Great Location and superb sea view

An excellent positioned base to explore the local area. Pleasant swimming beach 2 mins walk away, restaurants and shops in the same street. The terrace and living room area with sea views were a real treat. The parking space also was an added bonus.

Une vue à couper le souffle

Appartement propre avec une belle vue, idéalement situé au cœur de Bandol . Pas besoins de voiture , tout à pied . Le garage est un vrai plus .

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cet appartement idéalement situé dans Bandol. Parfaitement équipé et avec une agréable tropézienne, nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Terrasse exceptionnelle

L'appartement est idéalement situé dans Bandol. Pas besoin d'auto. La plage est juste en face, tout est à moins de 400m, les terrasses, les restos, les épiceries, le marché public. La ville est très propre. Un arrêt de bus au Casino en face permet de se rendre à Toulon, Sanary-sur-Mer, ou La Ciotat entre autre.. L'appartement est très bien équipé et très lumineux. Il est sur 2 étages, les 3 chambres, les WC et la salles de bain au 3eme étage. Le salon salle à manger cuisine avec la terrasse extérieure au 4e. L'attrait pour cet appartement est sans contredit la terrasse avec vue sur la mer, le port et les oiseaux . L'appartement aurait besoin d'un peu de peinture dans la salle de bain et sur les rampes d'escalier. Merci à Silvy pour nous avoir ramené à la gare le jour de notre départ

Topp Wohnung zentral gelegen

Die Dachterrasse und die Wohnküche sind total gemütlich und man hat einen sehr schönen Blick über Bandol und die Bucht! Wir konnten alles fußläufig erreichen, es gibt unzählige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor Ort. Gerne wieder!

Logement très agréable, bien situé avec superbe vue sur le Port et la mer. Place de stationnement très pratique. Seul petit reproche les nuisances sonores dû au passage des différents services de voirie et de livraison et ce dès cinq heures du matin

Die Wohnung ist schön. Vor allem die Terrasse und deren Aussicht hatten es uns angetan. Wir waren 3 Wochen in Bandol, bei herrlichem Wetter und haben die Terrasse viel genutzt. Die Lage ist toll, alle Läden und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Trotzdem gebe ich dieser Wohnung nur 3 Sterne, denn die Küche ist sehr, sehr einfach eingerichtet. Der alte, nur halb funktionierende Gasherd sollte zwar bald ausgewechselt werden, hat uns Bernard versichert, aber auch sonst müsste es in dieser Küche eine Gesamtrenovation geben. Das grosse Problem, war die Garage. Es gibt nicht genug Platz, damit 2 Autos ein und ausfahren können, denn der Mitinhaber hat einen grösseren Wagen, als auf dem Foto. Hinzu kommt, dass der Herr SEHR unhöflich ist und man jedesmal riesige Diskussionen mit ihm hat, wenn er sein Auto etwas verstellen muss. Ganz grosses Lob an Bernard der sehr nett und hilfsbereit ist. Er antwortet auch immer sofort, wenn man ihm schreibt oder telefoniert. Merci Bernard!!!

Fantastic location

We went to Bandol for a sailing event and the apartment was perfect for our needs. Easy walking distance to the Societe Nautique yet still had the buzz of a great little town. Facilities and equipment perfect with lots of space. Air conditioning a bonus.

Appartement fort agréable, vue sur le port et à côté des commerces ; marché quotidien. Cure de poissons frais et dégustation de vins de Bandol (le rouge est à découvrir !). Merci encore à Mme Silvy B. pour son accueil, sa convivialité et son amabilité et merci au propriétaire, les échanges par mail furent plus que conviviaux.

Our first stay in Bandol proved to be really good.

My wife enjoys a combination of new and old places when we holiday. We booked later than usual but were able to find an apartment that met our needs. The booking process worked smoothly and the lady who was the owner's representative was great, as was her son as well. The accommodation was bigger than the two of us needed but that was not a problem. Part of the reason for choosing this apartment was because of the balcony which turned out to be great for my wife as she loves the sun. We would recommend this flat which had everything we needed and we would also recommend Bandol because of its location, its wine, its restaurants and it very friendly people.

J'ai séjourné plusieurs semaines dans ce duplex, de 2014 à 2017, sans et avec enfants (2). Une vue sur mer à couper le souffle dès le réveil, une pièce à vivre lumineuse au possible donnant sur la tropézienne vue mer sans aucun vis à vis. L'appartement est idéalement placé dans une rue piétonne située à 50 mètres du port. Le garage permet de se garer facilement, puis de tout faire à pied: tous commerces dont 2 petits casino, une trentaine de restaurants, balade sur le port, cinéma, parc pour enfants, roller parc, la superbe plage de Rénécros ou le sentier du littoral vers Saint Cyr, tout est à 5 minutes... Bref, convient parfaitement pour un séjour en amoureux ou en famille !
