Super vue coin calme

La vue sur l étang de berre etait superbe. Le logement sur 3 niveau est bien, la douche au rdc est petite et un peu vieillote. Mais le logement est propre et bien equipé. Mais peut etre pas adapté avec des enfants qui font du bruit car cela peut déranger certains voisins. Le proprietaire est reactif en cas de dzmande et sympatique.

Schön war’s!

Alles war prima und sehr unkompliziert :) die Küche ist wirklich super ausgestattet und es war allgemein im ganzen Haus alles vorhanden was man so benötigt. Die Parksituation direkt am Haus ist mit großem Auto etwas schwierig aber die Straße runter gibt es einen großen Parkplatz wo man immer etwas findet! Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Lovely home great view

This was our first stop in Europe and it was a great place to get sorted. There are 3 bedrooms on the bottom floor and 3 one at the top so at least most of the luggage didn't need to go up stairs! The living kitchen area is large and the patios are great. Bathrooms are updated and nice. there's a huge grocery superstore in town, Casino so go there. The Aldi was terrible.

Belle villa bien située

Très bon séjour en famille pour cette période de fête. Située dans un quartier calme, à proximité d'un parc très agréable pour des petites balades, la villa présente de beaux volumes et dispose d'équipements utiles et agréables (juste une cabine de douche un peu usagée ) . Attention aussi à la place de parking un peu étroite pour un monospace.

Ein toller Ort um Urlaub zu machen…

Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr ruhig und schön gelegen (etwas abseits des Ortskerns von Istres), mit einem wundervollen Ausblick auf den Étang de Berre. Es ist sauber, geschmackvoll (sowohl modern, als auch gemütlich) eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Familienurlaub braucht. Die Klimaanlage ist leider nur für den Wohnbereich/die Küche, funktioniert dafür aber bestens, was bei den heißen Temperaturen im Sommer auch wirklich notwendig war. Das Haus bietet mehrere Terrassen, welche man - je nach Sonnenstand - mit den Außenmöbeln besonders abends gut nutzen kann. Die Küche ist prima eingerichtet, Geschirrr und Notwendiges zum Kochen, Gewürze, Essig, Öl, Töpfe, Pfannen - alles vorhanden. Besonders bequem fanden wir den 2. Kühlschrank im Flur, dort konnten wir immer ausreichend kalte Getränke lagern. Die Schlafräume befinden sich im Erdgeschoss des Hauses, was durch die Hanglage wie Souterrain und nach hinten raus etwas dunkel wirkt. Der Flur im Eingangsbereich bietet sehr viel Stauraum und diverse Ablagen und Bänke, sodaß man Gepäck etc. bestens unterkriegen kann. Ein weiteres Schlafzimmer ist im 2. Stock untergebracht, mit eigener Terrasse. Leider wird es dort im Sommer zu warm, sodaß wir es nicht genutzt haben. Der persönliche Kontakt mit Christophe hätte nicht besser sein können. Er hat sich jederzeit um seine Gäste bemüht und bei Rückfragen oder Problemen freundlich und unkompliziert geholfen. Etwas nachteilig war lediglich das Einparken (mit dem Familienauto) in den am Haus gelegenen Parkplatz. Er ist etwas knapp bemessen und man braucht Übung, um das Auto auf der schmalen Straße in die Parkbucht zu manövrieren. Daher haben wir oft an der Straße unten geparkt und sind zum Haus hochgelaufen - was auch kein Problem war. 😉 Insgesamt war es ein traumhafter Urlaub, wir kommen gerne wieder und würden das Ferienhaus jederzeit unseren Freunden empfehlen. Nochmals herzlichen Dank an Christophe!

Belle maison bien agencés. Le quartier est calme et la vue est très belle sur l'étang de Berre.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cette maison. Elle est confortable et bien décorée. La grande salle de vie est magnifique avec une belle vue sur l'étang de Berre. Les chambres sont confortables. La location correspond bien à la description et nous n'avons pas été déçus. Je conseille cette location. Nous étions 4 couples d'amis venus découvrir la région et nous avons passés un excellent séjour.

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit guter Ausstattung und toller Lage!

Das Ferienhaus befindet sich direkt am Etang de Berre, dem größten Binnensee Frankreichs. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in der Nähe. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist absolut ausreichend - es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen angenehmen Urlaub braucht. Der Vermieter stand allen Fragen und Anliegen sehr offen und hilfsbereit gegenüber und zeigte sich stets bemüht. Wir verbrachten den Urlaub im Ferienhaus mit insgesamt 4 Erwachsenen und 4 Kleinkindern - ein toller Aufenthalt!

Ruim huis met alle faciliteiten en veel terrasjes, mooi uitzicht op het meer. De slaapkamers liggen op de begane grond en de tweede verdieping. De bedden zijn erg hard. Nadeel is dat de airco alleen aanwezig is in de woonkamer (eerste etage) en niet op de slaapkamers. Tip voor de huurders: check alle inventaris op compleetheid en schade anders loop je het risico dat je achteraf moet betalen voor schade of vermissing die je niet hebt veroorzaakt. Contact vanuit de eigenaar hierover was zeer onaangenaam en beschuldigend. Ook rekent de eigenaar geld voor de huur van lakens/handdoeken anders dan op de site vermeld.

Perfekt!

Genau so wie beschrieben! In diesem Haus fühlt man sich wirklich wohl. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für vielfältige Ausflüge in der PACA Region. Wir werden wieder kommen. Danke Christophe!

Mooi huis met een prachtig uitzicht.

Super tevreden. Het huis ligt in een rustige buurt. Auto is wel aan te raden. Bij aankomst lagen alle basic spullen er al, wat erg makkelijk is. Supermarkt op nog geen 10 minuten met de auto. Over het huis niks te klagen. Netjes ingericht, niks te kort gekomen.

Excellente location

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans un coin du Sud que nous ne connaissions pas. La maison est très bien agencée, décorée avec beaucoup de finesse et très vaste. Les images sont très fidèles. La vue sur l'étang de Berre est magique et c'est assez incroyable, ce lieu reste encore préservé de la vague touristique que connaît le Sud en plein été. Les plages à proximité sont familiales et fréquentées de façon très raisonnable. Nous avons pû très facilement nous déplacer sur la côte bleue pour visiter la région. Je recommande cette location avec grand plaisir car rares sont les endroits dans le Sud où on peut passer de belles vacances sans être dans la foule ou les bouchons et vraiment la maison est très jolie !

Excellente location

Une excellente location complètement fidèle aux images. Très bien situé avec une vue imprénable sur l'étang de Berre. Là nous étions à l'abri des tumultes touristiques du Sud en été et c'est tellement agréable !. Un lieu qui conjugue l'élégance de l'hébergement, le calme, la proximité des lieux de baignades et promenades... Pour nous tout était parfait ! Je recommande vivement cette location.

Why they chose this property

This house is situated in a very quiet street and quiet town. You have an amazing view on a big lake linked to the sea. Intimate beaches on this lake are less than 10 min walk. Perfect place to be able to visit south east of France: 30min drive to Camargue (wild area), same to very nice sand or rock beaches on the Mediterranean coast, same to Marseille. You can find typical villages around and you will need 45min to drive to Aix en Provence.
The forest is all around and small mountains very close so if you are tired with nautical activities, you'll be able to go for hiking or trekking.
