La résidence est très propre et sécurisée , le logement est grand lumineux avec beaucoup de rangement. La vue est magnifique . Les plages sont accessibles à pieds. Lorenzo est accueillant et disponible

Soggiorno speciale!

Abbiamo soggiornato presso la casa della signora Manuela per 2 settimane. La casa è dotata di tutti i comfort, lavatrice e lavastoviglie incluse. Sono presenti 2 biciclette utilissime per muoversi nei dintorni della Pelosa. La terrazza con vista mare della camera è incredibile, svegliarsi la mattina con quella vista è assolutamente uno dei piaceri della vacanza. Completano la casa un parcheggio privato e un piccolo giardino che è stato utilissimo per la nostra cagnolina. Da consigliare assolutamente per posizione, accoglienza, comfort e comodità. Grazie

Traumurlaub am La Pelosa

Wir haben zwölf wunderbare Tage in Stintino verbracht. Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Lage, nah am Strand und mit den Rädern ist auch der Ortskern sehr gut erreichbar. Allerdings waren wir froh um unsere E-Bikes, da schon einige Steigungen dabei sind. In der Wohnung stehen auch zwei gute Räder zur Verfügung, welche wir nicht genutzt haben. Die Terrasse ist einfach traumhaft, man hat einen wunderbaren Blick auf das türkise Meer, genauso wie auf den Bildern und kann dort sowohl den Sonnenaufgang als auch Untergang genießen. Jedes Essen war ein „highlight“, man konnte nie genug kriegen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet, man hat sehr viel Platz. In der Küche ist viel hochwertiges Geschirr, Töpfe usw., wie auch eine Spülmaschine, vorhanden. An fast allen Fenstern sind hochwertige Mückennetze verfügbar, was uns entspanntes Schlafen und einen angenehmen Durchzug ermöglichte. Der Kontakt mit Manuela war sehr gut, Sie hat all unsere Fragen sofort und ausführlich beantwortet. Auch die Schlüsselübergabe bei An- und Abreise hat perfekt funktioniert. Kurzum, der Aufenthalt war fabelhaft, wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank Manuela für den wirklich sehr schönen Urlaub. Alla prossima!

Ottimo soggiorno.

La casa rispecchia in pieno le credenziali del sito. Molto fornita di tutto. Da pentole, stoviglie, ...., in ottimo contesto residenziale tranquillo. Consigliamo per una vacanza in totale relax. Terrazza con vista stupenda come descritto sul sito. Proprietaria gentilissima sempre attenta a qualsiasi esigenza . Sicuramente da ritornare.

Di questa confortevole casa ricorderò sempre La vista della Pelosa, la possibilità di svegliarsi al mattino e vedere il mare dalla finestra della propria camera. Le passeggiatine mattutine prima della colazione per un rapido tuffo al mare. La quiete del posto. Gli spazi della casa ampi e confortevoli. La possibilità di poter scegliere in cucina tra una varietà articolata di padelle. È' stata una gran bella vacanza

posto incantevole

Stintino 6687895 Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa per 2 settimane ad Agosto 2014. Anche a noi è piaciuto molto il posto immerso nel verde e nella tranquillità. Noi siamo in tre con una bambina piccola e abbiamo anche trovato a disposizione il lettino per lei! L'appartamento è molto spazioso e ben organizzato al piano di sopra ci sono due camere e un bagno con vasca, e al piano di sotto cucinotto zona pranzo salotto e una comoda veranda dove si può mangiare e il bagno con la doccia. L'accoglienza al nostro arrivo è stata piacevole e gentile. Nei giorni in cui non siamo andati al mare abbiamo apprezzato lettini e vista mare dal terrazzino che è veramente mozzafiato, complimenti! Comodissimo anche il parco giochi a due minuti a piedi da casa, un giardino con giochi altalene e scivoli. Molto utili le due biciclette che abbiamo utilizzato per andare a fare la spesa o scendere in spiaggia. Non conoscevamo questa parte della Sardegna e ce ne siamo proprio innamorati, sicuri di volerci ritornare!!

vista mozzafiato

Posizione incantevole con vista mozzafiato sul mare della Pelosa e sull'Asinara, circondata dalla macchia mediterranea.Molta tranquillità e silenzio.Comodo al mare che si raggiunge a piedi in non più di dieci minuti.L'alloggio è dotato di tutte le attrezzature per garantire un soggiorno piacevole, buona la pulizia e lo stato dell'ambiente.Abbondante la dotazione di padelle, pentole e stoviglie da cucina. Gentile la possibilità di utilizzare le biciclette ,in dotazione, per perlustrare il territorio circostante.Vicino a spiagge di tutti i tipi:sabbiose ,con scogli, calette.

Paradiso terrestre

Ero alla ricerca di una settimana di quiete fuori dal caos della città, questo delizioso appartamento ha coniugato tutte le mie esigenze: sole e mare incantevole, la rinomata spiaggia della Pelosa e la sua acqua cristallina a pochi minuti a piedi da casa e nei momenti di pigrizia ho approfittato della terrazza al piano superiore per un po' di topless lontana da occhi indiscreti! Calorosa l'accoglienza della proprietaria al nostro arrivo, sempre a pronta a consigliarci e comodissime le 2 biciclette che ci ha lasciato a disposizione durante tutta la vacanza. L'appartamento al nostro arrivo era molto pulito e arredato in maniera accogliente. Se si desidera trascorrere qualche giornata immersi nei profumi della macchia mediterranea consiglio vivamente di soggiornare in questa villetta, molto ben ubicata. Al sol pensiero non vedo l'ora che ritornino le vacanze!!! Giulia T

Meraviglia

Posto meraviglioso! L'appartamento pulito e confortevole inclusa l'accoglienza al nostro arrivo. Abbiamo goduto del silenzio e della meravigliosa terrazza vista mare. Con una bella passeggiata di 20 minuti circa si raggiunge la ben conosciuta spiaggia della Pelosa. Mi sento di consigliarla a chiunque abbia voglia di visitare questo fantastico angolo della Sardegna!
