Upstairs level has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, including a spacious master suite, luxurious kitchen/dining area and living room with deck overlooking the water. The second level has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, full kitchen, and living room with deck overlooking the water. Each level also has laundry facilities.
ENTIRE HOUSE - (5 bedrooms, 5 baths, two living rooms, two kitchens, laundry both levels). $3,500 per night with a 4-5 night minimum depending on season.
TOP LEVEL ONLY - (three bedrooms, three baths). $2,245 per night with a 4-5-night minimum depending on season.
LOWER LEVEL ONLY - (two bedrooms, two baths). $1,285 per night with a 4-5-night minimum depending on season.

David and Anne have been traveling to the Exumas since the mid 90's. They fell in love with the area and purchased property where their M/Y Temptation was berthed for many years. They decided to build their dream island home and look forward to sharing it with you. We hope you will love the home and Staniel Cay as much as we do.

The upstairs level has three bedrooms and three baths, including a spacious master suite, luxurious kitchen/dining area and living room with deck overlooking the water. The second level has two bedrooms, two baths, full kitchen, and living room with deck overlooking the water. Each level also has laundry facilities.
