Schöne Villa in toller Lage

Die Ferienvilla war für unsere Familie (4 EW + 2 Kinder) genau richtig. Es war alles da, was man brauchte. Die Villa selbst ist charmant eingerichtet und hat viel Platz sowie eine gute Ausstattung. Die Betten waren bequem, die Einrichtung rustikal aber dem Stil angemessen. Wir fühlten uns wohl. Kleines Minus: Die Küche sowie einige Geräte waren nicht ganz sauber, bzw. mussten erst gereinigt werden. Die Lage ist hervorragend, Bäckerei, Metzger, kleiner Supermarkt sowie der Strand sind fußläufig erreichbar. Kontakt zu Vermieterin funktionierte immer sehr gut. Wir können die Villa weiterempfehlen.

Großes Haus sehr nah am Strand

Großes älteres Haus sehr nah an der Strandpromenade. Die Einrichtung ist zum größten Teil auch älteren Datums. Leider war das Haus als wir ankamen nicht besonders sauber, im Badezimmer lagen Haarbüschel, in der Küche war vieles klebrig und im ersten Stock war der Toilettensitz nicht befestigt.

Wonderful week

We had great days in this beautiful house near the beach. Everything was very clean and it is cozy furnished. There is a big table in the dining room - enough space for many people. Marguerite is very friendly and helpful. Thank you for the wonderful time in your house!

Ruim en ideaal gelegen

Ruime charmante woning met tuin en terras. Rustig gelegen in een zeer mooie buurt, vlakbij strand en winkels als bakker, slager en warenhuis. Fijn en correct contact met de eigenares.

Schönes geräumiges Ferienhaus direkt am Meer

Wir waren etwas außerhalb der Saison in der Ferienwohnung, welche sehr gut gelegen ist. Die Wege zum Meer/Bäcker oder einem kleinen Supermarkt sind sehr kurz und auch mit kleinem Kind einfach zurückzulegen. Die Wohnung bietet alles was man braucht für einen gelungenen Urlaub, jedoch ist zu beachten, dass Bettwäsche und Handtücher nicht im Preis inbegriffen sind und zusätzlich nach Bedarf für 60€ gebucht werden können. Weiterhin ist die Beschreibung auf der Seite etwas irreführend, da der Verbrauch an Gas/Wasser/Strom separat nach Verbrauch zu bezahlen ist. (Der entsprechende Passus steht nur auf französisch auf der deutschen FEWO Seite) Wer mit kleinen Kindern verreist sollte beachten, dass in der ersten Etage der Holzboden dem alter des Hauses entspricht und man sich leicht Splitter laufen kann. In der Ferienwohnung gibt es noch einen Zettel mit Anweisungen bzgl. Ablesen der Zählerstände und die Handhabung der Müllentsorgung und noch weitere Informationen. Leider sind diese Informationen ebenfalls nur in Französisch. Ansonsten war die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin sehr gut.

Schönes Ferienhaus direkt am Meer

Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit in dem Ferienhaus. Die Lage ist super und das Haus sehr geräumig. Leider ist die Beschreibung des Hauses auf der deutschen FeWo Direkt Seite sehr schlecht. Es fehlen alle Kommentare der Eigentümerin bezüglich der Ausstattung. Beispielsweise ist keine Sauna im Haus obwohl auf der deutschen Seite Sauna steht. Auf der Französischen FeWo Seite wird dies erklärt, das die Sauna im Schwimmbad im Ort zu finden ist.... Bitte Anpassen. Ansonsten gute Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin und eine schöne gemütliche Wohnung. Sehr gut eingerichtete Küche mit allem was man benötigt.

Villa pleine de charme

On s’y sent bien dès l’arrivée. Une maison chaleureuse et lumineuse avec une décoration pleine de charme. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un bon séjour. La situation est excellente, au calme et proche de la plage. Le jardin et la terrasse sont aussi très agréables. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et espérons y retourner un jour.

Charmantes Haus in hervorragender Lage

Das Haus bietet ein gemütlich eingerichtetes Wohn - Esszimmer. Durch die Hanglage stehen 2 sonnige Terrassen zur Verfügung. Möbel für den Außenbereich sind genügend vorhanden. Die Nähe zum Strand sowie zu einem Park mit Kinderspielplätzen ist optimal. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

A cozy spot

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It is a very comfortable home with lots of space. Unfortunately, it was too rainy and cold for us to enjoy the yard and garden, but it certainly is lovely. The house is very close to the beach, as well as several little towns. We are so glad we were able to stay here during our holiday visit. Thank you for the lovely Christmas tree. It was so nice to have on in the evenings while we were relaxing.

Un excellent séjour dans une villa très bien équipée, très agréable à vivre, en interieur comme en extérieur. Parfaites disponibilité et amabilité de la propriétaire qui nous a offert la latitude d'arriver la veille et de repartir fin d'après-midi.

Bijzonder huis met verbeterpunten

Sfeervol huis met overal oogstrelende decoraties. Gelegen op een fijne locatie in een prettige woonlaan. Maar ook: de hardware/infrastructuur van dit huis vraagt om een fikse opknapbeurt. Te beginnen bij de aftandse keuken, waarvan de kastdeurtjes te vies zijn om aan te pakken en mega veel spullen op open planken en kasten stof en kookvet verzamelen. De ombouw van een aantal lichtschakelaars ontbreekt. Er staat niet op de site dat gas, water, electra niet zijn inbegrepen. Wij hebben om de ongemakken heen gewalst en gewoon ook een prima week gehad.

La Brigandine

Superbe séjour et une grande gentillesse et disponibilité de la propriétaire M Kessel . Juste un point négatif l âge des matelas , il y a juste une chambre avec un bon matelas et les autres on sent les ressorts . Nous sommes une famille avec des problèmes de dos et nous sommes un peu sensibles . La maison est très bien équipée et est très agréable avec son jardin et sa terrasse . Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir .

Zeer aangename vakantie in dit charmante huis

Zeer aangename vakantie doorgebracht in dit charmante huis. Hele toffe stijl en leuke inrichting. Echt een vakantie gevoel! Zeer dicht bij de dijk wat heel aangenaam was met de kinderen. Het huis was proper. Heel aangenaam contact gehad met de eigenaar. We komen zeker terug!

Merveilleuses vacances avec la famille à Knokke

La maison est très bien située, dans une rue et un quartier très beau et calme, deux minutes d'un parc à l'un côté, deux minutes de la promenade est de la mer à l'autre côté. C'est très bien équipée (surtout la cuisine) et on aimait beaucoup l'intérieur charmant et typique pour Knokke. On reviendra en tout cas! Merci beaucoup pour ces très belles vacances!

schöner Schein

Essensreste in der Spülmaschine vom Vormieter, verschimmelter Kühlschrank, überall Staub, auf dem Porzellan Essensreste etc. , uns fehlten die Worte. Ein Traumhaus, in einem äusserst schlechten Hygienezustand
