Chalet - MurolHouse with character

Ideally located, closed to the lake, The cottage is made of wood and stone in the center of a large landscaped garden of over 1800m ² overlooking the lake. Its large terrace allows an unobstructed view of the countryside. The interior is wood except marble floors, there is also a large traditional stone fireplace.
The cottage is equipped with a large dining room / lounge with bay window, access to the terrace overlooking the lake, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with toilet, laundry and a boiler.
The ground floor also has a separate access bay window and input port. An internal staircase allows to connect the two levels.
The central heating is oil.

Nice lodge close to the lake
Had a very enjoyable stay. Well situated and stocked chalet. Only gripe is washing machine didn't work properly. Would stay again.

Super chalet authentique. La cheminée est un plus!Nous avons passé une semaine en famille absolument géniale tout était réuni, le chalet ambiance cosy, la neige, les paysages.Nous avons apprécié la proximité de Super Besse,le Mont Dore, St Nectaire, le chateau de Murol sans oublier les balades au lac Chambon à deux pas du chalet.Merci à Camille, et à la propriétaire très disponibles.Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Un chalet très agréable dans un très bel environnement
Les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié le grand jardin et les activités à disposition (ping-pong, badminton, canoé). Le chalet est très bien situé, à deux pas du lac Chambon. Les pièces sont spacieuses, permettant à toute la famille de cohabiter agréablement. Le balcon est très agréable, il permet de prendre les repas à l'extérieur.

Un excellent séjour
Un excellent séjour passé dans ce chalet. Le jardin, très arboré, est parfait pour se détendre ou jouer. Les enfants en ont bien profité. La situation est excellente (le chalet est juste à côté de la plage du lac Chambon). Merci d'avoir mis à disposition les jeux et les canoés !

Très beau séjour estival en famille dans ce chalet à la situation exceptionnelle.
Les + La situation parfaite de ce chalet à 50 mètres du lac La tranquillité du voisinage La vue sur un plan d’eau et les chevaux dans le pré en face tous les matins (magique!) Les 4 chambres Les canoës à dispositions ! Le terrain vaste et clos Les - Chalet un peu vétuste qui mériterait quelques investissements d’agréments. La prestation reste très correcte pour le tarif.

Chalet tout confort et en pleine nature
Nous sommes ravies de notre séjour au chalet de Chambon sur lac. Le logement est spacieux, très propre et nous n'avons manqué de rien pendant notre séjour. La vue depuis la terrasse est superbe et l'emplacement du chalet situé en pleine nature est reposant. Nous remercions Camille pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Nous avons pu faire de belles ballades, des activités et bien profiter du lac. Nous recommandons cette location pour découvrir l'Auvergne

Vacances en famille dans un châlet au bord du lac
Nous avons séjourné dans ce châlet durant 15 jours en famille. Ce châlet est situé tout près du lac, dans un parc avec de beaux arbres. On se sent dépaysé et l'ambiance est chaleureuse. Les enfants ont bien apprécié les canoës mis à disposition.

Un moment de calme au milieu de la nature!
Le chalet est chaleureux, et la vue offre un cadre magnifique. L emplacement a 2 mn à pied du lac de chambon permet de jolies ballades et d'être près des stations de ski ( 20 mn environ). Le tout avec un accueil agreable de la propriétaire et de sa représentante Très belle expérience

Superbe séjour.
Environnement très agréable, la nature, le lac et le village à proximité en font un lieux idéal, non loin des centres touristiques de la région. Le chalet est très chaleureux, nous avions l'impression d'être comme à la maison, dans notre environnement. La propriétaire est très à l'écoute de nos besoins et très accessible. Je recommande vivement, et compte bien renouveller cette expérience !

Enorm genoten van ons verblijf. Tuin omheind, dus zalig voor de hond.Dicht bij het meer en toch rustig. Sprookjesachtig uitzicht op een klein meer met twee paarden. Een prachtige streek. We werden hartelijk onthaald door Camille. Super vriendelijke dame. De kajaks die we mochten gebruiken waren een toffe extra. Gelukkig hadden wij een aanhangwagen waar we de zwaarste op konden binden, want dragen was geen optie.

Beau terrain et bel emplacement pour ce chalet très proche du lac !
Chalet conforme à la description, propre et agréable ; vaisselle en abondance. Accueil chaleureux de Camille, très disponible et réactive aux petits soucis rencontrés. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le terrain vaste et ombragée en cette période de canicule ; et en plus, le lac et sa jolie plage était à 200m à peine ! La mise à disposition de canoés a été très appréciée (sauf leur transport jusqu'au lac :)... là, un chariot aurait été le bienvenu). Très belle région de volcans que nous avons découverte pour notre part !

We bought this cottage, following a stroke of lightning to the area and the house itself. The mature garden and architecture brings us to Canada and landscapes around are simply breathtaking. The lake and its surroundings are full of charm and tranquility of the site makes us dream. Everything is for a good holiday in beautiful surroundings.
