LOVELY APARTMENT 'La Buraggia' IN DIANO SAN PIETRO

The farm Cà di Ughi is the result of the work of the owners Carmen and Filomeno, whose intention is to offer their guests a pleasant stay surrounded by nature and quiet of Diano San Pietro, a typical Ligurian village just few km far from the most beautiful beaches.
The apartment, created from the renovation of a “wing” of the manor house, is located a short walk from the village square. It has all the modern comforts and it can accommodate up to 5 people and consist of:
First floor:
Kitchen with gas stove and electric oven, fridge and freezer, coffemachine, satellite TV.
Bathroom with toilet, shower and bidet and washing machine
Second floor:
Double room with balcony (bed cm. 160x190)
Bedroom with 2 single beds cm. 83x190 and 1 sofa bed (cm. 83x190)
Bathroom with toilet, shower and bidet.
Independent heating gas.
Hot-water is supplied by solar panels.

To reach our apartament La Buraggia, the last 250 m are on a small uphill road, 300 cm (230 cm for 20 mts) and an max. high of 250 cms (due to a bridge). Otherwise the car can be parked in the free public parking at 250 mt from the apartment.
Private parking next to the house (10 meters ) or in public car park (about 250 m away).

Towels and bed linen as well as kitchen utensils are included in the rent.(weekly change).
Cots and high-chairs are available on request.
Outdoor area equipped with dining table, lounge chairs and barbecue.

250 mt far from the apartment you find: post office, pharmacy, one grocery store with fresh bread and milk daily, coffe shop.
Upon request, we offer our guests a free tour of our olive groves and a tasting of our products.

On reservation in the garden of apartment La Buraggia we'll prepare special dinner with a choice of menus (Ligurian, fish, vegetarian or of the day) and every Saturday evening we prepare pizza cooked in a wood oven!!!

In our structure we also offer you the opportunity to buy vegetables, fresh fruit, olive oil, wine and typical products. It’s all of our production!

Toller Urlaub in familiärer Atmosphäre mit echter italienischer Küche

In ein paar Worten beschrieben: Tolle Wohnung,tolle Familie und wundervolle Verpflegung! Die Wohnung war genauso wie von den Vermietern beschrieben. Es war alles sauber !! Die Lage war sehr optimal, wenn man sich von Carmen täglich bekochen lässt .So muss auch Urlaub sein. 😁 Wir wurden jeden Tag lecker bekocht . Es hat uns alles geschmeckt , wie man es so von einer italienischen Mutti kennt . 😃sie kann genial kochen , und alles mit frischen und leckeren Produkten . Wir waren sehr zufrieden und werden noch mal kommen! Definitiv zu empfehlen . Die ganze Familie war sehr hilfsbereit und vor allem sehr herzlich. Wir wurden wie die eigene Familie behandelt. Einfach nur zu empfehlen.

Authentischer Urlaub in Italien

Wenn man authentisch Urlaub machen möchte, ist man hier genau richtig. Sehr freundliche Vermieter, die allseits um unser Wohl bemüht waren. Auch Gemüse und Olivenöl aus dem Eigenanbau kann man dort geniessen und sind sehr lecker. Wir haben uns Wohlgefühl!

Excellent accueil, appartement très propre et fonctionnel. Les propriétaires nous ont très bien accueilli, ils sont vraiment charmant, vraiment aux petits soins pour nous afin que notre séjour se passe dans les meilleures conditions. Visite de l'oliveraie très intéressante et produits de leur exploitation excellent. Nous recommandons vraiment ce lieu… Séjour très agréable.

Appartamento ben arredato e funzionale. Le foto pubblicate sono perfettamente conformi allo stato della struttura, curata e completa di tutto ciò che serve anche per un soggiorno lungo (cucina attrezzata di tutto e doppio bagno). Pulizia perfetta, proprietari disponibili e accoglienti. C'è la possibilità di acquistare specialità del territorio, prodotte in loco dall'agriturismo (olio, pesto, vino, ecc.) Ottima la posizione per visitare gran parte della Riviera dei Fiori e le belle montagne retrostanti, abbina la comodità della vicinanza al mare (un paio di chilometri) alla tranquillità della campagna. Un magnifique et très chaleureux séjour

Nous avons eu un immense plaisir à séjourner à Ca'di Ughi. L'appartement est grand et bien entretenu. L'accueil est très chaleureux et nous avons eu plaisir à discuter avec ses propriétaires. Nous n'étions qu'à quelques minutes de la mer en voiture mais au calme. Les enfants ont apprécié de pouvoir jouer dehors avec les jeux mis à disposition. Les produite du terroir vendus sur place sont délicieux. Nous espérons pouvoir revenir bientôt !

L'immobile era pulito , ordinato e in ottimo stato, rispondente assolutamente alle descrizioni riportate nel sito Web. Ottima l'accoglienza dei proprietari, molto discreti e soprattutto disponibili ad ogni nostra esigenza, ottimi i prodotti agricoli (frutta e verdura) di loro diretta produzione.Consiglio vivamente questa struttura e soprattutto la tranquillità del luogo , dove si vive un esperienza unica ovvero sembra di stare in una località di altri tempi e 5 minuto dal mare bellissimo della liguria Fabio Valocchia

Vacanza di relax con 4 bimbi!

Immobile pulito e molto curato. Gli spazi erano più ampi e migliori di quello che ci aspettavamo. Proprietari e famigliari sempre molto disponibili lasciando comunque spazio per la nostra privacy. Lo consiglio a famiglie numerose come la nostra. Speriamo di riuscire a tornarci presto!
