Pleasant house for a relaxing holiday

The house is at a quite location with a big garden close to the Lake Hourtin, the center of the little town and 15 minutes away from hourtin plage. the house is well equiped and with three bedrooms big enough for a familiy. We enjoyed our stay at this place

Bon séjour gâché par une réclamation non fondée du propriétaire

Le séjour a été agréable ,tant sur le plan de l'hébergement que de l'environnement mais un incident postérieur au séjour a gâché cette impression d'ensemble . Alors que l'état des lieux n'a décelé aucun problème et que le chèque de caution que j'avais remis spontanément a été déchiré par une des propriétaires .Une seconde personne nous a reproché d'avoir descellé e support d'un aspirateur et de l'avoir replacé sans le signaler , ce qui est totalement faux . Des photos reçues , il ressort que l'aspirateur avait été fixé avec une seule cheville au lieu de deux et que la fixation n'était pas adaptée à un mur en placo .Le simple fait de manipuler l'aspirateur sur son support a dû fragiliser cette fixation instable et nous n'avons en aucun cas forcé ou descellé le support. Considérant que l'usage avait peut être contribué à affaiblir la fixation , j'ai quand même proposé une participation à la réparation .Mon interlocutrice a exigé 50 euros pour reboucher un orifice de 2cm de diamètre et poser une autre cheville , ce qui est manifestement excessif pour cette réparation alors que l'installation initiale etait , de toute évidence , défectueuse. Cet incident serait négligeable si nous n'avions pas subi le reproche d'avoir voulu dissimuler le dommage alors que ce n'est pas du tout dans nos pratiques . Nous avons déjà loué de nombreux logements par l'intermédiaire d'Abritel et jamais nous n'avons eu une telle mésaventure.

Ideale Sommerferien

Das Haus ist ideal für eine grössere Familie. Ideale Lage: See und Meer sehr nahe, aber auch die Stadt Bordeaux, angemehmes Klima. Praktisch sind Fahrräder (kann man auch zu anständigen Preisen mieten). Im Städtchen Hourtin gibt es einen wunderbaren Markt drei Mal in der Woche.

Villa spacieuse très bien située proche village et lac

Notre famille a beaucoup apprécié son séjour dans cette grande villa. Nous avons eu un accueil très chaleureux, la maison est très bien décorée et aménagée, le jardin est spacieux. De plus, elle est parfaitement située au bord de la piste cyclable, très proche du bourg et à quelques minutes du lac Hourtin. Nous recommandons fortement la location de cette villa!

Super vacances

Grande maison très bien située ,dans un quartier résidentiel très calme. Aucune surprise par rapport au descriptif. Toutes commodités dans le bourg à 500 mètres et un très beau marché trois fois par semaine .Les places de stationnement donnant accès au lac et à l'océan sont très nombreuses et gratuites. Les sentiers de randonnées sont bien balisés. Encore une belle région de France pour sa gastronomie et ses paysages en suivant les conseils avisés des propriétaires.

Vivement les vacances à Hourtin !!!!!

Séjour idéal en famille. Voiture nécessaire. Lieu calme en bordure de forêt, de piste cyclable, proche du bourg avec toutes les commodités. Non loin du lac, idéal pour de jeunes enfants. Grand jardin clos. Maison séduisante très bien équipée.

Agréable séjour

Maison idéalement située entre village et lac pour rayonner en vélo. Séjour agréable dans ce quartier calme et résidentiel. Tout le confort nécessaire dans la maison, cuisine très bien équipée.
