A due passi dal centro storico di Ostuni in zona tranquilla e non rumorosa. Casa fresca e ben accessoriata. Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili. Bellissimo bagno grande e pulito.

casa pulita e spaziosa e tanta cortesia...

Nonostante in prossimità di ferragosto Ostuni divenga un po' affollata, ci siamo trovati benissimo! La casa è spaziosa, pulita, funzionale e dispone praticamente di tutto (pentole, stendibiancheria, ferro da stiro, lenzuola, asciugamani, ventilatore, beni di prima necessità tipo acqua, olio, caffè ...). Laddove qualcosa vi mancasse, non servirà che chiedere! I proprietari sono persone deliziose, sempre presenti e disponibili ed il turista si sente come a casa, anche se per un giorno o una settimana. La posizione è strategica per visitare il centro, uscendo comodamente a piedi, ma anche per raggiungere il mare (a circa 10/15 minuti) o i paesi vicini (Alberobello, Fasano e Polignano ad esempio) in auto . Basterà prendere pratica con le vie e con le strade di Ostuni! E' possibile parcheggiare (non a pagamento) nelle immediate vicinanze e, con un po' di fortuna, anche davanti casa. In prossimità dell'abitazione troverete tutti i servizi necessari (supermercato, farmacia, fruttivendolo, banca, ristoranti ect.).

Nonostante il nostro soggiorno sia stato durante la settimana di ferragosto, ci siamo trovati benissimo! Un séjour très agréable

Nous avons d'abord découvert une ruelle plus que typique au charme indéniable, puis, nous avons fait connaissances avec les propriétaires charmants et très attentionnés. La location est d'un confort simple mais il n'y manque rien pour passer un excellent séjour. Ostuni est une ville aussi jolie qu'animée... Et nous avons pu visiter les Pouilles de Bari à Gallipoli.

IMMERSI NELLA VITA LOCALE

Delizioso e spazioso monolocale ubicato in una posizione estremamente strategica per raggiungere il cuore di questo meraviglioso paesino. Il luogo perfetto per immergervi completamente nella vita ostunese e nei suoi abitanti. Ciò che ha reso unica la mia esperienza è la proprietaria di questo monolocale, sempre presente e disponibile nel rispondere ad ogni possibile richiesta e impegnata nel quotidiano a rendere unico il soggiorno dei suoi ospiti.

Immersi tra i vicoli

Appartamento caratteristico in centro a Ostuni. Spazioso e freschissimo senza necessità di condizionamento, arredato con mobili non moderni ma con un ampio soggiorno-camera da letto (letto davvero molto comodo). Cucina nuova in ottimo stato e ben attrezzata. Bagno ampio (unica pecca del bagno la presenza della sola vasca non molto pratica al ritorno dal mare). I proprietari abitando al piano superiore sono sempre presenti e disponibili per info e consigli: un ottimo esempio di cordialità e ospitalità. Parcheggio macchina gratuito e comodo a 100m dall' appartamento: indispensabile per poter passeggiare comodamente per le graziose vie di Ostuni difficilmente percorribili in auto. La soluzione ideale se ci si vuole sentire parte della splendida Città Bianca.
