Grazioso appartamento e comodo soggiorno
L’appartamento, molto curato ed arredato nei particolari, si trova in posizione strategica, praticamente al centro del paese verso l’entrata. L’accesso passa per una graziosa ed accogliente terrazzina, che porta anche alla principale camera da letto. Molto cordiale ed attento il proprietario, disponibile e simpatico. Esperienza certamente positiva, lo consiglio.

Soggiorno a Porto Ercole
Ottima la posizione al centro di porto Ercole. Casa ampia, arredata con gusto, fornita veramente di tutto, dalle zanzariere alla biancheria, dalle pentole ai vari servizi di bicchieri, dall'aspirapolvere alla lavatrice fino alla lavastoviglie e ai due bagni che compongono l'unità immobiliare fornita anche di terrazzo per la cena all'aperto. Sono veramente soddisfatto della scelta che mi ha fatto trascorrere 10 giorni di vero relax.

Es war einfach perfekt!
Gianfranco ist ein sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Vermieter. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, die Küche ist dazu sehr gut ausgestattet. Von Tellern und Schüsseln über scharfe Messer und Schneidebretter ist alles da; das ist wirklich sehr praktisch. Unseren Aufenthalt haben wir sehr genossen, die Lage ist auch günstig. Für alle zu empfehlen.

Un comodo appartamento per una bella vacanza di mare a Porto Ercole
L'appartamento è ben ubicato, praticamente vicino al porto, ai negozi ed ai ristoranti. Ottimo il ristorante a due passi La Sirena. E per una buona pizza, sempre vicinissimo, Il Merendero. L'appartamento è ben arredato e provvisto di tutto ciò che serve, con due bagni e due docce. Per il mare si può anche arrivare a piedi (circa 25 min), passando per il porto e poi salendo per le scale per la città vecchia, alla Cala delle Viste, ben attrezzata e con uno splendido mare. Ottimo il gelato da Creola al porto. Unica piccola difficoltà il parcheggio, ma basta andare in 5 min a piedi al grande parcheggio all'ingresso di Porto Ercole dove si paga solo 0,50 centesimi per 1 ora (dalla mezzanotte alle 8 del mattino non si paga). Il proprietario è molto gentile, presente ma discreto. Praticamente una ottima scelta per chi vuole soggiornare a Porto Ercole.

Individuelle Wohnung mit italienischem Charme
Die Wohnung ist mitten in Porto Ercole, in einer Seitenstraße zur Hauptstraße gelegen. Wir waren ab Ende Juni für 2 Wochen in der Wohnung von Gianfranco zu 4 einquartiert. Wir hatten unsere 4 Fahrräder dabei, die wir im hinteren Teil der Terasse abgestellt hatten. Unser Auto haben wir auf dem Großparkplatz von Porto Ercole geparkt, hier bitte immer ausreichend Euro-Münzen bereit halten. Der COOP Supermarkt ist 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, ein Obstgeschäft 30 m entfernt. Zum Hafen sind es ebenfalls 3 Minuten zu laufen. Die Strände in Richtung Westen sind innerhalb von 20 Minuten zu Fuß, um die spanische Burg herum, oder in Richtung Osten, die traumhafte Feniglia, 5 Minuten mit dem Auto, oder 15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad, erreichbar. Im Vergleich der beiden Orte Porto Santo Stefano und Porto Ercole hat uns unser Wohnort viel besser gefallen. Zu unserer Zeit waren 90 Prozent italienische Touristen da, wenig andere Europäer. Dennoch war weder der Ort, noch die Strände, überlaufen. Wer Ruhe sucht, sollte etwa bis zur Mitte der Feniglia gehen/Rad fahren. Dort ist Platz für individuelles Strandvergnügen. Ein großes Laken als Verschattungsmöglichkeit, über die Iglo-Baumstämme gespannt, ist sinnvoll. Wir haben von Porto Ercole aus Rom, Florenz, Siena und San Gimigiano besucht. Das waren schon weite Autofahrstrecken, wobei die Schnellstraßen jedoch erstaunlich leer waren. Zur Wohnung: Man merkt an allen Ecken und Enden, daß Gianfranco seine Ferienwohnung auch selbst bewohnt, sie ist mit vielen nützlichen Utensilien ausgestattet. Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine, Zucker, Salz, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Klimaanlage, unheimlich viel Geschirr, eine schöne, große Wohnküche, tolle Bilder an den Wänden, 2 Bäder mit Duschen, viel Stauraum für die mitgebrachte Kleidung, guter Wifi-Empfang, ruhige Terasse mit Sonnenschirm, kurz gesagt: tutto perfetto! vacanza sole e mare, discese e salite
Il soggiorno è stato ottimo, la posizione dell'appartamento decisamente comoda per il paese, vicinissima al porto. Le varie spiagge/Cale visitate hanno comunque richiesto quesi sempre l'uso dell'auto che non ha mai comportato problemi di trasferimento. Le varie spiaggie visitate e le nuotate a mare (mare fantastico!) sono risultate molto piacevoli. Era necessario un pò di allenamento considerato che l'accesso alle varie Cale era quasi sempre in "ripida" discesa, che quindi prevedeva sempre per il rientro una salita talvolta impegnativa. Ma il premio della spiaggia ed il mare valevano il sacrificio. L'appartamento molto funzionale e comodo, ben dotato di tutti gli accessori e grande disponibilità e consigli sui miglieori ristoranti da parte del Sig Gianfranco e di Simona. Un problema (indipendente dall'appartamento), caratteristica di Porto Ercole, è stata la difficoltà di parcheggio, la consolazione è che anche i residenti e gli ospiti abituali avevano lo stesso tipo di difficoltà! Vacanza da sogno!
Abbiamo soggiornato in questo splendido appartamento una settimana e siamo rimasti più che soddisfatti! La casa è grande e dotata di ogni comfort; noi eravamo in 5 adulti e ci stavamo super comodi.. utilissimi i due bagni! Ringraziamo il Sig. Gianfranco per la serietà e la disponibilità e consigliamo questa soluzione in pieno centro a porto ercole per chi volesse scoprire le bellezze dell'argentario!

