Pacific paradise
This newly renovated second level home has 5 bedrooms and 3 baths and is right on the beach. It can be rented with the beach front lower level two bedroom that sleeps up to six people, VRBO 732960. The living room has 180' ocean views and lots of comfortable couch seating to watch the dolphins frolicking in the waves and enjoy the beautiful sun setting into the Pacific. The dining table can accommodate ten with additional adjacent bar I seating for eight. There is a well furnished kitchen and a second full size refrigerator in the den. The den also has laundry facilities and a media area.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed and a twin, bedroom 2 has a king, bedroom 3 has a king, bedroom 4 has a king and a day bed, and bedroom 5 has two twins. Bedrooms one thru four all have ocean views. The den has a day bed and there is a pack and play and high chair.
There are lots of beach towels, beach toys, boogie boards and a few bikes. There is parking for two cars. The lower level has a shared patio and a two bedroom, also available to rent and perfect for extended families. The patio has charcoal and gas grills, fire pits, and several picnic tables. There are also comfortable seating areas to sit and enjoy the view, one of the best things about being right in the beach. It's a perfect place to create family memories.

Family Reunion plus friends 2024!

We rented both the 5 bedroom (upstairs) and the 2 bedroom (downstairs). We used the upstairs kitchen and living area and only used the bedrooms downstairs to sleep. The house was clean, beautifully appointed and Marta and Ben, even had fun welcome gifts for us. Any questions we had, were quickly answered. The kitchen was the best supplied VRBO kitchen that we've experience, including 2 coffee makers and a Ninja blender! They had a garage full of "toys" for all ages, including surf boards, great fun for all! The location of the house on the boardwalk is perfect, with spectacular views and volleyball nets right out our door. It was also close to restaurants and shops, but at the quieter end of the boardwalk. We will rent this unit again when we return to San Diego. We highly recommend this beautiful home. Wonderful family vacation

Everything was great. The owners were wonderful and very helpful. The place was so well stocked. More than everything we needed. Great for a large family. Loved the patio and walking distance to so much. Can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommend.

Great location, great house!

A perfect place to spend a week with 3 adult children and grandkids, 5, 8 and 10. Walking distance to the amusement park, easy drives to other venues. Hosts, Marta and Ben were very accommodating. House had everything we needed to make for a pleasant stay. Would suggest bringing binoculars to watch ocean activity!

Reunion At The Beach

You couldn't get any closer to the beach without being in the sand. The property has a huge picture window that looks out to the ocean. The property is a wonderful place for a large group. The property manager is friendly, accessible and responsive to any needs.

Winter Vaca

This property is in the perfect spot for a winter get away. Huge picture window looking out at the ocean. Beautiful sunsets every evening. Marta and Ben left us some very nice welcoming gifts. Overall the property is very clean, comfortable beds, no issues whatsoever. I would go back and stay for another trip anytime.Marta was always available if we had questions or concerns. The boardwalk is right out front. Very convenient to coffe shops and restaurants nearby. Many choices within walking distance.

Winter Beach

House was very comfortable and had plenty of room — favorite activity was watching the ocean from the big living room window.House was close to parks, restaurants and shopping— always had an opportunity to do something without the need for a car.

Great Family Reunion

We had four generations of family together for a week at this VRBO. Everyone was raving about how wonderful the place was: how big it was, how great the view was (we spent hours on the couch looking out the huge picture window), how comfortable everything was, and how perfectly it fit our family.

Son’s 50th Birthday Celebration

Plenty of room and privacy for everyone plus open space when all were together. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Fresh flowers and bottles of water on every nightstand were welcoming, and even bottles of wine. The location is spectacular!

Mission Beach Vacation

We had a wonderful stay. Listing was as described. Hosts were great and responsive. Close to beach, shopping, and resturants. Hosts had so many additional items for our family to use. Bikes, beach toys, anything you can think of they pretty much had to use.

Great location, super friendly hosts

This property was perfect for our beach getaway. It fit 3 families (6 adults and 5 children) comfortably. Each family had their own bathroom and the common area was large enough for everyone to be comfortable. The location was ideal being right on the boardwalk and was very quiet. We really enjoyed having multiple bikes and beach stuff to use. The owners were super friendly and helpful with anything we needed. We plan to make this the spot for our annual trip! Family Vacation

The Perfect Place

The house was very spacious and very comfortable for 6 adults and 4 kids. I appreciated the little details like the extra fans, quality linens and towels, fresh flowers and TWO full sized coffee pots (which we used every morning). The house is stocked with everything you could think of and those items tended to be of very good quality. The owners were around but they were never intrusive and were beyond friendly and helpful. The location is amazing as the house is directly on the boardwalk, the beach and walking distance to many restaurants, bars, markets and coffee shops. You can walk a few short blocks (<4 mins) to the bay side if you want a more relaxed vibe for an afternoon. My kids loved the excitement of the ocean side. Playing in the sand everyday brought so much joy to our kids. We truly loved our stay and we would strongly recommend this rental to anyone.

Spring Break

This is the third time we have stayed here and we love this home. The location is perfect and close to everything. The views are amazing from the large window inside. I would highly recommend this home for your vacation in Mission Beach.

Great place right on the beach

We had my mom and dad, my husband and I, and our four kids ages 6-11. Plenty of room for all of us. Very clean and well stocked. One of my kiddos started to get sick while we were still flying. The stomach bug lasted just about a day. It was nice to have a washer and dryer to keep everything clean. Especially when one of the kids lost track of their towel and instead of guessing whose was whose, we were able to wash them and know they wouldn’t be sick also. There were cleaning supplies and that was a huge help. I didn’t want anyone to get sick including the cleaning crew, or people after us. There were plenty of towels, beach towels, extra blankets. A good stock of plates, bowls, silverware, pots, and pans. Everything was well laid out and great instructions on how to deal with garbage, or anything like that. We met the owners and they were so nice. We enjoyed their dog too. It’s great to see how small of a world it truly is when you have overlap with someone you’ve just met. I would absolutely stay here again if we ever go back to San Diego.

Wonderful San Diego Visit

The house is ON the beach! The view from the front picture window is the ocean, waves, volleyball players, bikers, sand and beach! We had kids running around but didn't turn the TV on since all their time was spent on the beach or visiting SD. Marta and Ben are GREAT Hosts! They addressed our WiFi problem until resolved the next day. We had 6 adults and 4 kids (3-7) with room and privacy for everyone. We had a great time exploring your city and Mission Beach. Thanks for sharing your house with us. We hope to come back and visit again!

Wonderful stay in San Diego!

Would HIGHLY recommend this property if you are looking for ocean-front views in San Diego! Super comfortable stay in a beautiful home. Massive comfortable couch overlooking the ocean, well-stocked kitchen, beautiful patio, and clean beach. The hosts had everything you could need for a great vacation!

Excellent Family Time

My husband, our two married sons, their wives, and our daughter all had an amazing time! The bedrooms were spacious and accommodating for three married couples. The location was perfect for enjoying the beach, ocean, restaurants, and shopping. We enjoyed biking on the boardwalk and watching dolphins and a whale from the spacious livingroom couch and window! We definitely plan to stay here again!
