Why they chose this property
Very calm situation. Large apartment (68 m2) in Clarens-Montreux newly renovated at the 6th level of a residence. Full equiped kitchen, bathroom with bath and separate WC, large livingroom with diningroom corner. Large balcony (9 m2) with direct view on the Geneva lake. Cable TV, DVD, Hi-Speed Wi-Fi Internet. Bus station to the centre of Montreux or Vevey is situated on the main street (3 min. walking). The lake is only 5. min walking and the center of Montreux is only 20 min. walking. Elevator. Included in the price you have a cleaning lady once a week and the final cleaning.
