It 'an historic house located in the characteristic Rione rocks where once they were launched more than 200 sailing ships ocean, overlooking the sea and on the beach. All the accommodation has been fully renovated in 2013/2014 and the decor is cozy, elegant, practical and functional. The apartment is equipped with all the amenities: air conditioning, terrace with wonderful sea view of Portofino, modern fitted kitchen. All this makes it an ideal holiday for lovers of the sea and relaxing break. It can accommodate up to 5 persons and four-legged friends are not allowed.

Top 10 of my Italy Vacations

The apartment was as described and in pictures. Sparkling clean and comfortable. Beautiful view and perfectly located to enjoy the promenade as well as the old town of Chiavari. Host and hostess, Gabriella and Nicola were very helpful and lovely. We will return!

Mega!

Wir waren eine Woche im Brigantino und sind absolut begeistert! Man läuft barfuß 30 m zum Strand zum Schwimmen, den Kaffee und die Pizza hat man direkt auf der Piazza vor dem Haus und aus allen Fenstern und vor allem vom Balkon wunderbarste Meerblicke und Sonnenuntergänge! Und das Rauschen des Meeres begleitet deinen Schlaf wenn du das Fenster auflässt! Das Appartement ist perfekt für 2, wunderschön und liebevoll eingerichtet, Gastgeberin im Haus, Kommunikation englisch oder italienisch, wunderbar. Fazit: TOP!

Toller Aufenthalt in Chiavari

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im Appartement. Die Anreise mit Auto ist etwas speziell :) die Einfahrt ist sehr eng, versteckt und verschlossen, ohne haltemöglichkeit davor. Der Parkplatz ist nicht besonders sauber und eng. Ausserdem ist er nicht im Preis inklusive, außerhalb parken würden wir aber nicht empfehlen. Gepäck muss vom Parkplatz ein paar Meter zur Unterkunft getragen werden. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und schön eingerichtet. Die Töpfe und Pfannen ziemlich alt, alle andere Küchengeräte sind neu und funktionsfähig. Der Platz vor der Unterkunft ist abends und morgens sehr laut, bei Fenster offen. Für uns war das ok, wir wollten zentral und vorallem am Meer sein :) Viele Restaurants in naher Umgebung, allerdings viel Fisch/Meeresfrüchte. Ich möchte die Infos nur teilen, da für uns die ein oder andere Info vorab hilfreich gewesen wäre :) Wir hatten eine tolle Woche im September mit traumhaftem Wetter, vielen Dank :)

Appartement met schittterend uitzicht op zee en de baai op Portofino

Vlotte en aangename hartelijke ontvangst in het kraaknette smaakvol ingerichte appartement. Zeer sfeervol pleintje vlak aan zee met leuke terrassen en ambiance. De bijhorende bar op het gelijkvloers heeft veel cocktails en verrassende gerechtjes waarvan men kan genieten. Het stadje Chiavari is de moeite om te ontdekken en ook de botanische tuin verdient een bezoekje. Genova is via de trein gemakkelijk bereikbaar. Bij warm weer is het de straat over en recht de zee in.

Ferienwohnung in Chiavari

Top Urlaub. Objekt hat eine einmalige Lage. Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Umgebung zu erreichen. Man kann das Auto auch Mal stehen lassen. Sauberkeit und Ausstattung der Wohnung sind top. Wenn wir noch Mal in diese Gegend fahren würde ich die Wohnung sofort wieder buchen.

Una vacanza indimenticabile

Soggiorno indimenticabile! La casa è accogliente e dotata di tutti i confort, si affaccia sul mare ed è in una zona molto bella e tranquilla. Gabriella, la proprietaria, è molto gentile, ospitale, cordiale, attenta, premurosa e simpatica. Peccato dover rientrare ... è uno di quei posti che non si lasciano volentieri. Fantastico è riduttivo

Ormai sono anni che soggiorno con la mia famiglia. ... L'appartamento Goletta e davvero bellissimo come tutti gli altri. ... Fornito di tutto dalla biancheria da letto asciugamani e accappatoi utensili di ogni genere in cucina. ... E l'ospitalità dei proprietari nn lho mai trovata da nessuna parte.... Tutte le mattine Gabriella prepara biscotti e dolcetti di ogni tipo per i suoi ospiti... Non da meno la posizione, a due passi dalla spiaggia e supermercati pizzerie e rosticceria nelle vicinanze! !!!

