In Finistère-South, in the bigouden country, charming independent house 'feet in the water' with panoramic sight on the ocean and closed garden. Out of sight, this is the insurance for you to spend an unforgettable holiday in an authentic and comfortable family home where everyone can relax while contemplating the ocean of all rooms of the house. Most of this house in addition to its 180 ° view of the sea: its direct access by a small stone staircase to a sandy beach very little crowded.
Various activities are available to you: Beach course, fishing on foot, invigorating walks, visits to the surrounding cities (Pont l'Abbé 5 minutes, Quimper 20 minutes, Benodet with its casino and thalasso 15 minutes ... ) or well-known sites in the region such as the Glénan archipelago, the Pointe du Raz, the village of Locronan etc.
The house consists of the following way: A veranda, an entrance giving on a living room stay with chimney, an opened kitchen. A child area with 2 bedrooms, one with double bed, the other with two bunk beds, a shower room with sink and a toilet. On the floor, a parental double room with room of shower, bidet and TOILET. Enclosed garden of about 800m2 and kiosk overlooking the sea for lunch or an aperitif.

Fabulous setting!
The location was amazing, we felt privileged to wake up to that view each day! The gite was very quiet. It is true the gite could do with a bit of love in places,but it was still a very comfy stay. Thank you.

Séjour mitigé
Nous avions déjà loué cette maison il y a 5 ans et nous en avions gardé un très bon souvenir mais cette fois-ci nous avons été déçus. L’endroit est toujours magique et le jardin très agréable mais la maison sentait le renfermé et n’était pas préparée. Seul un lit était fait, et il y avait beaucoup de toiles d’araignées. L’intérieur mériterait un petit rafraîchissement au niveau de l’hygiène comme laver les couvertures sur les canapés et changer les oreillers de la chambre du haut.

A few steps from paradise!
A wonderful stay in Loctudy and we will certainly be returning. Nice welcome gift from Tifenn which was appreciated and we settled in fairly quickly once we had worked things out!! The town of Loctudy is certainly walkable on foot and a lovely selection of shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

Un problème, ne pas venir avec une voiture trop importante car le portail est en biais et pas très large ...et le parking extérieur est privé donc obligation de rentrer .

Charmantes Haus in genialer Lage
Das I-Tüpfelchen an diesem direkt am Meer gelegenen typisch bretonischen Häuschen ist der Pavillon unmittelbar am Strand, in dem vier Personen mit Blick auf's Meer sitzen und essen können. Die Ausstattung ist gut und vollständig, allerdings müssten die Schiebetür im Bad, ein bei Wind nicht verschließbares Fenster im oberen Zimmer und ein loser Haken im oberen Bad, der uns auf den Fuß fiel, repariert werden. Unsere positive Gesamtbewertung ändert sich deswegen jedoch nicht und wir können das Haus vorbehaltlos empfehlen.

Traumhafte Lage
Das Haus liegt direkt am Meer, man hat eine traumhafte Sicht und kann das Meer von morgens bis abends genießen. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Haus in hübscher Lage mit einigen Mängeln
Bei einem Objekt dieser Preisklasse hat man natürlich entsprechende Erwartungen. Gleich vorweg, diese Erwartungen wurden enttäuscht. Doch zunächst zu den positiven Punkten: Das Haus liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse sehr ruhig direkt am Meer an einem hübschen kleinen Strand. Der Wohn- und Essbereich im Erdgeschoss ist war etwas eng, jedoch hübsch möbliert und eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist gut, in der Küche findet man alles was man zum Kochen braucht. Nun zu den negativen Erfahrungen: 1. Sauberkeit: der Spiegelschrank im Badezimmer war staubig und es lagen tote Insekten darin. Die Lampe über der Arbeitsplatte in der Küche war voll Spinnweben. Aus der Abzugshaube über dem Herd quoll das Filtermaterial und es hing eine tote Spinne darin. 2. Gartenmöblierung: sie bestand aus drei alten Liegen, eine war zusammengekracht, eine andere hatte ein Loch in der Mitte und die dritte war schon ziemlich durchgelegen. Ich habe gleich Fotos gemacht und sie der Vermieterin geschickt. Sie meinte nur, dass man vergessen hätte, sie wegzuwerfen. Allerdings habe man dafür zwei „Chaises de détente“ also Stühle zur Entspannung, angeschafft. Diese Stühle entpuppten sich als zwei billige Hartplastikstühle mit einer etwas tieferen Sitzfläche und abgeschrägten Lehne. 3. Blick: einen Meerblick gibt es nur im Stehen, vom Schlafzimmer im ersten Stock, von der Küche und vom Wohnzimmer. Im Sitzen nur vom Esstisch im Wohnzimmer. Leider hat man auf der Terrasse keinen Meerblick. Das Meer wird von der hohen Bewachsung im Garten und von der Mauer verdeckt. 4. Handtücher: pro Person fanden wir nur ein kleines und ein größeres Handtuch vor. Und das für einen Badeurlaub am Meer?? Immerhin, nachdem ich das reklamiert habe, haben wir am nächsten Tag noch zwei kleine und zwei größere Handtücher bekommen. Ich habe den Eindruck, der Vermieterin geht es vor allem um Gewinnmaximierung. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt einfach nicht. Wir können dieses Haus nicht empfehlen und würden es keinesfalls wieder mieten.

