'The Bouvier mas', a former wine farmhouse located on a hill near the village of Our Lady of London at a place called' the Caumette .. It includes a holiday home surrounded by a 6000m2 enclosure of century-old oaks, a quiet place for a relaxing stay without constraints. The house is independent, the park, the pool are at the exclusive disposal of our guests. The pool maintenance is provided by the owner.
The house consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a bright dining room and lounge opening onto a veranda and terrace. It has three rooms for accommodation for five people. The pool (8x4m, 1. 20m to 1. 80m depth) is integrated in a natural environment: coping with natural stone, overlooking the Pic Saint Loup, wide lawns shaded by oaks and hackberry. A large terrace of single storey, paved, under large trees is equipped for outdoor dining: Outdoor summer kitchen under shelter, tables, benches, griddle, fridge, dishwasher. Under the trees, table ping-pong, hammocks, swing, ball game.

Wonderful family vacation
The property is located not far from Montpellier, in a very quiet rural area. The house was well equipped with everything we needed for our family of five. The bedrooms and living room are very spacious and we felt very comfortable with all the accessories. The pool was a highlight as we were able to use it most of the day, but Mr and Mrs Andalfinger used it to themselves for an hour. They are both very kind and supportive. La propriété est située non loin de Montpellier, dans une zone rurale très calme. La maison était bien équipée avec tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour notre famille de cinq personnes. Les chambres et le salon sont très spacieux et on s'y sentait très bien avec tous les accessoires. La piscine a été un point fort, car nous avons pu l'utiliser presque toute la journée, mais M. et Mme Andalfinger l'ont utilisée pour eux seuls pendant une heure. Ils sont tous les deux très gentils et d'un grand soutien.

Ruim huis met heerlijk zwembad
We hebben hier een heerlijke week verbleven met ons gezin bestaande uit 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen (7 en 10 jaar). In het huis is er overal airco en genoeg ruimte. Het grote pluspunt is natuurlijk het zwembad, daar hebben we veel gebruik van gemaakt. In de omgeving valt genoeg te doen; bezoekjes aan de grot, wandeling van 2 uur ( prima te doen met 2 kinderen), montpellier etc. De eigenaren zijn zeer discreet en je hebt zodoende veel privacy. Kortom, een aanrader!

Très bel endroit pour un séjour au calme
Nous avons séjourné en famille au Mas de Bouvier, belle demeure provençale au calme dans l'arrière pays de Montpellier. Tout le confort est là pour des vacances réussies. Idéal pour visiter Montpellier etl'arrière pays.

Geweldige plek
Heerlijk huis met prachtig zwembad; ruime slaapkamers met een airco, een kleine maar handzame keuken, een fijne woonkamer en een glazen serre. Buiten is een fijn zitje gecreerd met een buitenkeuken (grillplaat, kookplaat, koelkast, vaatwasser en eigen servies/bestek). In de omgeving is enorm veel te doen dus we hebben ons geen moment verveeld. De eigenaren zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ze wonen op het terrein maar geven je veel privacy. We hebben een topvakantie gehad en waren graag nog langer gebleven!

Cadre magnifique et verdoyant, la piscine est très agréable, ainsi que la terrasse. La cuisine attenante a celle ci est pratique avec tout ce qu'il faut. Nadine est très serviable, le domaine bien entretenu, nous avons passé un excellent WE.

Relax bij la Caumette
Een heerlijke plek om te ontspannen. Het zwembad biedt in de zomer de gewenste koelte, de natuur en omgeving ontspanning en uitdaging. Wij hebben in de covid periode vooral op het ruime terrein verbleven, dat kon prima met een bezoekje af en toe aan de supermarche in de buurt. De omgeving biedt echter zoveel meer; paardrijden, wandelen, kanoën, karakteristieke dorpjes. musea etc. De eigenaren van het huis wonen op het terrein en zijn professionele en vriendelijke verhuurders, met veel respect voor de privacy van de huurder.

Lekker huis met een mooi zwembad
Mooi huis met lekkere bedden. Woonkamer is wat groter dan op de foto's lijkt, keuken is aan de kleine kant maar heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Je leeft vooral buiten. Overal airco en dat is echt nodig. Het lekkerste is echter het zwembad dat je op 1 uur per dag na, helemaal voor jezelf hebt. De tuin kent veel schaduw en dat vonden wij een voordeel met de hoge 30+ temperaturen. Aardige beheerders. Kortom heerlijke vakantie in een omgeving waar heel veel te doen is.

zeer aangenaam vertoeven in Mas Bouvier
Super vakantieverblijf. Airco en zwembad (in een prachtige groene omgeving) zijn een heel grote meerwaarde. Terras biedt altijd de mogelijkheid om in de schaduw te zitten en te eten. Buitenkeuken okee en aangenaam. BBQ zou extra meerwaarde zijn. Veranda in de zomer geen meerwaarde, integendeel... Je voelt je echt 'god in Frankrijk'.

