About this property

Seabatical-Beautiful ocean view! w/Bikes & Chairs

Welcome to our shabby chic vacation villa! It has everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There is a queen bed with a pillow top Serta sleeper mattress in the bedroom, queen sized sleeper sofa with gel mattress and two bunks in the hallway for small children. The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you could need to cook your own meals, has a full sized flat surface stove, full sized dishwasher and refrigerator. Beach chairs and bikes are included for your use.

We are locals and clean and maintain our villas ourselves and assure you that they are very clean and well maintained! If you are celebrating a special event and would like me to leave something special, flowers, wine, etc. just let me know and I will have it waiting when you arrive.
Seaside Villas is not pet friendly, the management company is very strict and there are $500.00 fees per day per pet.

We are locals and would love to specialize your vacation for you. We offer initial grocery shopping that will be set up for you upon arrival for a fee of $35. We can also leave flowers or champagne if you are celebrating something.

Quaint and convenient!

This was perfect for my spouse and I! We decided to take a quick impromptu get away to the beach and this place was just the ticket. It has easy access to the beach and is conveniently located. I will definitely stay here again the next time we decide to come to HHI. The host is accomodating and communication is excellent!

Perfect!

Staying at Seaside Villas is always a relaxing experience, but this condo was absolutely perfect! Kendall is such a wonderful hostess and made my stay the perfect getaway. She was extremely accommodating and very vigilant with any correspondence we had. I highly recommend staying here.

Perfectly Convenient

Would be happy to stay at this location if we ever visit HH again. Was a nice COLD room to come back to in the 100+ weather! And a comfortable dark bedroom with a door (which also had another entrance to the bathroom). FULL kitchen was soooo nice as well.

Loved how accommodating the owners were for a small fee out groceries were already in our fridge when we arrived making it very easy to settle in. Our only feedback is space is very limited and it felt like storage areas were filled with owners extras. I would recommend more wall storage space to help minimize clutter of our belongings while staying. But we 100% would return again!!

Great ocean view unit

We have stayed at this villa before but not at this unit. Wow what a view. Also the unit is furnished with everything you need for a nice beach vacation. We loved bike riding on the beach! Kendall & Jeremy are great to deal with and we will be staying here again for my wife's birthday next year.

Unit was updated and clean. Ocean view from balcony was great, only short walk to beach and walking distance to Coligny Plaza. The beach chairs and bikes that were included were so convenient, we used them daily. Would stay here again without any hesitation.

Seaside villa

Overall the unit was in excellent condition. The host left us a bottle of wine and cookies that was much appreciated. I will say the sofa needs replaced and the toilet handle fell off (a minor fix). Everything else was great. Seaside is very convenient to restaurants and shopping. We have stayed in several units on that property. Would stay here again.

All that is needed for fun in Hilton Head

Great location and the amenities were as advertised. My wife and I enjoyed our stay during Thanksgiving. During check-in we noticed several welcome gifts from the owners. We enjoyed the cookies, but did not partake of the wine. There is shopping and dining within walking distance. If you are looking for a place to stay, you should give it a try.

Great stay.

We had a wonderful stay here. The location is great and you can see the ocean right from the balcony. We ran into some minor issues, but she was very quick to help us address them and take care of them. This place is best suited for two adults and/or two small children as the sofa bed probably needs updating. But overall we’d stay again! You’ll love the location and cookies were left for us.☺️

We are Kendall and Jeremy Kline from Bluffton SC. We have owned in Seaside for 10 years and recently purchased this villa. We wanted to be able to offer our guests another villa if they wanted to come with family or friends and wanted to stay close to them.
We moved here about 15 years ago from Louisville, Ky. We came here for a temporary job and loved the area so much we decided to make it home!

Why they chose this property

We love Seaside Villas so much because it is in the heart of South Forest Beach and there are so many things to do within walking distance, lots of restaurants, bars and shopping. We have such a beautiful beach and our complex is ocean front, no walking across the street and lugging beach gear! We have a wonderful management company that does a fantastic job at keeping the property clean and maintained.
