Nice 75 sq meter apartment in the center of “Villa di Gargnano” with lake view and next to the beach where you can hear waves breaking onto piers of the village.
The apartment belongs to a building with independent heating which has a nice courtyard, a garden and a lumber-room. In the flat there are respectively a bathroom (shower equipped with body massage, light and radio), two double bedrooms (one with a sofa bed and a cot for little kids), and a fully equipped kitchen with dining room and lake view. Bathroom and kitchen are completely new.

Kleine feine Unterkunft mit wunderbarem Seeblick
Alles war wie beschrieben, gute Ausstattung der Wohnung, herzlicher Kontakt vor Ort und Hilfsbereitschaft. Angenehmer, nicht überlaufener Ort. Romantischer kleiner Hafen mit günstigem Lokal. Wunderbare Bäckerei und Feinkostladen in Gargnano (10 min). Für Lärmempfindliche, die Küstenstraße ist leider sehr nah und besonders nachts zu hören, deshalb von mir nur 4 Sterne. hören

Schöne Unterkunft in toller Lage
Wir haben die Tage in Villa Gargnano sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral in der Nähe kleinen Hafens und trotzdem ruhig.

Schöner Aufenthalt in Gargnano
Es war prima, der Check-in gut organisiert und die Umgebung wirklich schön. Auch ohne Auto lässt es sich sehr gut per Bus und per Schiff anreisen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal.

Wohnung in toller Lage
Die Wohnung hat eine gute Größe für 3 bis 4 Personen. Die Einrichtung ist etwas altbacken, aber zweckmäßig. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Zum See sind es keine 20 Meter. Das Haus hat einen tollen Garten dabei. In der näheren Umgebung sind mehrere gute Restaurants. Einen kleiner Tante-Emma-Laden, einen Bäcker und einen Metzger gibt es ca. 10 Min zu Fuß entfernt. Der CheckIN erfolgte nicht persönlich, war aber gut organisiert. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen.

Schöne Wohnung fast direkt am See
Lage ist super, der See ist sehr nahe, nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt gibt es einen Badestrand (Kies, also am besten Badeschuhe einpacken). Der nächste (bezahlbare) Supermarkt befindet sich einen Ort weiter. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, sogar Espressokocher sind vorhanden. Einzig die Betten quietschen/knarzen etwas, ansonsten ist alles tiptop :)

Wunderschöne Wohnung in einem authentischen Ort
Die Wohnung hat alles, was man für vier Personen benötigt. Tolle Zimmer, wunderschöne Lage im Ortsteil von Gargnano. Ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg zum Zentrum. Man findet aber neben Lebensmittel auch tolle Osterinsel, Restaurants usw. vor der Tür. In einer Minute ist man am See und kann baden. Alles super organisiert vom Vermieter. Vielen Dank dafür. Wir kommen wieder.

Einfach nur wundervoll
Die Ferienwohnung entsprach voll und ganz unseren Erwartungen. Die Lage war optimal. Mehrere kleine Strände waren über kurze Wege zu erreichen. Einziges kleines Manko ist der Parkplatz hinterm Haus. Dieser ist nur zeitlich begrenzt nutzbar, was zum Be und Entladen des Autos aber gut ausreichte. In ca 300 Meter Entfernung befindet sich allerdings ein großer kostenlos nutzbarer Parkplatz. Wir waren insgesammt sehr zufrieden und kommen bestimmt nocheinmal. Liebe Grüße

Schöner Aufenthalt
Wunderbare Wohnung in prima Lage im kleineren Ortsteil Villa, der auch ein kleines, lauschiges Hafenbecken hat. Schöner, zehnminütiger Spaziergang ins Centro von Gargnano.

Schöne Lage in beschaulichem Ort
Wohnung war sauber und bot alles, was gebraucht wurde - Wohnungsübergabe verlief mit den Ansprechpartnern vor Ort sympathisch und problemlos - beim Fahrzeugparken muß man kreativ werden, da kein Stellplatz zur Verfügung steht (daher nur 4/5 Sternen).

Elegant, comfortable apartment with lake views
Elegant and well-appointed apartment with balcony overlooking the lake. Great location 1 minute from the lake and five from the town centre with shops, restaurants and excellent ice cream.

Ein sehr gemütliches Apartment mit gut ausgestatteter Küche an einem wunderschönen Fleck des Sees
Das Apartment liegt an einem ruhigen Innenhof in zweiter Reihe aber direkt am See und an einem kleinen romantischen Hafen. Dort gibt es Restaurants und einen kleinen Lebensmittelladen der alles bietet was man braucht. Wenn man mehr bleibt man zum größeren Ortsteil hinüber da gibt es dann auch eine Eisdiele und eine Apotheke und mehrere Hotels. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht, man sollte aber die Basics dabei haben wie Gewürze Kaffee Zucker Salz Spülmaschinentabs und Waschpulver. Das Bett ist sehr groß und bequem. Die Kinder schlafen in einem eigenen Zimmer mit einem ausziehbarem Sofa und einem Babybett wenn man es braucht.. die Kommunikation mit den Besitzern verlief sehr gut über WhatsApp und persönlich. Gargnano ist ein süßes kleines Örtchen in das man sich wirklich verlieben kann mit seinen kleinen Gässchen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit!!!
Wir haben 2 Wochen in Gargnano verbracht. Wir haben und in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ferienwohnung ist sauber, hell und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Beschreibung gibt das wieder, was man vor Ort auch antrifft. Also keine falschen Versprechungen. Die ganze Abwicklung, von der ersten Anfrage bis zum Check-out, lief alles reibungslos und unkopliziert. Der Ort Gargnano ist sehr ruhig, man erreicht alles wichtige Fußläufig (Strand 5 min, Bäcker 10 min, kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft 2 min, Restaurants (einige) in der unmittelbarer Nähe). Ein größerer Supermarkt ist mit dem Auto in 10 min erreicht. Fußläufig (15-20 min) erreicht man eine Surf-Schule. Hier kann man Windsuf Kurse buchen oder Wassersportgeräte leihen(Surfbretter, Tretboote) Auch Fahrräder können hier geliehen werden. Wir werden Gargnano auf jeden Fall noch einmal besuchen kommen!!! Tolle Wohnung, schöne Aussicht, nette Ort; also fantatische Urlaubstage!
Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht als wir ankamen. Eine nette kleine Wohnung, voll ausgestattet mit Alles, was man braucht. Die Aussicht ist super und es ist sehr ruhig in der Nacht. Die Wohnung liegt perfekt, kurze Abstände zum Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir haben es zu viert sehr genossen.

