Giudizio ottimale per la location, cura e servizi della struttura

Struttura a tre piani fronte spiaggia, ben attrezzata e fresca ampia area verde di soggiorno all'entrata;le stanze, ben mantenute, sui tre piani, consentono una funzionale privacy per i componenti il gruppo e sono servite da buon sistema di condizionamento e wifi.Si apprezza quindi la cura dell'immobile da parte della proprietà che accoglie con la massima disponibilità gli ospiti per assicurare ogni confort al soggiorno ed all'utilizzo della vicinissima bella spiaggia di Marina

Tolles Haus mit viel Platz

Wir waren im Juli mit 4 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern in dem Haus von Giorgia. Sie ist eine ganz tolle Vermieterin, die man bei Problemen oder Fragen direkt erreichen kann. Das Haus bietet viel Platz und ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Nähe zum Strand ist perfekt ! Es gibt ein Hochbettzimmer und zwei Doppelzimmer, eins davon ist im Dachgeschoss mit Dachterrasse und Bad ( Toilette und Waschbecken) auf der Terrasse Alle Schlafzimmer haben eine gut regulierbaren Klimaanlage. Es gibt noch zwei weitere Badezimmer. Eins auf der ersten Etage mit Dusche und im Erdgeschoss gibt es eins mit Toilette, Waschbecken und Waschmaschine. In direkter Nähe befindet sich eine gute Aussendusche mit Vorhang, die wir täglich benutzt haben. Da sich neben dem Haus die Animation des Campingplatzes befindet, hat man abends etwas Unterhaltung, die aber nicht störend ist. Wir können sagen,dass es erholsame schöne 2 Wochen in der Casa del Sole waren.

Perfect House in Perfect Location

A short walk from a perfect shallow beach ideal for children. Large safe secure garden with lots of seating and an outside shower which was perfect for cleaning sand off after the beach. Stair gates for children were very helpful. Spacious and beautifully decorated bedrooms. Overall we had a great stay and look forward to coming back soon :)

La casa perfetta per una vacanza!

La casa è pulita, comoda e con un meraviglioso giardino!!! Nonostante fossimo in 9 ( 6 adulti e 3 bambini) non abbiamo avuto nessun problema, ottima la doccia fuori, il mare è proprio a 5 minuti e si arriva in centro con una passeggiata. Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza di 15 giorni veramente splendida!!!!! I proprietari sono stati sempre disponibili ad ogni nostra richiesta. Se dovessimo ritornare sicuramente la riprenderemo. Super consigliata!!!!!!

La casa ideale per la vacanza

Semplicemente perfetta!! La casa è pulita e dotata di ogni comfort , il giardino è meraviglioso!!! Nonostante fossimo in 9 (6 adulti e 3 bambini ) non abbiamo avuto difficoltà nel gestire gli spazi, ottima la doccia fuori! I proprietari sempre pronti a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. A due passi dal mare e con una passeggiata si raggiunge il centro. Consigliatissima!!!!

Consigliata!

La casa è comoda, pulita e ben equipaggiata (stoviglie, phon, ferro da stiro, lavatrice, sedie, ombrelloni….). Si sviluppa su 3 piani: piano terra con soggiorno, cucina, un bagnetto senza doccia ed un ampio e curato giardino con doccia esterna; 1° piano due camere, un bagno con doccia ed un’ampia terrazza comune alle due camere; 2° piano a mansarda terza camera con wc senza doccia. L’acqua calda viene fornita da 2 boiler. La spiaggia è vicinissima. Il centro di Marina di Ragusa a 10 minuti a piedi. Molto vicini anche un piccolo supermercato, pizzerie e ristoranti (citerei Carmelo come ristorante di pesce). Noi abbiamo fatto un breve soggiorno di 5 giorni ed eravamo 2 coppie con 1 bambino ciascuna ed 1 coppia senza figli. Giorgia ci ha fatto trovare tutto l’occorrente i bambini: fasciatoio, lettini, posate, giochi. Al nostro arrivo non funzionava il boiler per l’acqua calda al 1° piano: i proprietari si sono prontamente mossi per risolvere il problema immediatamente. Cordialità ed accoglienza assoluta di Giorgia e suo marito.

Very pleasant stay

Casa del sole is located in a calm neighbourhood, very close to the beach and a 10 minute stroll away from the small centre of Marina di Ragusa. Very clean, with a nice secluded garden and parking on the premise. The two main bedrooms have A/C and good, comfortable beds. The kitchen is a bit small but with all the good restaurants around we did not cook very much anyway. Giorgia is very nice and helpful, contact was quite uncomplicated. Casa del sole is also a good base if you want to visit Ragusa Ibla, Noto or Scicli.

Perfect Holiday!

We just arrived back from our perfect holiday! The house is an ideal accomodation for 4 adults and 2 children. Giorgia and her husband are perfect hosts, they are very nice and helpful persons. The house lies very close to the beach, the garden is very nice too. We can only reccomend it for everybody!!!

Quiet relaxing break

Casa del sole was an excellent place to stay for us, only 50m from the beach. It was very quiet in September, which was perfect, but the number of local amenities would indicate it being very busy in peak season. The two main bedrooms have air conditioning, and this was very welcome in 33 degree heat - unseasonably warm for September. All the amenities we would expect were present, including the use of a portable Wifi unit, terrestrial TV, air conditioning, washing machine. We hired a car which we parked under cover in a car port enclosed with an electric gate. The garden area is ideal for kids being completely enclosed and locked. There is an outside shower which was convenient when coming back from the beach. The outside area is not overlooked, so offers good privacy. Local beach is sandy and safe. Gently shelving with minimal currents and small waves. It was deserted when we went. Kitchen is small but functional with gas hob, toaster, fridge freezer and sink. Bathroom is small, but clean and functional. There are three toilets in total, one being tucked away to the side of a roof-top terrace. Case del sole is a semi-detached house on 3 floors. with balcony to the two bedrooms on the first floor, and a small roof-top terrace on the top floor where there is an oblique view of the sea some 50m away.

Casa del Sole Marina di Ragusa

Consigliatissima!!!! Casa molto confortevole, provvista di ogni attrezzatura per un comodo soggiorno (c'è persino il barbecue). Mare a due minuti, bandiera blu. Accoglienza squisita. Ottima base per visitare le meraviglie del Barocco. Che dire di più? Provatela!!

Una Casa ideale.

Le foto pubblicate non rispecchiano la bellezza di questa casa. Il giardino è curatissimo e molto grande. Circondando ben 3 lati della villetta si poteva trovare in ogni momento della giornata un angolino fresco e all'ombra. Noi ci siamo stati 15 giorni ed eravamo in 4 adulti e 4 bambini. E non esiteremmo a consigliare questa casa a chiunque. La spiaggia è veramente a meno di 3 minuti a piedi e anche un buonissimo ristorante di pesce, da Carmelo. I bimbi poi potevano giocare tranquillamente in giardino essendo completamente recintato e sicuro. Giorgia è stata una padrona di casa meravigliosa. Sempre pronta a rispondere ad ogni nostra richiesta e sempre di una gentilezza squisita. In casa ci ha fatto trovare oltre che una cesta di prodotti tipici, anche cibo per i bimbi, nonchè giocattoli, ombrellone, sdraie... Che dire? Se volete visitare la culla del barocco, Casa del Sole è un ottimo punto di partenza.
