Second floor without elevator. It is closely connected to other tourist attractions. Just five minutes walk to nearest bus stop and only ten minutes to the underground stop (Lesseps, green line L3).
Possibility of private parking only 50 meters from the flat.

Nice and quite

This object is perfect for families up to four people. It is a very quite neighbourhood, all facilities you need are in walking distance (bakery, pharmacie, grocery store and so on). Pablo did respond very fast and delivered all we needed for our toddler.

Nice and clean small little place

Our flight was cancelled and we missed most of our stay. But Pablo the host was great. The place is small but clean. It is up 2 flights of stairs so beware of big luggages. :-).

Comfortable apartment near Park Guell

This is a very comfortable apartment for 4 adults, or a family of four, located literally 8 minutes' walking distance from Gaudi's wondrous Park Guell in a midfle-class neighborhood filled with stores selling daily-need items. Two grocery stores are within 3-4 minutes' walking distance, as is the bus stop. The metro station (Lesseps) is about 10-12 minutes. The apartment is qell-equipped and comfortable. Most importantly, Pablo is an excellent host - very communicative with fast responses to questions, and in addressing any concerns. We would love to stay here again.

Great location by Park Güell

Very nice, refurbished apartment near Park Güell. It is within walking distance to the metro and several markets, bakeries and restaurants. Pablo was very responsive to any questions and even arranged for a taxi to take us the airport the morning of our flight. Would highly recommend the place.

L'appartement est très bien situé, très calme, il ne manque rien, tout est très propre. Pablo est un charmant monsieur, il nous a très gentiment accueillies, nous a conseillées sur les moyens de transport, les visites, les restaurants. Il nous a même aidées à porter les valises !!

Appartement calme et lumineux

Bel appartement, grandes chambres, bien équipé, propre, très bien situé à 2 pas du Parc Guell, à moins de 10 minutes du métro. Attention, deuxième étage sans ascenseur, rue en pente assez forte donc il faut de bonnes jambes. Super accueil de Pablo qui n'est pas avare de bons conseils. Bref tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de très bonnes vacances !

Un petit appartement pratique, bien équipé et un propriétaire aux petits soinss.

Cet appartement est très bien placé dans le quartier du Parc Güell et à proximité des stations de métro et de bus conduisant rapidement au centre ville et aux lieux touristiques. Il dispose d'un parking fermé, à 300 m, où notre voiture est restée pendant les 10 jours passés à Barcelone. Pablo, le propriétaire est extrêmement sympathique, accueillant et de bons conseils. L'équipement est très complet et en très bon état La pente de la rue, sur 100m, est un peu rude quand on est chargé. Pablo nous a donné un coup de main pour transporter nos affaires car nous sommes âgés. La vue est dégagée dans le séjour et la chambre principale. Le Parc est en grande partie accessible gratuitement et permet de belles promenades quotidiennes. La pente initiale est adoucie par des escalators qui mènent à l'entrée en moins de 10 minutes. Une excellente adresse où nous espérons revenir bientôt !

Un super accueil et surtout un super appart

Un grand merci à Pablo pour son accueil à notre arrivée , ses conseils et son français parfait ! L'appartement est exactement comme sur les photos, fonctionnel, très propre, très bien équipé et surtout très très bien placé, calme . L'atout majeur reste la place de parking car c'est très compliqué et cher pour se garer dans Barcelone et le calme. Vous avez à proximité les arrêts de bus et le métro. Je recommande vivement cette location et si je dois retourner séjourner à Barcelone, je la reprendrai sans la moindre hésitation.

séjour formidable

nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, l'appartement correspond exactement à la description très propre et très calme et bien placé accès facile pour le métro et le bus ..quartier sympa ..commerces très proches...et surtout le propriétaire Pablo est très gentil et donne plein d'astuces et de conseils pour passer un bon séjour ...vraiment à recommander on y reviendra avec grand plaisir...

Nice location

we stayed for almost a week in this nice and renovated flat, located few steps back from Park Guel. Owner assisted on the whole topics, detailing and responding properly to all my requests. Flat is just 20 min walking from city centre, taxi are running all night so was not taugh to accomodate in such a nice apartment. Strongly recommended. Luca

Appartement agréable et au calme. Superbement bien situé à deux pas du parc Güell et près de la station de métro Lesseps (grande ligne nord-sud). Hôte très disponible lors des échanges et qui sait donner les conseils pour profiter pleinement de son séjour. Nous sommes restés une semaine et ne regrettons pas notre choix. Pablo a conseillé un petit restaurant tout proche de l'appartement ("La Salud" situé mare de due de la Salut) pour un très bon rapport qualité/prix. A recommander. B & P HERBAUT (TOURS - FRANCE)

A refaire !

Très bon séjour de 3 jours. Pablo nous a accueilli tard dans la soirée et nous a donné une multitude de conseils pour faciliter notre découverte de Barcelone. L'appartement est très propre, agréable, calme et confortable. Il ne manque rien. La station de métro est à 10 min à pied. C'est une ligne principale qui va directement au centre et qui permet toutes les correspondances. Par ailleurs, il y a de nombreux commerces aux alentours. Vraiment très très agréable. A refaire !
