The apartment on two levels is bright and comfortable, completely renovated, welcoming, tastefully decorated. It is close to the center of the small town in a typical common mountain courtyard.
Very peaceful geographical context, ideal for summer and winter holidays in which to experience the mountains in complete tranquility and at the same time to be close to destinations of high landscape, touristic and hiking value.
Valdieri is located in the heart of the Maritime Alps, home of the Maritime Alps Natural Park.
For those who love nature, it offers the opportunity to visit the nearby Rocca San Giovanni-Saben Nature Reserve, and that of the Bandito Caves, the protohistoric necropolis with finds from the Bronze and Iron Age and its museum.
In addition, cross-country and downhill slopes are just a few km away and wellness therapies are available at the Terme di Valdieri spa in 15 km (also accessible by bus)
The provincial capital, Cuneo, is 20 km away.
In just over an hour and a half you arrive in Turin (ancient Savoy city, Egyptian Museum, Cinema, Oriental, modern art gallery, Castello di Rivoli,) and the Ligurian Sea, with the characteristic locations of Ventimiglia, Bordighera and Sanremo .

Great place for families ...

and also for a group of 3 or more persons. Three independent bedrooms, functional kitchen with good equipment, enough parking space for 3 motorbikes, a car and a tailor. We´ll come bacK! Thank you, Rita!

Erholung in den Bergen - mitten im Dorf

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem kleinen Häuschen sehr genossen. Die Vermieterin hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert und alle Rückfragen sehr schnell beantwortet. Die Lage ist echt toll. In wenigen Minuten kann man beim Bäcker und Metzger einkaufen oder in der Bar einen Kaffee genießen. Wir haben wunderschöne Ausflüge und Wanderungen in nächster Umgebung gemacht. Die Kombination aus Bergen und mediterranem Flair ist unschlagbar. Das Schlagen der Glocken in der Nacht ist allerdings gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour , Madame Pianceza Rita est une personne très gentille et très serviable ,concernant la maison , super cuisine , salle de bain spacieuse ,3 chambres avec très bonne literie , salon et salle a manger parfait , chauffage parfait ,a l extérieur belle cour pour nos animaux et nos véhicules , tout cela pour dire que le logement était très propre et tout a été super , nous recommandons vivement cette location et nous y reviendrons avec un très grand plaisir ,pour le lieux et la gentillesse de l hote Lionel Delmas

Avons passé une très bonne semaine tant par le confort de la maison que la gentillesse de Rita la propriétaire et nos superbes randonnées pédestres. A refaire et surtout à conseiller. Nous n'y manquerons pas.

Maison de village très agréable

Nous avons apprécié la maison qui est très bien agencée et très bien décorée. Elle se trouve dans le village et au calme. Nous avons pu manger dehors et garer la voiture sur place. Rita parle très bien français et son accueil a été chaleureux et très sympathique. C'est une adresse que nous conserverons s'il nous arrive de retourner à Valdieri. Notre séjour a été vraiment très réussi .De nombreuses randonnées sont possibles à partir du village et aux alentours pour parcourir les Alpes italiennes qui sont aussi un parc naturel protégé comme le Mercantour.

Perfekte Unterkunft für Naturliebhaber

Das renovierte Haus ist modern eingerichtet, praktisch ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Lage inmitten des Dorfes Valdieri mit seinen teilweise noch historischen Gebäuden und Ställen. Die Vermieterin Rita ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Valdieri ist ein optimaler Stützpunkt für Wanderungen im Valle Gesso. Der Naturpark hat uns mit seiner Flora und Fauna, aber auch mit seinem ökologischen Tourismuskonzept (Vermarktung regionaler Produkte, Erhaltung historische Wege und der traditionellen Almwirtschaft, wissenschaftlich begleitetem Wolf-Managment) sehr beeindruckt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Stupenda!

