

Wir hatten einen super schönen Urlaub in Calvi. Die Lage des Apartments ist einfach perfekt! Mit direktem Blick auf das glasklare Meer und die kleine charmante Innenstadt leicht zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Strand direkt vor der Tür ist sehr schön und bietet zudem ein kleines Strandrestaurant mit leckerem Essen. Die Menschen in Calvi waren alle sehr freundlich und man wurde überall herzlich empfangen. Sebastien war einfach super, er hat sich die ganze Zeit sehr viel Mühe gegeben und war jederzeit gut zu erreichen wenn man Fragen hatte. Er war immer sehr freundlich und man hat sich direkt herzlich aufgenommen gefühlt. Wir waren bestimmt nicht das letzte mal auf dieser bezaubernden Insel und wir würden jederzeit wieder dieses Apartment buchen! Wir können es wirklich nur weiterempfehlen :-) Laura und Viktoria

Appartement avec une vue exceptionnelle !

Appart très fonctionnel , très bien situé avec une magnifique vue face à la mer. A 2 mn à pied de la plage de La Pinède et 10 du centre de Calvi. Commerces à proximité. Super traiteur avc spécialités Corse à 2mn. On reviendra !

Wunderbarer Urlaub. Merci.

Wir hatten einen super Urlaub in Calvi. Sebastien ist sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Check-in war sehr flexibel. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am lagen Strand mit einem traumhaften Blick vom großen Balkon in Richtung Calvi Innenstadt. Die Innenstadt, Supermarkt, Bäckerei etc. sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Calvi.

We had a blast in this apartment so well located…Just in front of the beach, few minutes walking from the City center, many boutiques and supermarkets nearby… The welcoming has been warm and nice, Dear Marie and Sebastien, thanks to you, we felt at Home. Your tips and recommendations about this gorgeous city of yours: much appreciated. The Flat is very clean, comfy, air conditioned, well furbished, House Linen ( Beds, Bathroom) included which has been a real plus. The Residence is neat and we enjoyed the Summer time atmosphere of this place with our friends and kids. Impossible not to mention the view from the balcony, the breakfast facing the sea every morning, and the warm summer evenings, drinking a good glass of Wine...:-)) We will be back…

Un vrai bonheur !!

C'est dans un cadre exceptionnel que nous avons posé nos valises ! L'appartement est en tout point conforme aux photos qui nous avaient fait tant rêver ! Spacieux, propre, lumineux, calme, à 1 minutes de la plage et 8 du centre ville. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié nos petits déjeuner et déjeuners sur la terrasse au calme et avec une vue exceptionnelle et nos ballades le soir sur la plage et sur le port. Une mention spéciale également pour la propriétaire Marie-France qui a été très accueillante et d'une gentillesse rare. Un vrai bonheur et une deuxième lune de miel pour nous :) Nous recommandons vivement cette location !!!

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par la propriétaire qui a été à nos petits soins. Encore un grand merci!!! L'appartement est bien situé près de la plage et conforme aux photos. Néanmoins nous avons été déçus par le bruit persistant des voisins du rez-de-chaussée tous les jours entre env. 12h et 16h nous empêchant de manger sur le balcon fenêtres ouvertes. A déconseiller aux gens qui ne font pas du non-stop à la plage.

Parfait !!!

Cette location, conforme aux photos et description, est vraiment très agréable et en parfait état. Idéalement située, avec vue sur la mer et la pinède depuis le balcon, elle permet d'accéder à la plage en quelques minutes ou de rejoindre le centre de Calvi en 10mn à pied. Les propriétaires sont charmants et arrangeants. Je recommande vivement ce lieu de villégiature !

Perfect place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay in here Calvi earlier this month. It was perfect – moments from the beach, a short walk to the supermarket/charcuterie and a pleasant amble to Calvi town. The apartment had everything we required, was comfortable and functional. We particularly loved having breakfasts and lunches on the balcony. Making booking and travel arrangements with Sebastien was easy, and Marie was a very welcoming and helpful hostess. Coming from New Zealand, our whole Calvi experience was a delight! Would definitely recommend!

Un piacevole soggiorno

Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento, perfettamente corrispondente alla descrizione, pulito e ben fornito di utensili e dotazioni varie. In particolare, abbiamo apprezzato la sua posizione (2 minuti a piedi dalla bella spiaggia di Calvi), la vicinanza di negozi, supermercati, farmacia e ristoranti, la comodità di un parcheggio condominiale e la presenza di una selezione di libri (in francese) a disposizione di chi volesse approfittarne. La proprietaria è stata gentilissima, precisa e disponibile, fornendo preziosi suggerimenti e dimostrandosi attenta ad ogni nostra necessità. E' stato un soggiorno molto gradevole.

Appartement avec parking privé, accès direct à la plage, balcon très agréable pour déjeuner avec vue sur baie de Calvi, montagne, citadelle. L'équipement de cet appartement est parfait : électro-ménager de qualité, lits faits à l'arrivée , linge de maison et produits d'entretien fournis, rangements pratiques, jolie décoration, location très propre ... Vraiment une location très agréable ! Nous avons également apprécié la situation de l'immeuble proche de tous commerces, du centre de Calvi, des restaurants sur la plage et sur le port ... Cet appartement est magnifique: vue unique sur la baie de Calvi, décoration soignée, équipement complet, propreté irréprochable. A ajouter à tout cela la gentillesse et l'attention des propriétaires toujours à l'écoute. Je suis heureuse de les avoir rencontrés et d'avoir pu profiter d'un si bel endroit. Un appartement charmant, propre et calme. Une grande terrasse avec une superbe vue sur la mer, et la très grande gentillesse de l'accueil....le rêve...nous serions volontiers restés plus longtemps.