un appartamento con una vista mozzafiato

Ho trascorso il mese di gennaio 2018 in uno splendido appartamento dove solo affacciandosi alla finestra si ricevono splendide sensazioni sia olfattive che uditive come il piacere del profumo del mare "arrabbiato" e " le cri des mouettes " i gabbiani che strillano.. !.L'appartamento è curato in ogni sua parte dalla proprietaria " Gabriella" e l'oggettistica a disposizione dei clienti e' completa . Da non dimenticare anche " Nicola" il marito e i figli che collaborano anche loro nella gestione. Concludendo posso affermare che la sera, nelle giornate di sole, il tramonto sulla punta di portofino è impagabile !!! Grazie a tutti per lo stupendo soggiorno trascorso senza dimentica l'orchidea che trovo sempre ogni volta che ritorno. A presto Enzo e Leda

Splendida Casa

Anche quest'anno abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana in questo delizioso appartamento, ricavandone semmai necessario, un'ulteriore riprova dell'assoluta piacevolezza di una vacanza in quest'affascinante dimora. Oltre alla splendida atmosfera che in essa si respira (il suo passato trapela da ogni angolo),si coglie l'estrema attenzione della proprietaria, signora Gabriella, al benessere dei propri ospiti. Ci si sente ben accolti e coccolati: tutto è curato nei minimi dettagli, dalla biancheria soffice e profumata, ai dolcetti e confetture preparate in casa a disposizione nell'ingresso.Aspetto non secondario, la discrezione e riservatezza di tutta la famiglia Andreatta, sempre disponibili, ma mai invadenti.Torneremo sicuramente.

Soggiorno a 5 stelle !

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia in questo delizioso appartamento: pulitissimo, arredato con gusto e completo di tutte le comodità che si possono avere in casa propria. Spazi sapientemente organizzati e una meravigliosa vista mare con affaccio direttamente sul lungomare. In camera da letto, con la finestra sul soffitto, è stato un sogno addormentarsi guardando le stelle ! Ultima nota, ma non certo per importanza, alla impareggiabile gentilezza e disponibilità della proprietaria, signora Gabriella : attenta ad ogni richiesta per "coccolare" i suoi ospiti. 10 e lode !

Favolosa...

Sembra di essere banali, ma se si unisce la location da favola della Piazza dei Pescatori con la bellezza di Casa Gotuzzo, difficilmente si rimane delusi. Questi nuovi appartamenti inoltre sono dotati di tutti i comfort, oltre al tocco di classe nella presenza di stampe e dipinti a tema marinaro di grande gusto. Infine la bella famiglia Andreatta, disponibile ma riservata nel lasciare spazio agli ospiti della Casa, cosa indubbiamente importante per una vacanza...

Certamente un soggiorno piu' che ottimo,dove abbiamo potuto riscontrare un eccellente accoglienza e disponibilita' da parte della proprietaria la sig,a Gabriella accompagnato da un ottimo appartamento, molto funzionale ed accogliente.La relata' e' stata certamente superiore alle aspettative e la nostra volonta' di ritornarci per periodi certamente piu' lunghi si e' gia' manifestata per l'inverno e la primavera prossima. Terminiamo questa breve recensione riconfermando un nostro grazie a Gabriella. A presto.......ci vediamo a settembre.-Enzo e Leda.

LA CASA DEI SOGNI

Ho trascorso una piacevole settimana insieme ai miei tre figli in questa bellissima casa. Alloggio perfettamente conforme alla descrizione,pulitissimo e arredato con gusto. Spazi organizzati perfettamente, vista mare mozzafiato dalla finestra della cucina...personalmente, restavo estasiata nel guardare quello spettacolo quasi commovente...L'appartamento è dotato di ogni comfort e l'estrema vicinanza al mare lo rende comodissimo anche a chi ha bambini. Nelle vicinanze si trovano ristoranti e negozi e la stazione è raggiungibile a piedi. Può essere anche un ottimo punto di partenza per visitare la vicina Portofino oppure le Cinque Terre,sia via mare che via terra. I proprietari sono molto cordiali e disponibili.Un grazie alla signora Gabriella per la squisita cortesia e al signor Ernani, suo padre, per averci fatto conoscere la storia illustre di questa antica casa e della sua famiglia. Consigliatissimo.

Appartamento nuovissimo e molto accogliente, completamente attrezzato e assolutamente pulito, comodissimo per l'accesso alla spiaggia proprio in fondo al lungomare. Unico neo per chi ha sonno leggero è la posizione in piazzetta che in piena estate presumo sia abbastanza vivace di sera. Proprietari molto cordiali e disponibili.