La casa è davvero stupenda! Tenuta benissimo, ristrutturata da poco, è molto moderna e funzionale. L'immobile era pulito, c'era tutto il necessario e anche la cucina era molto fornita (come da descrizione in inserzione). La casa sembra un "bon bon" ed è ubicata in una buona posizione: il paesaggio è stupendo (mozzafiato di prima mattina, quando apri le finestre), dietro la casa, in alto, di notte si illumina un grotta! L'immobile è nel centro di Valdieri, si raggiungono semplicemente e in breve tempo sia le Terme che Borgo San Dalmazzo. La proprietaria, Rita, è stata immensamente gentile e cordiale, sempre disponibile per qualsiasi cosa! Sono sicura che ci tornerò in futuro, e consiglio questo immobile a chiunque voglia trascorrere un capodanno tranquillo o una vacanza serena in mezzo alle montagne. Ideale per coppie e famiglie.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in einem ursprünglichen Dorf Schöne Ferienwohnung mit viel Platz, gut ausgestattete Küche, sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Guter Standort, um wandern zu gehen. Wir haben uns schon zum zweiten Mal sehr wohlgefühlt. Bel appartement dans un village authentique Bel appartement avec beaucoup d'espace, cuisine bien équipée, très agréable et utile propriétaire. Bon emplacement pour faire de la randonnée. Nous nous sommes sentis très bien pour la deuxième fois.

Merci, c'était parfait !

Voilà deux étés où nous allons passer une semaine "chez Rita". Tout est neuf et impeccable à l'intérieur. La cuisine est parfaitement équipée (y compris micro-ondes). La literie est confortable et tout a été bien pensé et bien décoré. Le quartier est à la fois calme et convivial avec ses fontaines qui coulent partout. Les commerçants à proximité sont très agréables et le boucher vend une viande exquise. Le voisin agriculteur sait se faire discret mais aime aussi parler des fêtes du pays. La propriétaire parle bien français, est disponible et agréable. Un grand merci à Rita pour ces belles vacances, nous reviendrons certainement avec nos 3 filles.

Agréable maison, décorée avec goût. Très confortable. Le seul reproche est la présence d'engins agricoles (le paysan n'est pas aimable et pas très poli) dans la cour qui n'est pas vraiment privée et surtout la présence de nombreux chiens (chez les voisins) qui aboient toute la journée et surtout une bonne partie de la nuit. Rita est très charmante et à notre disposition en cas de besoin.

Magnifique petite maison toute neuve très propre

Le maison est impeccable bien située à seulement 20 mn de Limone et de Cuneo. Elle est toute neuve très propre et très bien décorée. La propriétaire parle un français impeccable est vraiment gentille, polie. La cuisine toute neuve elle aussi est toute équipée. Même quand il fait froid dehors le chauffage de la maison permet d'avoir bien chaud. Il y a 1 chambre avec un lit simple pour 1 personne, une autre avec 2 lits simples et une troisième avec un grand lit. Tous les lits sont très confortables ! Il y a une petite salle d'eau au premier étage avec toilettes. La salle de bain est au rez-de-chaussée et elle est magnifique, toute en pierre, tout neuf vraiment tout est magnifique ! Le rapport qualité prix est excellent, le petit village est très mignon, et la maison est au calme. En cas de problème un coup de fil à la propriétaire qui répond rapidement et vient vous aider ou vous donner de précieux conseils très rapidement. Merci pour TOUT Rita ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans votre adorable petite maison où nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Et bravo vous avez beaucoup de gout pour la décoration !

Great stay in a great place

Nice place, nice people, nice house Brand newly redecorated house with 3 separate bedrooms and a well equipped kitchen with quiet space outside the house. Very clean and new and conform to the description. Many activities in the neighborhood (walks, therme, natural park) Friendly town with great butcher, baker and honey 2 minutes walk from the house. Chouette maison dans un village sympathique avec une propriétaire extraordinairement accueillante. La maison a été entièrement refaite à neuf et compte 3 chambres confortables, une cuisine bien équipée ainsi qu'un espace extérieur très tranquille. Propre, neuf et conforme à la description. De nombreuses activités dans les environs: ballades randonnées, thermes, visites du parc naturel... Situation parfaite dans un village sympathique avec d'excellents commerces à moins de 5 minutes de marche (boucher, boulanger, miel)
