Beautiful stay!

The condo was beautiful. The location was great! Saw SO many dolphins this trip. Awesome pool. Great communication with owner- she sent maintenance next day when we had a minor issue. Only complaint is the # of beach chairs chair company.

Nice Place to Stay

Would have liked more info on check in & check out process. An advance viewing of all the forms we had to sign. We also would have appreciated a guide for operating the TV’s, a list of favorite restaurants. Salt and pepper in the shakers.

The view is Amazing!

We enjoyed this property mostly because of the location, and view of the ocean. We loved the constant sounds of the ocean at night. We had some difficulty with check in, but the property owner responded quickly and took care of it. The property is lovely, and well taken care of.

The condo was perfect for what we needed. Great beachfront location with amazing views. Everything is as pictured and described. This was our first trip to Destin and we would definitely return to the Pelican Beach Resort.

Great Beach Getaway

Just as advertised. Easy check in, beautiful ocean views, convenient to shopping and restaurants. Property was very clean. The Tiki bar had people walking the beach to take drink and food orders or you could go to the bar and order yourself. If you're getting beach chairs, I would call months in advance to get in the first two rows. No chairs or umbrella's allowed past the first row of chairs. If you're in the back row I don't know how you see the ocean. Hope this helps.

Summer Vacation

The condo was very nice. The dishwasher didn’t work well, had to hand wash all the dishes. The master bedroom bed wasn’t very comfortable. The plumbing in the master bath wasn’t great. The tub had standing water at times. Just a few improvements needed, but very nice over all and clean. Good location.

Great beach rental

Visited Destin with my sister and teenage granddaughter. This was a beautiful, clean condo with lots of amenities.. two pools, hot tub, tiki bar for drinks by the pool, beautiful view of the ocean and easy beach access. We were in walking distance of restaurants and Big Kahuna water park so great location. Owners were very responsive as well. We would definitely return to Pelican Beach Resort!!

Mom and senior daughters trip

2 moms with 2 high school senior daughters stayed for a little vacation get away before graduation, property and condo were very nice and had everything we needed. Location was close to a lot of things in Destin, either with in walking distance or a short Uber.

Family Spring Break

We enjoyed our stay in Destin so much. The condo was beautiful with amazing views. The condo was the cleanest that we have ever stayed in. There were dolphins right up at the shore on one of our morning walks. It was a great, family friendly area.

A great winter escape

Condo was clean and comfortable with nice new furniture and comfortable beds. Kitchen had appliances, dishes and counters. Lovely view of the ocean and beach from the living room and bedroom. Nice activites offered and the resort. The pool and hot tub temps were great,

Pelican beach stay

We were so underwhelmed with our stay for my son’s first trip to beach. The amount of construction, debris, nails, noise, rude construction workers was so disappointing. The chairs in our room were literally rotting with rust leaking all over the place, it was a mess. There was sand in our sheets. We were aware there was some remodeling going on but not to this extent. There were 0 amenities available - deceiving from the advertisement of this rental, which we were made to believe this is a “resort property.” We were at least hoping for a place to get coffee. The pool was warm but had garbage floating around in it everyday. I would never bring my family to stay here again.

Great Stay!

Stayed here with my husband and 2 kids and loved our stay! Owner communicated all details of check in and out well in advance and was available for questions. The condo was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. Would love to visit again!

We searched from Pensacola to Panama City, Sandestin to Seaside and fell in love with the Destin area - specifically Pelican Beach Resort. We are not a typical "sit on the beach & relax family" - we like adventure, activities and family time - Destin provides all that and more! We've quickly become addicted to the beauty and splendor of the gulf coast - we spend time here every October - perfect weather, the Fishing Rodeo and Seafood Festival! Please enjoy our home & make your own memories to last a lifetime.
