The Villa is open all year round. Its 170 m² surface is entirely on one level, it gives access to 2 large shaded terraces. At the pool level is the Provencal style barbecue with which it is pleasant to have an aperitif or to have dinner before or after a game of pétanque.
The villa has a breathtaking view of the Rhone valley and its vineyards, Mont ventoux and the Alpilles.
Private, heated and secure swimming pool of 11m x 5m accessible from mid-April to the end of September. No opposite. Wooded grounds of 1,200 m²: flowering trees, olive trees, lavender, aromatic plants, large space for ball games.

Holiday with the large family

Great equipped house in a quiet hillside location for the whole family. Everything was also available for our two toddlers (high chairs, baby cots, bathtub...). The pool is securely fenced with plenty of sunbeds, the numerous seating areas around the house are comfortable and partly at a beautiful view. The only thing that spoiled our stay were the mosquitoes, even though many mosquito nets are installed. If we had any questions, there was very quick and good communication with Frédéric. We felt very comfortable, enjoyed the holiday very much and can only recommend the villa.

Sehr schönes Haus in einer tollen Umgebung

Bereits die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr unkompliziert und angenehm, wir bekamen zügig Antworten und während des Aufenthaltes war er immer erreichbar und kümmerte sich um unsere Anliegen. Das Haus hatte alle Annehmlichkeiten wie in der Beschreibung erfüllt: ein sehr großer Pool mit sensationeller Aussicht. Eine sehr schöne und hochwertige Ausstattung im Haus. Sehr bequeme Betten. Viel Platz im und um das Haus herum, um sich auch mal aus dem Weg gehen zu können. Eine ruhige Gegend zur Erholung. Wir hatten zwar Pech mit dem Wetter und dadurch vermutlich sehr viele Mücken. Aber: in jedem Zimmer sind Fliegengitter installiert und auch durch die angebrachte Klimaanlage war es im Haus wunderbar kühl.

Superbe Maison !

Rien à dire, maison spacieuse et confortable, idéale pour passer de bonnes vacances entre amis ou en famille. Elle est idéalement situé sur les hauteurs de St Julien de Peyrolas. Elle dispose d'une magnifique vue. Il y a des commerces à proximité et en ce qui concerne les activités, pas besoin de se déplacer très loins. Seul point négatif il y a beaucoup de moustiques, point négligeable puisque la maison est entièrement équipée de moustiquaires.

Bon séjour

Nous avons loué 4 jours la maison à 10 adultes. Frédéric et Rachel sont très gentils et arrangeant. La maison est bien équipée et l'environnement est agréable. Le cadeaux de bienvenue a été apprécié de tous le monde. Encore merci.

Parfait

Maison idéale pour passer des vacances au calme en famille. Localisation parfaite pour visiter les gorges de l'Ardèche et les villages pittoresques. Pour info nous avions des vélos électriques qui nous ont permis de faire toutes nos visites dans un rayon de 30 km. Sur 15 jours nous avons pris la voiture une seule fois pour Valon pont d'arc et faire les courses

Peaceful and spacious, with super pool

Really enjoyed staying here . The villa has plenty of space, and is in a very peaceful location. We especially enjoyed the pool and the view. Plenty to do in the area. Owner was really helpful when our travel plans changed. Lovely foodie gifts on arrival. Many many thanks - we hope to be back one day!

Conforme aux photos, bémols: piscine froide (26°C max), propreté dans la maison limite

Maison spacieuse, peu de vis-à-vis, piscine sécurisée, endroit calme, terrasses agréables, possibilité de fermer la propriété avec le portail ( parfait avec des enfants). Gérant charmant et disponible. Points négatifs que le propriétaire peut modifier s'il le souhaite: - piscine chauffée à max 26°C (froid pour des adultes, et avec de jeunes enfants qui se refroidissent très vite, c'est encore plus compliqué), - le ménage est payé d'avance mais sur place, ce n'est pas propre ( sanitaires,...), - la chambre sous-comble: trop isolée et accès glauque et dangereux (la nuit par ex. pour aller aux WC)

Great holiday

Like most of the previous reviews well equipped villa, spacious areas and fabulous pool, with safety gate and railings. (We had 3 young children with us) The triple bed room is accessed through 2 doors and 4 steps with steps also leading down into the garage so not suitable for young children so we put adults in there, easily fixed.Fabulous for older children as there was a large tv, with xbox if that is what you need Made wonderful memories with our grandchildren who loved the pink toilet paper!

