Cocooning and relaxation.... An apartment of standing, with air-conditioned living room and 2 big luxury bedrooms, in the welcoming decoration, new in a recent residence (2012), with garden and barbecue, on the lake of Thau.
Completely equipped. Beautiful fully-equipped kitchen. Most: a small wine cellar to guard the rosé for the cool.
The apartment with level access is of an easy access for the people with reduced mobility.
At 150 m of the port and the city center. Bicycle paths up to beaches and along the pond until Agde or Sète

Parfait pour notre chien

On a passé un très bon séjour ici. Emplacement super pour se promener avec le chien tout le long de la plage en face de l'appartement. Communication excellente. Les restos et le port seulement plusieurs minutes à pied. On le recommende.

Erholsame Ferien

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Klimaanlage und die elektrischen Rolladen in der Wohnung waren perfekt für erholsamen Schlaf. Die Küche war voll ausgestattet sogar mit einigen Kochutensilien wie Gewürze etc. Der Hafen mit seinen wunderschönen Restaurants sowie die Bäckereien waren zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Nähe zum Etang war super so konnten wir unsere morgendliche Joggingrunde direkt mit einer schönen Laufstrecke beginnen. Insgesamt haben wir hier sehr schöne Ferien verbracht und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Superbe LOCATION très bien placée et équipement parfait

La location proposée par Mme BRICHART sur le site est réellement très agréable, bien placée, au calme, à 5 minutes à pieds du port de plaisance et 8 du centre ville et des commerces. L'appartement est très bien équipé, ne manque de rien et la climatisation est un réel plus. Christine

Séjour hors saison (Mars)

Logement trés bien équipé , proche de toutes les commodités , même hors saison. Orientation face au lever de soleil , magnifique. Beaucoup de documentation sur la région = on ressent la volonté des proprios de faire passer un bon séjour aux locataires.

Marseillan Stay

Huge Cranes nearby and building work going on 7 days a week. Nice garden with excellent furniture but not able to stay and relax in the afternoons at the property because of the noise. Never ever been bitten as badly by mosquitoes in the garden. Needed strong tablets and cream.

Un superbe appartement très bien situé et avec un équipement au top ! Literie très bien également rien à dire ! Tout est pensé pour le bien être des vacanciers et la déco est vraiment chouette ! Le petit plus non négligeable : les petits chiens sont acceptés. Je recommande ++++++

Excellente semaine au bord de l'étang de Thau

Appartement très agréable, calme et spacieux et bien équipé. Vu la canicule, la climatisation était bienvenue le soir. Avec enfants de 3 et 8 ans, nous avons profité de la magnifique plage de la Baleine, d Aqualand, d'une croisière sur les écluses, visite chalutier etc. Nous recommandons.

Schöne sonnige Woche am Etang

Wir haben eine wunderbare erholsame Woche in einer perfekten Wohnung verbracht. Es war einfach alles da was man brauchte um sich wohl zu fühlen. Herrlich dieser Blick auf den Etang, schnell zu Fuß im Zentrum und viele Möglichkeiten um Ausflüge in die Umgebung zu machen.

Super schöne Ferienwohnung, modern, toll eingerichtet, großzügig geschnitten, eigene Terrasse für das 2. Schlafzimmer, große Terrasse mit kleinem Garten mit tollen Sitzmöbeln, alles hell und freundlich, Blick auf die Lagune, Morgensonne, die Lage noch dazu, perfekte Unterkunft!!!

Ein fantastisches Apartment mit einem grandiosen Blick!

Die umfangreiche Küchenausstattung lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Es war ein Genuss jeden Morgen aufzustehen und die Sonne über dem Bassin de Thau aufgehen zu sehen. Der Weg am Wasser war hervorragend für tägliche Spaziergänge. Zu Fuß war man in wenigen Minuten im Zentrum von Marseillan und am wunderschönen kleinen Hafen. Als E-Auto Besitzerin war es kein Problem in einigen hundert Metern das Auto regelmäßig zu laden für wenig Geld. Ich habe die vier Wochen, auch bei kaltem Wetter, sehr genossen.

Un logement spacieux et confortable dans une région très agréable aux ressources variées.

Nous avons pu profiter d'une météo agréable pour visiter Agde, Sète et Saint Ghilem du Désert ainsi que les villages que l'étang de Thau.

Super séjour à Marseillan

Tout s'est bien passé de la réservation (en dernière minute) au remboursement de la caution. Nous avons trouvé un appartement très propre, très bien équipé et correspondant en tous points à la description. A deux pas du port et du centre ville sa position est idéale, en plus les longues promenades au bord de l'étang. Tout le confort et une très bonne literie. Nous reviendrons.

Hübsche Wohnung in schöner Lage

Die Wohnung liegt sehr hübsch am Etang de Thau. Der Blick zum See und Leuchtturm hat uns gefallen. Die Bilder und Angaben zur Wohnung stimmen absolut überein. Die Wohnung sowie die schöne Terrasse sind gut ausgestattet. Der Austausch per Mail mit Mme Brichart war sehr gut und schnell. Marseillan ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen und bietet einen guten Einblick ins französische Dorfleben. Wir haben die Zeit genossen.
