With views galore, this studio condo is ski-in/ski-out and is located in the fabulous Village at Breckenridge.  Nestled where Breckenridge meets the mountains, this wonderful property site sits directly on the Peak 9 Base Area and is bordered by Maggie Pond. The Village at Breckenridge is also conveniently located less than one block from the premiere shopping, dining, and drinking that Downtown Breckenridge has to offer. Guests who are looking to stay right inside the heart of all year-round activity should certainly stay in this condo!  Ski in the morning and take a lunch break in your condo!

This spacious studio suite is perfect for year-round fun. In the winter, guests can enjoy skiing, easy ski school access, snowboarding, dog sledding, snowmobiling, cross country skiing, and more! In the summer, guests are able to go swimming, biking, fishing, golfing, horseback riding, white water rafting, and much more!

Inside, guests have plenty of room to relax in the spacious living area in front of the unit’s flat screen TV. The views from the living area are impossible to beat! Look outside to see the slopes on Peak 9, catch a glimpse of Quicksilver Chairlift, and people watch from the privacy of the unit. The full kitchen provides a perfect wet bar area and is equipped with all major cooking appliances and utensils. The large bathroom is comprised of three separate rooms – one for the granite double sink vanity, one for the shower/tub, and one for the commode! Plus, enjoy the beautiful Aspen paintings and nifty mountain decorations!

In terms of location, it is nearly impossible to beat the Village at Breckenridge! The resort is known for its prime location and for being a true ski-in / ski-out property. Resort amenities include indoor/outdoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, steam room, exercise room, cable TV, and free wireless internet.

Gorgeous location but unbelievably poor customer service
Gorgeous location and great amenities (steam room, sauna, hot tubs). I don’t want this to reflect on the owner, as I’m sure they’re great- but the Ski Colorado management was something to talk about! Ignored all emails re parking so parking was sold out once I got them on the phone. The one guy said I’m done with this conversation” at one point and hung up. There was a box in the bathroom of an enema!!! and a hairball on the shower towels. The bed creeked with every breath you take, the tv remote had low battery so you couldn’t change a channel, The WiFi didn’t work after the initial first hour of arrival. There was no way of getting a hold of ski Colorado as they were “short staffed”… not a great look when each night was over 700. The views and location were beautiful!

Great Location
The unit was nice and in a very convenient location. Less than 5 minutes walk to Breck town, restaurants/shops and hikes. The clubhouse are was very nice and clean including pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, game room, etc. Only little downside is that there is no AC but it can be managed. We would stay here again and especially in winter hopefully one of these years.

The condo itself is so beautiful and maintained so well - very clean!! The property is great and is in a perfect location for views and for walking around town. However, I would not stay here in the summertime again because it is extremely hot in the room. We opened the window and had the fan in the window, but it was very loud and the room, still never got below 80°. (The average temperature in the room in the afternoons was 86° according to the thermostat on the wall (which is only for heat). Also the “emergency helpline “person who I spoke with when about the room being hot was really condescending and not very friendly at all. The first time I called, I actually hung up when he answered because it was alarming how miserable he sounded answering the phone -I wasn’t sure I wanted to even have an interaction with him. However, he didn’t work directly on the property- just the management company. I found the staff on site to be very friendly and helpful. The property itself is lovely and I would DEFINITELY stay in this condo again in the wintertime!!

Perfect location!
The unit was next to the ski lift and a very short walk to town. Although it was a small condo it had everything we needed, a great view of the mountains, and the bathroom was big with plenty of storage. Guest services were quick to respond to any and all questions and were super helpful.

This was a nice condo with a great location in a great property. Not as busy and chaotic as it can be over on Peak 8 Base. Parking was easy and worth it. The entire property was clean and well kept. Great hot tubs. Christy Sports is in the next building over for ski rentals.

Had a great stay at Peak 9 Inn. The property is as advertised and as it appears in the photographs. The property management agency was responsive. Great location for ski in/out and very accessible to shops and restaurants. Parking was a hassle, but I appreciate that the property management agency was on-site to help resolve parking confusion. Would stay again.

Incredible location, terrible beds
Have stayed at nearly all of the buildings in the Village at Breck. Views from this property are outstanding and the amenities make for a great experience. That said, he mattresses are terrible. Having spent hundreds of nights in hotel rooms, these are the worth I've ever experienced in my life. King bed was like sleeping on concrete. And the pullout was so deformed it wasn't possible to sleep on it, even for kids. This should not be advertised as a 4 person room in the current state of the beds. Unfortunate, if the beds were improved this would be a 5 star rating.
