There’s also a **bar and brasserie with a terrace** in the residence ("L’Équilibre").

Located on the **2nd floor with elevator access**, the apartment is **facing due south**, with a balcony that’s completely private. The rental includes **a private outdoor parking space** and **a lockable ski locker** on the ground floor.
A **receptionist** is available onsite with an office in the residence to welcome you and assist with any questions during your stay.

The charming duplex apartment is well equipped and especially pleasant in summer with its balcony and large bay window.

The Serre Chevalier Valley includes four charming villages along the Guisane River:
**Monêtier-les-Bains (highest village)**, **Villeneuve La Salle**, **Chantemerle**, and **Briançon**. Together, they offer a wide range of **sightseeing and outdoor activities**, especially in summer.

**The Guisane Valley** is a paradise for hiking — from easy walks to challenging treks, there’s something for everyone. The valley borders the **Écrins National Park**, known for its nature workshops and scenic trails.