Graziosissimo appartamento e piacevole soggiorno!
Un appartamento dotato di tutto e molto pulito, tanto che sembrava di stare a casa propria! E' stato molto piacevole fare la colazione e cenare nel patio all'aperto. Molto comoda la posizione che ci ha consentito di raggiungere ogni angolo di Porto Ercole a piedi. Nel paese ci sono tanti negozi con prodotti e specialità locali, bar e ristoranti per tutti i gusti. Lovely comfortable home away from home
The property is very comfortable and extremely well equipped. The kitchen has all the utensils and crockery you need to be able cook properly and there are lots of basic ingredients for you to use eg. olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, sugar - the sort of things that you don't want to have to buy if you are only cooking once or twice. Very thoughtful! There is a dish washer, washing machine and even a Nespresso machine, again with washing liquid and coffee capsules provided. The showers are powerful, the beds comfortable and the rooms are clean and very pleasantly decorated. The outdoor area is lovely for breakfast and for evening drinks. There was good communication with the owner's son (as he speaks good English) before and during our trip. The area is wonderful to visit; lovely beaches with crystal water, the picturesque town of Porto Ercole to eat out and many beautiful Tuscan towns and ancient sites within easy driving distance. I would highly recommend staying here.

Posizione centralissima in paese, comodo per qualsiasi passaggio, attrezzatura PIU' CHE COMPLETA (in tutto...per numero e per qualità ...oltre la media !!!..difficile trovare in queste case ad es pentole in alluminio, asciugamani aggiuntivi negli armadi ...) Un vero e proprio bijoux di casa e di dotazione... sembrava veramente di stare in una casa "propria". Padrone di casa attento e premuroso .... Veramente e caldamente consigliato per tutti !! Ineccepibile !!

Veramente molto bene
Veramente molto bene, abitazione arredata con gusto, ordinata e pulita, non manca proprio niente, ci si sente subito a proprio agio.E' al centro del paese con tutti i servizi utili vicini e a due passi dall'incantevole porto. Molto bello il paese, i dintorni e l'entroterra maremmano. Tutto ineccepibile e piacevole. Oltre a ritornarci in estate lo consiglierò agli amici.

Appartamento perfetto,come a casa,veramente.
Siamo entrati subito in confidenza con questa sistemazione,agevolati dalla fornitura di tutto ció che serve e dalla piacevole cura dei particolari.