Parfait !
La Caumette, petit havre de paix, maison très agréable à vivre, jardin arboré appréciable lors de grande chaleur et que dire de la climatisation dans les chambres, un délice ! Une piscine idéale bien conçue, une cuisine d'été avec toutes les commodités. Des propriétaires à côté, mais d'une discrétion absolue... Bref, de belles vacances dans cette région à découvrir ou redécouvrir !

Beautiful Property. Very relaxing vacation.
Our family of 4 (husband and wife with 2 grown boys) spent an very enjoyable week here. Hiking, canoeing and pretty villages everywhere. The proprietors were very nice and answered any questions we had about the area. The house was very clean and very well maintained. There were 3 different area to have meals – in the house, in the solarium and out on the terrace. The swimming pool was very private with very pretty surroundings. At the house there were many things to do…ping-pong, badminton, pétanque, a plancha for outdoor cooking… also 2 hammocks in the garden, a perfect spot for reading. The kitchen was small, but very efficient and very well equipped with everything one would need. I was concerned the kitchen would be too small, but both my husband and I were able to cook together due to the way it was laid out. Even the small dishwasher fit everything. Very efficient! : ) The house in general was very well appointed with everything a vacationer would need… hooks for clothing/towels precisely where you would want them. We had such a lovely time there and hope to return again someday.

Een lekker huis op een rustige plek in het groen.
Voor een kookliefhebber is de keuken aan de krappe kant. Alle attributen zijn wel aanwezig. De woning wordt als geschikt aangegeven voor 6 personen. Dat kan, gelet op het aantal bedden. T.a.v. de leefruimte zou ik er niet met meer dan 4 personen naar toegaan. Mede gelet op de kleine vaatwasser. Aan het huis zit een lichte veranda, waar het bij minder weer goed toeven is. Jammer is dat direct bij het huis geen zonnig terras is. Bij het zwembad is het dan wel weer erg lekker.

Gepflegte Gemütlichkeit
Das Haus ist sehr schön und bestens ausgestattet und entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Der Wohnbereich ist sehr gemütlich und in der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Die Veranda haben wir besonders gern genutzt. Das Haus war sehr gepflegt und absolut sauber. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Wir können die Unterkunft jederzeit weiter empfehlen

Un excellent séjour au mas Bouvier
Séjour très réussi dans cette magnifique région de l’Hérault ; nos hôtes ont été à la fois très disponibles et attentifs. La location, pleine de charme et de caractère est très agréable avec un jardin magnifique. Le descriptif est tout à fait conforme à la réalité. Documentations et conseils très appréciés. Nous serons ravis de retrouver "notre" location" du mas Bouvier et nous le recommandons très chaleureusement.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in schönen Umgebung
Die Ferienwohnung war in einem sehr guten und sehr sauberen Zustand Die Küche war sehr gut bestückt, es gab alles, was man benötigt, um vernünftig kochen zu können, was mir immer sehr wichtig ist. Besonders gut hat uns auch der Wintergarten gefallen, da es abends schon recht kühl war und man nicht mehr gut draußen sitzen konnte. Der Empfang von den Vermietern war sehr freundlich und wir fühlten uns gleich wilkommen. Wir haben uns die ganze Zeit über sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Wohnung auch jederzeit weiter empfehlen oder auch selber wieder hinfahren. In der Nähe gibt es viele schöne und lohnenswerte Ziele für Ausflüge.

Un lieu de vacances adorable!
Notre séjour au Mas Bouvier en juillet était vraiment très agréable: une maison confortable (bonne climatisation!) avec des terrasses acceuillantes pour toute heure du jour, une piscine magnifique, un endroit éloigné des foules de touristes, mais bien situé por faire des excursions (nos ‘ados’ ont beaucoup aimé le tour à canoe et ‘l’Accrobranche’ á St. Jean de Cuculles au pied du Pic St. Loup). La presence des proprietaires était à la fois aimable et très discrete. En tout une véritable oasis qui offre du repos et des bonnes vacances au Midi!

Séjour très apprécié.
Le gîte est très confortable. Le parc, avec ses hamacs, la piscine est un hâvre de paix. L'accueil des propriétaires séjourneant sur place à été agréable autant que discret. Nous n'hésiterons pas á revenir au mas bouvier.

un petit bout de paradis
Un accueil de qualité, à la fois chaleureux et discret.... Un gite pratique, propre et agréable, agencé avec soin.... Une piscine à la bonne distance de la maison et à la bonne température.... Un jardin suffisamment grand pour que chacun y trouve son petit endroit pour une sieste ou un livre à terminer... Un gite bien situé, à proximité de petits villages où il fait bon prendre un verre ou se balader dans les marchés locaux... Des balades magnifiques à deux pas et la rivière à quelques kilomètres.... Une région idéale pour les amoureux du calme et de la nature, sans être complètement isolés.... Avec nos trois enfants (et/ou ados), nous avons passé une très belle quinzaine. Bref, un endroit que nous garderons dans nos favoris!