Un havre de paix et de charme !
Nous avons passé un inoubliable séjour en famille à Loctudy (4 adultes et 1 enfant 5ans) dans une propriété en tout point conforme à la description. Située dans un cadre verdoyant, face à la mer (accès direct !) , sans vis à vis, l'endroit est magnifiquement reposant et permet à chacun de profiter de ses vacances (balade, pêche, plage, nage, tourisme, vélo, voile, ...). Une propriété que je recommande fortement ! Claude V.

Vacances en famille parfaites
Une maison bien agencée et joliment décorée dans un style "marin", idéale pour une famille avec 3 enfants, et surtout un emplacement imprenable sur la pointe, au calme, avec un accès direct à la plage et aux activités nautiques. Le port de Loctudy est accessible à pied mais c'est encore mieux avec un vélo (réservation recommandée si vous souhaitez louer des vélos)

PARFAIT
Magnifique séjour dans une très agréable Maison. Proximité immédiate de la mer et de la plage. Idéal pour petits et grands et quel bonheur d'ouvrir ses fenêtres, de voir et d'entendre le bruit de la mer soir et matin ! Endroit confidentiel, calme frequenté des habitués seulement. Great location and well fitted out
We enjoyed our stay at this house, here my brief summary. The pros: + Location. Direct access to beach, great views, quiet cul de sac, walking distance (20 minutes) to village centre + Very well equipped. Enough plates, cutlery, pans, pots etc. and good appliances (coffee machine, oven, microwave, large fridge). Also, it comes with two bathrooms and three (!) toilets. + Very nice ambience, all furniture and decoration is very tasteful and not just a cheap holiday fit out. The con: - There is just one point to mention, as the interior is partially quite dated and needs some minor repairs, but nothing that would impact my overall positive rating. We would definitely stay here again.

Wunderschönes Haus direkt am Meer
Gut renoviertes, älteres Haus. Aber wunderschön gelegen. Aus dem kleinen Gärtchen führt eine Türe direkt an den Strand. Kein Verkehr und sehr ruhig. Komplett eingerichteter Haushalt. Nur zu empfehlen.

Charmantes Haus direkt am Strand
Wir haben die Woche in Loctudy sehr genossen. Bei Flut reicht das Wasser bis zur Ufermauer, wenige Meter vom Haus entfernt. Bei Ebbe zieht sich das Meer weit zurück und man kann den Fussfischern vom Garten aus zuschauen. Nachts kann man den Wellen zuhören. Morgens kann man vom Frühstückstisch (oder Schlafzimmer) spektakuläre Sonnenaufgänge über dem Meer mitverfolgen. Wir waren unterwegs mit einem befreundeten Ehepaar und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Im Haus war alles vorhanden was man braucht und hat auch funktioniert. Verschiedene Geräte sind allerdings schon recht alt und müssen wohl gelegentlich ersetzt werden. Wir waren eine Woche in Loctudy, und würden gerne wieder einmal Ferien machen in diesem charmanten Haus direkt am Wasser!

Wunderbare Lage und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
Das Haus ist nicht ganz neu aber wertig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage und der Blick geradezu einzigartig. Die Küche ist ordentlich ausgestattet. Loctudy selbst ist für Liebhaber von Fisch und Schalentiere ein Paradies.

Jolie maison face à la mer
La maison est située sur la plage, une porte permet d'y accéder directement. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances bénéficiant d'un temps magnifique. Tant de choses à faire et à voir. N'hésitez pas à louer des vélos pour profiter de la région. "La pédale bigoudenne" 13 Rue du Gén de Gaulle à Loctudy, propose un excellent matériel.

Nice and cozy, we spent a wonderful week almost on an island! Wonderful view on Men Bret, you need to figure out the channel to go swimming between the rocks but the beach locals will help you out.

Verträumtes Paradies am Meer
Das Haus besticht durch seine Lage direkt am ruhigen Strand und durch den herrlichen zum Meer gelegenen Garten mit schöner blickgeschützter Terrasse. Innen ist es etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber liebevoll und sehr persönlich eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Der nette Ort Loctudy mit interessantem Fischereihafen, diversen Restaurants und den wichtigsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist mit dem Fahrrad in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Eine Segelschule mit Bootsverleih ist ebenfalls sehr nahe gelegen.

Hier hat man mehr vom Meer
Das Haus ist klein, die Lage grossartig - bei Flut liegen zwischen Meer und dem Knusperhaus kaum fünf Meter. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet, schöne Details machen die Affinität der Besitzer zum grossen Wasser deutlich. Wer gerne kocht, kann auf eine komplette Ausrüstung zurückgreifen. Es gibt wohl kaum eine Meeresgetier, dem sich mit den im Haus befindlichen Gerätschaften nicht zu Leibe gerückt werden kann. Das lohnt sich insbesonders, da der Direktverkauf im Fischerhafen von Loctudy keine Wünsche offen lässt.
