Maison a la gaude

Accès difficile, maison manque de modernité, piscine agréable mais non sécurisé et alentours piscine a revoir( lame du plancher a refixer et vis saillantes).terrasse bord de piscine agréable

Accès au lieu très cahotés difficile, ma Renault megane 2 frolait les parois murales

Agréable, regretable que la terrasse pour le petit dejeuner se situe devant la piscine ce qui necessittait des A.R. BARBECUE TRES APPRECIÉ

Schönes Haus, eingeschränkte Zufahrtsmöglichkeit

Das Haus hat eine sehr gute Aufteilung von Zimmern und Wohnbereich. Die Lage ist sehr gut die Zufahrt zum Haus jedoch nur mit einem Kleinwagen möglich. Der öffentliche Parkplatz befindet sich ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Das Haus war leider in keinem sehr sauberen Zustand (Küche, Böden). Es empfiehlt sich das Geschirr zuerst zu spülen bevor man es benutzt. Der Pool ist sehr schön angelegt und auch ausreichend groß zum schwimmen und plantschen (für Kinder). Leider ist die Betreuung des Pools nicht ausreichend, da es bei hohen Außentemperaturen zu einem Ansteigen der Wassertemperatur kommt und daher zu erhöhter Keimbildung. Der Pool wurde in den zehn Tagen unseres Urlaubes nicht gereinigt. Dadurch sind Ablagerungen am Poolbecken entstanden. Lediglich Chlortabletten wurden in den dafür vorgesehenen Behälter gelegt. Abgesehen davon war es dennoch ein schöner Urlaub da die Umgebung von Nizza viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten bietet.

Maison très agréable

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette grande maison, la piscine et son extérieur sont très agréable. Pas évident de monter à la maison en voiture, mais à 2 cela se fait . Bon juste la voisine qui a demandé à ce que l'on baisse la musique 5 min après que l'on soit arrivé. Pour moi il manque de casserole un peu plus grande car même en vacances je cuisine . Merci pour cette belle location .

What makes this property unique

Notre propriété est au bord d un chemin en impasse trés tranquille. Elle a un séjour-salon grand et lumineux et une belle piscine. Elle est au bord de la vallée de la Cagnes et de son écrin de verdure. On peut aller à pied au centre du village et à un petit supermarché sans avoir à prendre la voiture.