sehr zu empfehlen / da cosigliare
Wir haben eine tolle Woche in der Wohnung verbracht. Es war alles prima, von der Abwicklung der Buchung über den netten Empfang bis hin zu dem wirklich schönen hellen und gut ausgestatteten Apartment. Der Seeblick weckt Urlaubsgefühle. Ein echtes Plus sind auch die „Extras“ wie Wlan und der Parkplatz direkt hinter dem Haus. (In Gargnano selbst ist es oft sehr schwierig einen Parkplatz zu finden. Er ist allerdings öffentlich, also nicht für die Bewohner reserviert, d.h. in der Hochsaison ggf. voll. Aber alleine zum Ein- und Ausladen ist es super). Villa, ein Vorort von Gargnano, hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Hafenbecken mit zwei Osterien und einem kleinen Lebensmittelladen ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Zu Fuß läuft man ca. 10 Minuten bis ins Zentrum von Gargnano – für mich einer der schönsten Orte am Gardasee. Es ist ein malerisches kleines Städtchen mit guter Infrastruktur (Strand, Cafés, Restaurants, kleine Geschäfte). Dadurch, dass es nicht so überlaufen ist, fühlt man sich mehr als Gast als „nur“ als Tourist :-). Vorrei aggiungiere una versione italiana (mi dispiace per eventuali errori) Abbiamo passato una settimana molto bella nel appartamento di Michele! E' stato un'esperienza tutta positiva: Il contatto con il proprietario è stato molto professionale e cortese, l'accoglienza era molto gentile, l'appartamento stesso è luminoso e attrezzato molto bene, l'edificio e il giardino sono ben curati. La vista sul lago è davvero splendida :-). Anche le piccole cose erano molto piacevole: dall'accesso WiFi al parcheggio proprio sotto casa. Spero di ritornare e lo consiglierei ai miei amici e alla mia famiglia. Ci è piaciuto Villa, una frazione di Gargnano che è molto tranquilla e rilassata. Ci vuole pochi passi per arrivare al piccolo porto del paese dove si trovano due osterie e un piccolo negozio. A piedi ci vuole circa 10 minuti per arrivare al centro di Gargnano che per me e uno dei posti più belli sul lago. Michele ci ha fornito di tanti informazioni utili sulle cose da fare nella zona.

Die Wohnung ist nur zu empfehlen. Die Küche und die elektrischen Geräte sind wie neu. Die Wohnung wurde vor kurzem renoviert. Das Haus liegt in zweiter Häuserreihe zum See. Ein wunderschöner Blick auf den Gardasee. Die malerische Ortschaft ist nicht so überlaufen und schön ruhig. Der Strand ist in fünf Minuten zu erreichen. Eine kleine Badebucht direkt vor der Tür. A room with a view just meters from the lake
With the best weather it certainly helped to see the lake and swim in it a couple of timer a day. Not more then a minutes walk, so if you like to swim before, or after, breakfast, it all fits. If you want to stay inside you can enjoy a well equiped appartment or drive around the nice countryside. A little minus is the second bed, which in fact is a couch. So not to comfortable for grown ups. But don't let that stop you from going there.

Why they chose this property

Gargnano is a village which is located strategically by Garda lake, in the middle between the Southern and Northern part of it. This area is also popular for its tranquility and for the possibility to practice sport outdoor thanks to its proximity to the mountain.
Close to the apartment there are respectively a charming small port with 2 restaurants making local cuisine, a little food store and a beach resort named 'Giallo Limone'.
There are also hiking tracks nearby just upon the lake and Valvestino, a valley (30min driving) which is famous for biking and from Gargnano you can also take a tour across the lake by ferry.
Less than 1km from the apartment, there is a windsurfing school ('Centro Le Fontanelle') where to take lessons or to rent the equipment.
Very beautiful villages to visit nearby: Gargnano (2min), Muslone (10min), Salò (25min), Limone del Garda (25min), Tremosine (35min), Riva del Garda (30min).
If you want to spend a day at SPA, I suggest the one in 'Grand Hotel Fasano' in Fasano village, which is open from 10am to 6pm.
A visit to the nearby Hruska Botanical Gardens, which belongs to André Heller and the 'Vittoriale' the former estate of Gabriele d'Annunzio in Gardone Riviera are absolutely worth seeing. The Piano Bar at “La Torre” in Gardone is a romantic, very special place - even to go dancing. Another place for chilling-out is named 'Langhiparma' in Gargnano which is a restaurant with live music a few nites per week.
