Villa very new, bright and contemporary architecture, facing south, in a dominant position in a quiet residential area. It has a beautiful sea view to the east and south (Genoese Tower of Pinarello, and Sardinia) and mountain with the scrub to the north.
The sea view is present in all living areas of the pool level (living room, kitchen, dining room, master bedroom and children)
It is close to amenities with the village of Sainte Lucie de Porto Vecchio.
Beautiful beaches are 2 minutes away, as well as one of the most beautiful river. It is fully equipped and furnished with upscale services (kitchen, fireplace, air conditioning in all rooms, electric shutters, safety deposit boxes, alarm, laundry, barbecue, ping pong, automatic gate with intercom, .... Guests receive a welcome and a personalized concierge service, regular cleaning and end of stay, and the provision of linen are included. Up to 13 people.

Environnement à discuter

La villa est splendide et fonctionnelle en dehors de quelques désagréments. Par contre l environnement est négatif avec la T10 à 150m (propriété en construction à proximité immédiate). La nécessité absolue d'avoir au moins un véhicule. Contrairement à la description, les plages sont éloignées et avec le feu de Sainte Lucie, c'est une aventure de vouloir s'y rendre. Localisation trompeuse dans le descriptif. à ce jour connaissant sa localisation exacte (loin de tout), à tarif équivalent, je réserverai une autre propriété. DOMMAGE.

Schöne, grosszügige Villa mit sauberem Pool

Die Zimmer sind gross und gut ausgestattet; der Pool ist sauber und beheizt. Man kann sich in der Villa sehr gut selber verpflegen: Grill, (Gas-)Kochherd, Ofen, Streamer sowie ein grosser Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfelmaschine :-) - in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, ausser vielleicht die passenden Deckel zu den Töpfen ;-) Die schönen Badebuchten sind wirklich in sehr kurzer Zeit mit dem Auto erreichbar, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch nicht weit entfernt. Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub in dieser Wohlfühl-Villa verbracht!

A wonderful hideaway

We loved our stay at this villa, the pool was fantastic and the view from the balcony is wonderful. The villa itself was kept very clean and we have no complaints on that front. The only problem we had was finding the villa in the first place – this unfortunately took a very long time. Be aware that there is no house number and no sign with the name of this villa. It is behind closed gates and although we knew which road it was on, we spent a very long time going up and down it. Also, for UK visitors, be aware that the code for Corsica is not the same as for mainland France so we were unable to telephone and find out where we were supposed to go. If you book this place, there is a small yellow light above the right of the wooden gates!

Une maison qui tient toutes ses promesses

Nous sommes enchantés de ces deux semaines passées en famille dans cette belle villa. Des équipements de grande qualité parfaitement entretenus, une belle piscine de près de 15m, une propreté irréprochable, une magnifique vue mer et de très belles terrasses pour en profiter pleinement. Aucune déception ! Un grand merci pour votre accueil. On pense déjà à notre prochain séjour à la villa Pamplemousse!

wonderful house

we have been two families spending a week in this very nice villa with perfect view to the mountains and the sea. the house has everything you need for holidays to relax and enjoy. you need a car to get to the nice beaches around, but just in 5 minutes you will reach a nice beach. especially to mention is the big pool, where the children had a lot of fun. thanks a lot to the owner.

Très bien, villa très fonctionnelle

Villa parfaitement entretenue, disposant de plusieurs terrasses : à aucun moment nous ne nous sommes sentis à l'étroit ( nous étions 7 adultes et 2 enfants mais nous aurions pu compter 2 adultes et 2 enfants de plus sans aucun problème) Mobilier et matériaux de qualité. La piscine, de grandes dimensions , nous convenait parfaitement . Les photos présentées reflètent bien la réalité ! Vue vraiment dégagée. Idéale pour famille-groupe d'amis.

très bonne surprise

nous nous en sommes pris plein les yeux .Encore plus jolie que ce que l'on a vu sur les photos .Très calme, proche des plages et très très beau standing que de bonnes surprise .Accueil et femme de ménage très gentille et sérieuses. Bref que des points positifs .A LOUER SANS CRAINTE bien au contraire et pour nous une adresse que l'on conserve pour revenir et pour nos amis.

Extremement favorable

Emplacement très confortable, tel qu'on nous l'avait décrit, à 15 minutes de Porto Vecchio et à quelques minutes de la belle plage de Pinarellu et des supermarché, pharmacie, boulangerie et boucherie . Très belle villa. Accueil parfait de la personne en charge. Ameublement, linge de maison et articles ménagers de haute qualité. Ménage fait régulièrement, comme promis. Piscine de dimension agréable et tres bien entretenue. Beaucoup de jeux mis à disposition, ainsi que de nombreux livres et revues. Air climatisé, wifi. TV, etc...Très belle terrasse donnant sur la piscine, où il faisait bon prendre nos repas barbecue, et savourer le jambon cru et les excellents fromages de la région . . A recommander absolument. Quelques activités très agréables pendant nos quinze jours : canyoning, accro-branche, voilier, belle promenade à Bavella, concert de Patrick Bruel et cinéma en plein air qui a fait la joie des petits et des grands! Et, bien sûr, les plages...

Amazing villa we felt spoilt

Amazing villa beautiful views of sea and mountains. Heated pool which I feel is a must great size. Very clean spacious well equipped and beautifully furnished. I fully reccomend
