Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Despite the gloomy weather, the goal of hanging out with family and having enough space for everyone was reached. We loved the deck and large windows on those rainy days. We loved the pool. It would be helpful if the description on the rooms stated whether or not there was a window and what the view if of. We had some disagreements on room choices for lack of a view, I had we known which rooms had windows and what the view was would have been helpful. Having rugs either under the bed or beside the bed would be most helpful, to wipe feet before getting into the bed. The bed post were attractive, but caused many of us to get hurt and bruise when bumping into the corners. It would also be helpful if there was a detailed list of items available for use, especially in the kitchen like a blender, what kind of coffee makers, dishes, etc. There were only 3 kitchen towels and no kitchen wash clothe. Guests need to be told to bring extra kitchen towels/rags if you can't provide more. It might be best to childproof the house if there are items that one would have to pay for it broken such as large seashells.

Great trip for large family

Great location directly on the Gulf and convenient to stores, restaurants, etc. Beautiful and comfortable layout with all rooms on one floor. Great for large family and group with the luxury of a private pool when the weather is warm enough to use it. Great trip and would go back!

All on one level including the deck, which is great! We have been coming here for years, since our daughter got married here and have not yet been disappointed. The pool is clean and easy to enjoy. The extra refrigerator is extremely helpful- another one would be even better :) Paradise is always a pleasure to work with. Being we are foodies and cook every meal for 15 ppl, the kitchen and grill are very important. Joe handled some special requests which we appreciated, and his staff fulfilled them, seamlessly. Just some finishing touches to our trip. I think some new pans might be on the shopping list, I don't think we are the only ones cooking in the kitchen :) Looking forward to our next trip to 312 Ariola Drive !!

Our Perfect Beach Wedding

We had our perfect beach wedding just over the sand dune and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The reception was held under the house following the ceremony. Pensacola Beach is by far our favorite beach in the states. Not only will we be back but we plan on using Paradise Beach homes again for our large family vacations and our 5 year wedding anniversary. They made the rental process so easy which I am not use to and had to call a few times to make sure everything was squared away and takin care of for my piece of mind. That of which they would always state “everything has been taken care of.” If you’re planning on visiting Pensacola Beach make it easy on your self and use Paradise Beach homes. This trip is one I will never forget. Thank You!

You do not have to ever worry about being crowded on the beach, in fact, it feels almost like a private beach. The house is amazing. Clean, updated, beautiful views. The pool is very nice and great to have with kids that need a break from the beach. If you want to stay at a house right on the gulf, private, very nice, close proximity to everything, and a cool pool... this is it. We have stayed at a number of places up and down Pensacola and Navarre, none measure up to this place. The memories that this house has provided our family is priceless and they will for you too. The house is spacious, bedrooms are big, showers are wonderful, beds are comfy, kitchen is beautiful, decor is spot on for a beach house, pool is sooo nice (we had it heated and were glad we did since Ocean was a little cold in beginning of April), lots of room to park cars underneath and refrigerator on bottom level so you don't have to go upstairs when coming from pool or beach which is just steps away. We loved everything about this house. The attention to detail was very much appreciated while staying in this house. The house was clean and very well taken care of (which I hope stays that way). We will definitely be renting this property again!
