Eine nette Kellerwohnung

Die Besitzerin war super nett und hilfsbereit und bekommt dafür die volle Punktezahl. Die 2 Schlafzimmer ohne Fenster und mit niedrigen Decken können wir leider nicht weiter empfehlen. Es gab praktisch keine Lüftungsmöglichkeit als mit Hilfe von einem Standventilator. Der Garten mit dem Olivenbaum und Esstisch war sehr nett, der Sonnenschirm war leider nicht mehr ansprechend. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und die Entfernung zum Strand waren sehr gut.

La vacanza in questa casa è stata per noi Perfetta. Posizione ottimale per avere tutto a portata di mano e bimbi felici in tutta sicurezza. La casa è come viene presentata, nessuna particolare sorpresa. Patrizia e suo marito sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili. Tranquillità e comodità il vero fascino. Unico piccolo disguido è l'umidità, ma che si è risolta facilmente con un deumidificatore in dotazione. La casa è fornita di ogni accessorio utile per il soggiorno, dalla cucina alle stanze da letto. Insomma, io e mio marito siamo stati benissimo!!!

Mold and moist air/Stampo ed aria umida

Nette Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung hat einen wunderschönen kleinen Garten/Terasse. Das macht die dunkle Wohnung wett - wenn man bei schönem und schon heißem Wetter dort ist. Sie ist außerdem geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man braucht.

vacanza perfetta

Siamo stati davvero bene nella casa di Patrizia. La casa, per quanto sia seminterrata è luminosa e arredata di recente con una cucina completa di forno a micoronde. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, grazie anche al tempo che ci ha permesso di pranzare all'aperto nel grazioso giardino. Usciti dal Giardino la spiaggia si raggiunge in meno di due minuti a piedi (circa 100 metri). La disponibilità e cortesia di Patrizia sono state impagabili.

Ottima sistemazione vicinissima a tutto

Appartamento tutto nuovo esattamente come dalle foto. Per arrivare alla spiaggia basta attraversare la piazza degli ulivi centenari, mentre per arrivare in centro del paese basta sempre attraversare la pizza! Nonostante questo è molto silenzioso perché in una strada secondaria. Il fatto di essere un seminterrato viene totalmente compensato dal bel giardino dotato di tutti i comfort, ed anche perché in una vacanza al mare si rimane pochissimo in casa. Patrizia e suo marito sono stati due ospiti perfetti, gentilissimi e discreti. Santa Maria Navarrese è un bel peasino sul mare con diversi ristoranti e locali, molto tranquillo e vicino a diverse spiagge mai affollate. Dal porto partono i gommoni e le barche per fare il giro delle bellissime spiagge dell'Ogliastra. L'appartamento dispone di tutte le stoviglie e biancheria necessaria. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca tranquillità e mare bello.
