Una ottima soluzione per Monopoli e dintorni
La posizione è certamente il punto di forza di questa casa a Monopoli. Ottima per raggiungere a piedi diverse calette molto suggestive, e comunque a pochi passi a piedi dal centro storico della città. Il parcheggio per la macchina si trova comodamente a qualsiasi ora e la vicinanza con il supermercato locale la rende comoda anche per la spesa. La casa è spaziosa, e ospita comodamente quattro persone. Aria condizionata in entrambe le stanze. L'host è gentile e disponibile. L'unica nota dolente, è stato il rincaro (poco compreso) associato alle spese di pulizia dell'appartamento. Il sito dovrebbe calcolare automaticamente il costo delle pulizie considerando il numero di ospiti. Non si è capito perché questo sia stato quindi maggiorato. Un piccolo difetto che non ha però influenzato molto la valutazione globale. Consigliato!

Molto spazioso e pulito!
Siamo stati accolti da persone molto gentili ed educate. Appartamento molto grande e pulito. Situato vicino al centro di Monopoli, tante bellissime spiagge e posti da visitare. Da consigliare!!

Apartment with excellent location in Monopoli
The description of the property is percise, the images clearly depicts the flat. The flat is big enough for a family (4 persons in our case), it is convenient and well-positioned enough not become too hot even in sunny days. Air conditioning is available for an extra fee but it is not essential. It is located in a residental area. The owner is nice and helpful. The property has also advantages and disadvantages. Advantages: beaches in walking distance (5 min); city center in walking distence (15 mins); supermarket is on the ground floor of the house; bakery, ice cream shop, pizzeria within a 3-4 minutes walking distance. Disadvantage: the neighbouring streets are quite noisy in the morning: the supermarket, the street cleaning, the waste collection can disturb those who are sensitive. This is the reason why I would give 4.5 stars.

Appartamento consigliatissimo
Appartamento bello, con stanze spaziose, camera da letto e balcone vista mare, ottima pulizia, ottima posizione , supermercato , forno, pescheria, pasticceria ecc. a pochi passi. Vicino al mare , e 800 metri circa dal centro storico , raggiungibile da meravigliosa passeggiare sul mare. Posizione strategica per visitare Alberobello, Ostuni, Polignano a Mare ecc. Proprietari gentili e molto disponibili.

Super casa, super Monopoli
Ho soggiornato da Marilia per 2 settimane. É stata un'esperienza fantastica, sia Monopoli che la casa. Vicinissima al mare, e a pochi passi dal centro. Una casa bellissima, molto curata, nuova, bagno comodo e dotata di tutti i comfort. consiglio questa casa a chi vuole godersi il mare, il paese ma stare lontano dal caos. Si riposa benissimo. Ritorneremo!

Soggiorno indimenticabile, casa Super
Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in questa bellissima casa. La padrona di casa é stata gentilissima, dalla prenotazione on line, al l'accoglienza in casa. Abbiamo trovato un kit di benvenuto con acqua e l'indispensabile per una prima colazione. La casa non é centralissima, ma una bellissima passeggiata che costeggia le cale e il lungomare ti fa arrivare in 10 min nel centro storico, dove pullulano locali e ristoranti. Però è a due passi dalle calette stupende di Monopoli. Zona fornitissima. Tutto conforme alle foto e alle descrizioni. Spero di tornarci un giorno. Monopoli é davvero stupenda.

Ottima sistemazione per godersi Monopoli!
Alloggio consigliato a tutti. Io e la mia ragazza siamo stati accolti dalla simpatica e cortese Marilia che ci ha mostrato l'appartamento e tutti i suoi accessori (lavatrice, lavostoviglie, ferro/ripiano da stiro, utensili da cucina). L'appartamento è molto grande, pulito ed è a pochi passi vi sono comodità quali la panetteria, il supermercato, la pescheria e una pasticceria. E' collocato in prossimità di bellissime calette (cala paradiso e cala porto rosso). Il centro è a qualche chilometro ma camminando lungo le calette si rimane così colpiti dallo splendido mare che non ci si accorge della distanza. La posizione è strategica e funzionale in quanto è molto vicino al mare, situato in un quartiere silenzioso e lontano dal traffico (il riposo è garantito). Note negative: le luci a led che illuminano la camera da letto a volte si spegnevano e si riaccendevano da sole.
