Beautiful and homey
This condo is beautiful with everything that you could need for a visit. It was very clean and updated. We walked to the restaurant for dinner along the water and it was just beautiful. It’s a lovely setting and a great and convenient location. Kim was wonderful to deal with and responded quickly to any questions. We will definitely stay here again.

The unit is a ground floor end unit which minimizes stairs and noise. The lake view is nice for watching sunsets. Unit is clean and well maintained.

This was our selection for our annual Girls Week trip. The accommodations were absolutely perfect. Everyone was extremely comfortable lounging in the living room, playing games at the dining room table, as well as getting a good night’s sleep. Everything functioned perfectly and anything we needed was close by. Perfect accommodations!

Everything was great. Perhaps I misinterpreted the amenity listing I was positive I saw that there would be a travel crib which is how it was listed under amenities and a grill. No grill was a disappointment - no crib was a problem.

We four (60 years and older) sisters loved our getaway on Lake Norman! The condo was exactly as described! It was very clean, well stocked and located within a wonderful community.We would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing Condo
My husband and I recently stayed at the condo for a 2nd time. It is such a relaxing, quiet place to enjoy! We had friends of ours over for dinner on the patio and there was plenty of room for us to sit back and enjoy the view of Lake Norman. I'm sure we will be back again!

A quiet, relaxing week
We enjoyed the stay and especially liked the quiet, friendly neighborhood and the outdoor patio area of our unit. Our boys, however, were disappointed that there was not a good place to fish or put in kayaks. In hindsight, we probably should have researched that better. The unit was clean and the kitchen very well equipped, although some updating could be done. The property manager was excellent and very responsive to our texts.

The is a great 3 bedroom condo with lake views of LKN, and easy access to Charlotte. Loved the place, great patio by the lake and had everything we needed. Host Kim was very accessible, definitely would stay here again!

We used to live in New York and New England before moving to the Lake Norman area in 2004. It is a perfect location for year-round living or a vacation get-away. The warm weather attracted us to the area, and now the rest of our northern family loves to visit us here. There is always something to do, but it is also a great place to unwind & relax when you need to.

Why they chose this property

The lakefront condo is an ideal spot to enjoy the lake and all it offers -- while also being only 20 minutes from Charlotte and major sporting events. Even closer to shopping (outlets) and local colleges. It is also less than an hour to wineries, and hiking (which we still love to do!). We live 10 minutes away from the condo so are always available.