Villa conforme aux photos. Le propriétaire est très arrangeant et nous n'avons eu aucun problème durant le séjour. A refaire en été pour profiter de la piscine!

Belle villa avec une jolie vue et une belle piscine

Villa est bien équipée et la piscine est très belle avec une vue magnifique sur la vallée. Les photos et les descriptions correspondent parfaitement à la villa. C'est un endroit très calme, il est tout de même indispensable d'avoir une voiture pour faire les courses. Le propriétaire est très réactif au moindre question. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances en découvrant aussi bien la région de l'Ardèche que du Gard. On recommande vivement cette location !

SEJOUR AU TOP!!!

Magnifique semaine passé dans cette villa et dans cette région. Que du bonheur! * Points positifs: - Villa reculée du village et au calme. - Piscine parfaite, propre et spacieuse! - Situation de la villa: à proximité de tout - Aménagement villa: terrasses agréables et cuisine très fonctionnelle et très bien équipée. - Loisirs: terrain de pétanque nickel, barbecue à disposition, le top! - Sécurisation de l'entrée de la propriété et surtout de la piscine est très bien fait. Les enfants sont en sécurité. - Villa très spacieuse même pour 8 adultes et 3 enfants! * Point négatif: - Pas grand chose... peut-être l'accès en pierre à l'entrée de la propriété, mais avec une bonne voiture ou 4x4, ça fait l'affaire! ;) - Un frigo encore plus grand pour les boissons... ahah... Encore merci pour votre accueil, ce séjour fut magnifique! Si l'occasion nous le permet, nous y reviendrons avec plaisir! PS: pour les intéressés, à proximité de Aiguèze, La Roque-sur-Cèze, Montclus (3 villages classés). Baignade en rivière aux cascades du Sautadet à La Roque-sur-Cèze ou à St-Martin d'Ardèche... Etc etc...

vacances 2016

superbe endroit, vue magnifique. Nous avons apprécié le calme et l'intimité de la maison. Maison super fonctionnelle avec différentes terrasses selon le temps. La région est très vaste en étant près de l'Ardèche (sympa avec les enfants), belle promenade à faire. La situation de la maison permet d'éviter trop de chaleur avec l'agréable sensation du mistral pour nous rafraîchir. Merci Fred et Soph

Séjour de rêve!

Nous avons passé, en famille, un sublime séjour dans une région que nous connaissons et adorons !La propriété dans son ensemble y est pour beaucoup. Outre le fait d'être bien située( du point de vue touristique),les pièces sont spacieuses, bien agencées, l'équipement complet, literie confortable...terrasse ombragée dans le prolongement de la cuisine...Et la piscine, indispensable! Calme, tranquillité, magnifique point de vue...Aucune surprise par rapport au descriptif! La seule remarque: Le mauvais état de la fin du chemin qui nous mène à la villa, très pentu et rocailleux. Je recommande vivement cette location!! Je conserve les coordonnées également!!

Beautiful and relaxing

My family spent 10 days in this lovely villa in June 2016. It was perfect for us with a private pool, enough space both inside and outside, great view to wineyards and quiet surroundings. I can absolutely recommand a stay here 😊

Splendid holiday

Superb villa with plenty of equipment. The pool is marvelous and the view on the valley is awesome. I really recommend this place for holidays with kids. It is very quiet and perfect for relaxing. There are a lot of activities to do or places to visit in the surroundings, we'll have to come back to continue our exploration. We had a great time!
