Schönes Ferienhaus

Wir hatten wundervolle 2 Wochen in Carlas Haus. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Vor allem die Aussenküche und Aussendusche waren toll bei den hochsommerlichen Temperaturen. Die Kommunikation und der Check-in/Check-out haben sehr gut funktioniert. In der nahen Umgebung gibt es einige tolle Strände die per Auto in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen sind. Gerne jederzeit wieder.

Sehr schöne Woche im September

Mit der Unterkunft waren wir super zufrieden. Alles hat gepasst. Besonders nett war, dass wir am Abreisetag noch bis 16:00 Uhr bleiben durften, da unser Flugzeug erst am Abend ging.

Non potevamo desiderare di meglio...

Location perfetta, spaziosa e accogliente. I proprietari gentilissimi hanno pensato ad ogni minimo dettaglio. La casa si trova in una posizione davvero incantevole, a cinque minuti dalla spiaggia. Eccezionale lo spazio esterno con il bbq, la cucina e la doccia. Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza indimenticabile

Für Familien super!

Wir wurden von Carla herzlich empfangen und auch, wenn die Verständigung nur mit Händen und Füßen bzw. Google Translator funktionierte, klappte die Verständingung. Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen mit Meerblick und die nahe gelegene Straße hat uns nicht gestört. Die Küche ist funktional und ausreichend eingerichtet und alles war sauber. Es gibt keine Spülmaschine, was uns im Urlaub nicht wirklich stört. Einziges Manko für die Männer in der Familie: kein deutsches TV und kein WLAN, daher 1 Stern Abzug.

Well equipped house in a quiet area.

The house is very nice, especially the terrace and outside kitchen. A car is a must. Beautifull beaches and supermarket reachable by car within a couple of minutes. Very friendly owner.

Schön und sauber

Das Haus ist wirklich gut gelegen und macht einen sehr guten Eindruck. Wichtig ist einfach, dass man die nötigen Unterhaltsarbeiten weiterhin asuführen wird, damit das Haus auf diesem Niveau bleibt. Innerhalb von 4 Minuten sitzt man am Strand und man kann den Tag am Meer geniessen. Die Strasse, sofern man in der Stadt wohnt, ist nicht wirklich laut oder störend. Die Aussenküche ist fantastisch und es macht Spass unter freiem Himmel zu Kochen. Die Aussendusche hat Warmwasser und funktioniert einwandfrei. Anmerken muss man, dass es keinen richtigen Ofen hat und das man den TV vergessen kann. Man empfängt knapp 10 Sender.

Haus mit tollem Meerblick

Das Haus entspricht den Bildern im Internet. Sauber und funktional eingerichtet. Schöne Außenterrasse, Küche und Außendusche. Toller Blick aufs Meer und in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto ist man an einem traumhaften Strand. Die Lage ist zentral zur Schnellstraße und zum Ort Villasimius, allerdings hört man die stark befahrene Straße unterhalb sehr. In der Siedlung werden Häuser gebaut, sodass man ab 7 Uhr morgens Baulärm hat. Dies hat den Urlaub schwer beeinträchtigt.

Tolle Villa

Sehr schöne Villa mit guter Ausstattung, toller Strand nur 2 Min. mit dem Auto vom Haus entfernt. Die Ruhe und Strandnähe ist super. Mietwagen ist allerdings erforderlich. Der Geräuschkulisse der Nähe gelegenen Straße ebbt abends ab. Da man eh tagsüber unterwegs ist also kein Problem. Endlich mal ein Ferienhaus mit Fenstern die richtig abgedunkelt werden können! Eine Bitte: Stellt ein Staubsauger ins Haus

5 Sterne für ein tolles Haus

5 Sterne für ein echt tolles Haus ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Im August 2015 waren wir mit 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kindern in diesem tollen Haus. Es liegt wunderschön an einem Hügel mit Blick auf das Meer. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und alles noch sehr neu. Die Terrasse war durch die ttollen Möbel sehr gemütlich. Nach einen langen Strandtag war die Dusche im Garten ( mit warmen Wasser ) einfach perfekt. Die Küche hatte eine sehr gute Ausstattung - nur der Kaffekocher hätte größer sein können ;- ) Die Gegend um Villasimius läd ein, jeden Tag an einen anderen Strand zu fahren. Die Strände sind ein Traum !!! Das war unser 5. Mal auf Sardinien und wir werden sicher wieder kommen! Liebe Carla, vielen Dank für die sehr nette Begrüßung und unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Wir hatten in eurem Haus einen wunderschönen Urlaub- vielen Dank ! Wir wünschen dir und deinem Mann alles Liebe. Viele Grüße aus Deutschland Familie Wagner

Casa bella e accogliente

Ho alloggiato con la mia famiglia (io, mio marito e i nostri due figli adolescenti) in questa splendida casa nel mese di agosto, funzionale e accogliente, arredata con gusto personale e attrezzata di ogni accessorio utile per cucinare e riordinare (stoviglie e pentole di vario tipo, biancheria, lavatrice, tutti i servizi descritti sono presenti nella casa); abbiamo utilizzato sempre la cucina esterna molto comoda e la grande e bella doccia in giardino. La spiaggia in cui ci siamo recati è la bellissima Cala Sinzias che dista cinque minuti in auto dalla casa e altrettanto vicino si trovano vari punti vendita di frutta e verdura e un supermercato rifornito. Cosa non meno importante la gentilezza e cortesia della sig.ra Carla che ci ha accolti e del marito che ha trovato soluzione anche all'alloggio delle nostre biciclette! Un posto in cui tornare!

Très belle villa

Très belle villa joliment décorée, au cœur de la campane Sarde avec vue sur la mer. L'endroit est calme et magnifique. La maison est très agréable à vivre, elle est entouré d'un jardin avec une belle terrasse. Les très belles plages du sud de la Sardaigne sont à cinq minutes. Les propriétaires sont charmants. Nous avons passés un séjour très agréable.

Casa encantadora

Hemos tenido el placer de disfrutar de esta propiedad 9 días a finales de Junio.. La casa está decorada con buen gusto, con un magnifico jardín y completamente nueva. Las habitaciones disponen de climatización con lo cual hemos estado muy fresquitos por la noche. Hemos podido disfrutar de ella gracias al buen tiempo y a la buena época del año en la que hemos ido. Poca gente en las calas. Los propietarios muy atentos, en la llegada nos enseñaron la zona (supermercado, calas) para que nos situáramos y los supermercados más próximos. La casa estaba estupendamente limpia y dotada de toallas y sabanas para 6 personas aunque solo éramos 4. Tiene una ducha exterior muy apetecible para ducharse después de la playa. Esta a un paso de calas preciosas como Cala Sinzia y a menos de 10 minutos de Cala Pira, etc pero imprescindible tener coche para poder moverte. Recomendable totalmente para ir en familia con niños, ya que la finca dispone de mucho terreno. Si tuviera que poner alguna pega sería que la cocina no está muy bien equipada, no tiene microondas, ni horno. Volveremos seguro.
