Une semaine au top
La maison est tres belle et absolument fonctionnelle. Elle est aménagée, meublée et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Les équipements sont de qualité ainsi que l'emplacement qui permet de bien rayonner.Mention speciale à l'accueil !Les velos à disposition sont aussi un bon bonus il nous ont permis de faire de jolies sorties en ville et dans les alentours.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour, nous nous sommes sentis directement comme à la maison! Très bien équipé pour des enfants en bas âge (lit, chaise haute, baignoire). Proche de tout (plage, commerces, restaurants). De plus, la réactivité par mail du proprietaire était très rassurante. Excellente experience en famille!

schönes Haus mit schönem Pool/Aussenbereich
...sehr schön, bilanziert war alles ok, sogar Fahrräder, super WLAN und ein sehr guter Holzkohle Grill. Verbesserungsvorschlag: Bettwäsche und vor allem richtige Bettdecken vor Ort wäre hilfreich, Bettlängen mit jeweils nur 190 cm etwas kurz und eine Überwachungskamera auf dem Dach ist auf den Garten/Pool gerichtet, etwas strange.

Très bon séjour sans surprises à refaire sans hésiter
Nous avons profité de la spacieuse villa. C'est dommage que nous avons eu un peu de pluie pendant le séjour mais c'est les alinéas de la météo, nous n'y pouvons rien. Nous avons visité les sites avoisinants et nous nous sommes promenés le long de la plage. très bon séjour. A refaire

Familienurlaub Frühling 2024
Das Objekt war genau wie beschrieben und sehr sauber. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Im Haus war alles verfügbar was man braucht sogar für Babys. Die Abwicklung war sehr freundlich und wir kommen gerne wieder. Sehr zu empfehlen für ein tollen Familien Urlaub.

Tolles Ferienhaus in prima Lage
Wir haben uns im diesem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war prima, das gesamte Haus sehr sauber, die Küche perfekt ausgestattet, ein tolles Grundstück, eigentlich sogar noch schöner als auf den Bildern im Internet zu sehen. Wir wurden vor Ort sehr freundlich auf spanisch empfangen. Obwohl wir kein spanisch sprechen hat alles sehr gut geklappt - man kann sich ja auch mit Händen und Füßen verständigen :-). Der Wind hatte bis zu unserer Ankunft ein wenige Dreck in den ansonsten sehr sauberen Pool geweht. Es wurde sofort eine Poolreinigung beauftragt und bereits am nächten Tag war der Pool wieder in tadellosem Zustand. Einfach Perfekt. Der Kontakt zu Hr. Moreau war sehr angenehm, Fragen wurden in kürzester Zeit beantwortet. Ich kann Hr. Moreau als Vermieter, Hr. Olivier als Ansprechpartner vor Ort sowie das Haus selbst uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Ruhiges Haus mit schönem Garten
Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in dem Haus von Herrn Moreau und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit ihm war vorbildlich - schnell und sehr freundlich. Die Betreuung vor Ort durch Herrn Olivier war sehr gut und angenehm. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, komplett ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit deutschen Fernsehenkanälen und stabilem Internet. Uns hat der schön angelegte Garten mit der Sitzecke unter dem Sonnenschutz und den Liegen besonders gut gefallen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der Strand sind fußläufig erreichbar. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Superbe maison
Pour résumer, la maison est très agréable et très bien située. A 5mn des restaurants et commerces. Tout à l'intérieur est parfait au niveau des équipements et de la piscine. Il faut également ne pas oublier la gentillesse d'Olivier qui vous accueille et qui est vraiment très sympa. Nous avons passé un séjour vraiment agréable, hélas trop court.

Haus mit Pool in super Lage
Wir haben 2 Wochen mit unseren Kindern in dem Haus verbracht. Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage: fußläufig zum Strand und den Restaurants, dennoch ruhig gelegen und weit genug weg vom Trubel. Perfekt! Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sowie die Übergabe vor Ort lief super! Bei Anfragen wurde sich sofort gekümmert. Danke nochmals dafür. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Es gibt im Wohnbereich und einem der Schlafzimmmer eine Klimaanlage, wodurch das Haus angenehm gekühlt werden kann. Die restlichen Räume sind mit Deckenventilatoren ausgestattet. Der Garten mit Pool ist sehr schön angelegt. Besonders schön war die Sitzecke unter dem Sonnenschutz mit Blick auf Pool und Garten. Leider wurde der Pool weder vor noch währrend der 2 Wochen gereinigt, so wie wir das von anderen Häusern gewohnt waren. Aber Chlortabletten wurden immerhin 2x nachgefüllt, so dass das Wasser sauber war. Die Fenster im Haus sind mit Insektenschutzgittern versehen, wodurch wir nachts nicht von Mücken geplagt wurden. Ein Nachteil des Hauses ist allerdings, dass man Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Pooltücher und Geschirrtücher selbst mitbringen muss. Vielleicht wäre es schön, dies in Zukuft mit anzubieten, da es doch komfortabler ist. Noch ein Minuspunkt ist, dass es nur französisches und spanisches Fernsehen gibt. Wir haben deutsche Sender über Streaming geschaut, allerdings war die Internetverbindung nicht immer stark genug, dass dies auch geklappt hat. Alles in allem waren die Tage im Haus in Empuriabrava sehr schön und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank nochmal an Jerome und Olivier und viele Grüße!!!

Urlaub an Pfingsten
Die Kommunikation zum Verwalter und Eigentümer war von Anfang an ausgezeichnet. Herr Olivier (Hausverwalter vor Ort) kümmerte sich von Anfang um alle Belange und ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es ist alles vorhanden. Pool und Garten sind ebenfalls sehr gepflegt. Wir hatten in den 2 Wochen mit der Familie (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) viel Spaß. Der Strand bzw. die Einkaufspromenade ist mit den bereitgestellten Fahrrädern in 5 min. erreichbar. Wer kein Haus direkt am Kanal benötigt ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Die Lage ist ruhig und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöner Urlaub nah am Meer
Wir haben uns in dem Haus von Jérôme sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit ihm war vorab schon sehr gut und er gab immer sehr schnell eine Rückmeldung. Die Übergabe der Schlüssel verlief trotz Sprachschwierigkeiten auch sehr gut (Danke an die Frau von Olivier als Übersetzer :) ) Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Viva espagna dans cette magnifique villa
Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille dans cette magnifique villa à empuriabrava.tout était parfait. Le bon accueil de monsieur Dominique à notre arrivée. Le coup de téléphone de bienvenue du propriétaire . La maison est très agréable ,spacieuse très bien équipée et très bien entretenue. Nous avons apprécié également la piscine ,le barbecue et les vélos qui nous ont permis de faire de belles ballades aux alentours. Le quartier est calme et proche de la mer et des restos et commerces. Nous reviendrons certainement à empuriabrava et nous rechoisirons cette villa.
