Our 30 m² apartment has been completely renovated at the end of 2013 and can accommodate 4 persons. The open kitchen is furnished with:
stove
ceramic hot plate
extractor hood
microwave
dishwasher
refrigerator
kitchen utensils (pots and pans)
dishes for 6 persons
big storage capacity
and an extra work surface, which is practical for a dining table too.

The modern bathroom consists of a multifunctional Italian shower, a WC, a radiator for towels, 2 cupboards and a washing machine.

A sliding door in Japanese style separates the living room from the romantic bedroom consisting of a high quality double bed, a little television and a fitted cupboard.

Behind them there are a pretty covered terrace and a huge garden including 100 years old palm trees in immediate vicinity of the pool and the restaurant.

Beautifully appointed, everything you need. Owner on sute if you require anything. Nice grounds and Pool. Close to the sea and small harbour for food. Easy access to Cannes and Antibes.

Do not ever go to this place, your vacation would be ruined !
After a 12 hours of flight, we have arrived at the place, the shower was not working! We could not get a shower that day because the plumber came the other day. After a few days dining out, I decided to cook whereas I found that the dishwasher was not working ! It would give all the warning lights on but would not even start. The owners dad would come the other day tried to fix it, did not work. The plumber, the other day, it did not work again. The other day the owner would bring a new dishwasher leaving a leakage in one of the hoses which the water go through the kitchen. LOTS of hassle. Everyday either plumbers, or the owner or his dad were in to help fix the issues. While these were going on we could not use water and had to use the public toilets in another building!! I was truly kind since this is life and things could happen. I only did nicely ask to leave and a refund for the rest of the stay since each day was a mass. He did not accept, he said he was helping to fix the issues. Well we went to another hotel for a few days and I had to pay for 2 places, but still did refuse to stay at that place. After we returned to the USA, I sent another note to the owner ( I can provide all our correspondence through the stay) I kindly asked a refund for at least 4 days for compensation/ refund to try to solve with him first, before I report the issue , he replied in a very nasty, ugly way blaming me for blackmailing! And that I drew a great picture of America! All was horrible.

1. Eindruck gut, aber…..
Das Objekt ist wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet, selbst kühle Getränke lagen im Kühlschrank. Allerdings wissen wir nicht, wo sich bis zu 4 Personen aufhalten sollen. Wird bei 2 Personen mit etwas mehr Gepäck schon eng. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und ordentlich, das Appartement am äußeren Rande der Residenz nahe einer sehr stark befahrenen Straße. Außerdem ist es die Einflugschneise für den Airport Nizza. Uns ist aufgefallen, daß in der Residenz fast ausschließlich französische Residenten wohnen. Man hatte nicht bei allen den Eindruck, daß sie sich über wechselnde Touristen freuen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten(Super Utile) und Bäcker fußläufig, ansonsten eher tote Gegend. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt, würden es aber nicht wieder buchen.

Tout simplement impeccable
Très agréablement surpris par le logement, conforme à la description avec des surprises en plus, de très gentilles attentions qui font plaisir, parfaitement équipé. Emplacement idéal, belle piscine, proche de tout, mer, grandes villes. Un grand merci à Messieurs Guedj, père et fils ainsi que Madame Guedj pour leur accueil et leur réactivité. Je recommande vivement et nous y retournerons très certainement.

Appartamento molto carino
L’appartamento è esattamente come descritto, ha tutti i confort necessari per rendere il soggiorno piacevole. Il residence è molto curato e tranquillo. La zona è perfetta perché vicina alla spiaggia e allo stesso tempo vicina a negozi e supermercati. Il proprietario è sempre disponibile alle risposte tramite messaggi esaustivi. Piacevole soggiorno!

Ordentliche Anlage mit guter Lage
Die Wohnung ist für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern etwas zu klein. Ansonsten ist die Residenz mit dem Swimmingpool in einem ordentlichen Zustand. Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich in der Nähe, was für Ausflüge nach Cannes und Nizza ideal ist. Bäckerei und Supermarkt sind zu Fuß in ein paar Minuten erreichbar. Der Vermieter ist nett. Einen Parkpkatz gibt es ca. 2 Gehminuten entfernt

Recht klein, recht ordentlich, kein Pool
Die netten Vermieter sind sehr flexibel. Die Wohnung ist klein und übermöbliert und weitgehend sauber. Für zwei Personen akzeptabel, sicher nicht für vier! Die Wohnanlage etwas in die Jahre gekommen; der Garten sehr schön und gepflegt; Der Pool aktuell dauerhaft geschlossen; die Hauptstraße sehr nah und laut; kleiner ordentlicher Strand in 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar ; recht runtergewohnte Nachbarschaft. Der Preis ist angesichts der regional allgemein überteuerten Preise noch akzeptabel.

Très bon séjour a Golfe Juan
Très belles vacances dans cet appartement pendant 15 jours en juillet. L appartement est conforme à la description, décoré avec soin, très propre. Les propriétaires sont d une grande gentillesse, très accueillants et très arrangeants (nous avons eu des soucis par rapport a nos dates de vacances. Malgré que nous avions signé le contrat, le propriétaire sans problème accepté de changé nos dates). La literie est parfaite, l appartement est climatisé ce qui est très agréable et on trouve tout le nécessaire pour bien cuisiner . La résidence est a 300 mètres de la mer. Il y a un restaurant dans la résidence et un camion de pizzas en face, ce qui est bien pratique. La piscine de la résidence est vraiment suberbe et très agréable, il y a deux cours d aquagym par semaine. Elle se trouve au milieu d un beau jardin arboré de nombreux palmiers. Enfin je précise qu il s agit d une résidence Odalys et qu ils acceptent que les enfants des personnes qui louent a des particuliers participent gratuitement au mini club (de 4 à 11ans) tous les matins de 9h a 12h30. Bref rien a redire, que du positif !

Nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement du 18/10/2014 au 25/10/2014 , l'appartement est très propre,rénové avec gout,bien équipé ,ambiance design assurée !!! Bien situé,accès a la plage en a peine 10min a pied,commerces a proximités , parking sécurisé , tout est la pour passer un bon séjour . Le propriétaire est très aimable , disponible et arrangeant par rapport aux horaires d'arrivées et de départ . détails appréciés a notre arrivée : le propriétaire met a disposition les produits nécessaires pour le 1er jour (a savoir condiment,café,boissons fraiches,savon,lessive,pastille lave vaisselle,papier toilette...) très appréciable après de longues heures de route...avec des enfants l'appartement se situant au RDC ils ont accès au jardin . Nous avons été très bien reçu dans cette location et nous avons passé un agréable séjour . Nous ne laissons jamais d'avis,mais lors de notre réservation,nous avions appréciés les photos,mais il n'y avait pas d'avis j'ai trouvé dommage d’où le fait qu'aujourd'hui nous laissons le notre , afin de vous dire que vous pouvez réserver sans craintes,propriétaire sérieux.
