A5mn from the beach, in a large fenced, wooded property including 8000 m2, for our donkeys charming cottage 53m2 independent and very sunny, new, comfortable, great benefits, horizontal joint ownership with another cottage, 1km from the sea, sandy beach , swimming pool, deckchairs, deckchairs, very quiet for nature lovers. 3km from the main roads, to the north (bastia, st florent, cape), to Balagne (ile rousse, calvi) to the south, (corte, ajaccio, porto-vecchio, bonifaccio). casamozza day at 5km, Bastia Poretta airport 15km, Bastia ferry terminal at 30km.
