Lovely home in beautiful, peaceful setting. Super clean and thoughtfully equipped. Wi-Fi worked great for us, which we greatly appreciated. Only wished we could have stayed and explored the area longer than the few days we had there.

Fantastic stay in the hills. Exceptional host
The house is cozy and very well equipped. It is less than 30 minutes from Lucca with an easy drive or train. The host has thought of everything you could need. The backyard is a haven. Borgo a Mozzano has all the necessities.

Very sweet house with old charme
Beautiful house, seems newly renovated without loosing its old charme. big half sun/half shadow garden, sunny roof top terace (also perfect for a glass of winwee in the evening). Borgo a Mozzano is a very beatuiful village and is connected well by train to Lucca and from there to Pisa. Cristina and Franco were very nice and welcoming. Highly recommend a visit here.

Zauberhafte Gegend und wunderschön Unterkunft
Unser Urlaub in der Toskana konnte nicht schöner sein. Eine zauberhafte Gegend in der wir Wandern, Rad fahren konnten und Kultur erleben durften. Die Unterkunft ließ für uns keine Wünsche offen. Ein geschmack- und liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus mit allem, was man braucht und einem wunderschönen Garten. Und wenn etwas fehlte waren Cristina und ihr Vater ansprechbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Der Weg zum Haus ist sehr schmal, aber mit unserem VW Passat war das gut zu machen. Alles in allem haben wir eine tolle Zeit verlebt! S.+Th. Körner aus Dortmund

Wunderschöner Garten
Bei der großen Hitze war die Lage außerhalb des Dorfes genau richtig. Urlaub mitten im Grünen. Der Garten ist ein kleiner Park! Das Haus ist liebevoll dekoriert. Im Ort kurz vor dem Bahnhof gibt es einen Wasserspender. Man wird zum Haus begleitet und bekommt eine ausführliche Einführung und schöne Verabschiedung. In der Garfagnana sind nicht so viele Touristen, was wir schön fanden. Man kann so viel unterschiedliches machen: relaxen, wandern, Lucca und das Umland anschauen, an den Strand fahren. 2 Wochen waren zu kurz. Eine sehr gute Unterkunft und Vermieter.

Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben, wohl gefühlt, mit einer sehr komfortablen und sauberen Wohnung mit einem sehr schönen Garten und Terasse mit Blick in die Bergwelt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und immer ansprechbar. Das Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt absolut.Jederzeit wieder eine willkommene Adresse für eine abwechlsungsreiche Erkundung der Umgebung.

De accommodatie was prima, goed schoongemaakt, rustig gelegen met veel privacy. De gastvrouw is erg vriendelijk en betrokken bij een goed verblijf van haar gasten. Deze accommodatie is erg aan te raden.

Schöne Unterkunft
Die Unterkunft liegt schön, allerdings ist die Anfahrt bis zur Unterkunft eher beschwerlich, da die Einfahrt und letzten 500 Meter so eng sind, dass wir uns gegen diese Ferienwohnung entschieden haben. Der Vermieter war aber sehr nett und wir haben die Kosten erstattet bekommen.

Alles goed voor elkaar
Alles klopt gewoon, dat betekent dus ook een hele smalle rostachtige steile toegangsroute: prima met een fiat panda, maar minder geschikt voor onze Tesla Y. Dicht bij Lucca, wat natuurlijk echt heel relaxed is (leuker dan Florence).

Einfach grandios !
Herzlich bedanken möchten wir uns für zwei Wochen Urlaub im Casa del Sole. Es war eine wunderbare Zeit in einem sehr gehaglichen Haus mit erholsamem Garten. Es fehlte an nichts. Ein besonderer Dank gilt Franco für den freundlichen Empfang und die vielen herrlichen Früchte aus seinem Garten, die wir genießen durften. Kleinod der Ruhe
Sehr stimmiges kleines Häuschen zum verlieben. Absolut ruhig und in einer atemberaubenden natürlichen Kulisse in den grünen Bergen der Nord Toskana gelegen. Die Landschaft lädt ein Flora und Fauna zu erkunden. Innen sehr stimmungsvoll mit der liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, lässt an Ausstattung nichts vermissen. Zentraler Ort ist die Küche, um die toskanischen Kostbarkeiten und Leckereien zuzubereiten, zum großen Glück mit einem Gasherd. Sehr gepflegter Garten. Hier kann man die Seele baumeln lassen und komplett entspannen. Außerordentlich nett und zuvorkommend sind Cristina und Franco als Gastgeber zu nennen. Unsere beiden Hunde haben Garten und umgebende Natur sehr genossen. Kleine Anmerkung: die Zufahrt ist typisch italienisch, aber auch mit großem Auto kein Problem, und wer hier etwas vermisst, ist vermutlich einfach zu verwöhnt. Danke das wir das Häuschen zwei Wochen unser eigen nennen durften. Es grüßt herzlich Anuschka & Andreas mit Nala & Farah.

We hebben een aangenaam verblijf gehad met vooral veel kalmte en rust. Toch, ondanks alle positieve ervaring, enkele suggesties voor verbetering. Enkele kussens voor de ligstoelen zouden het comfort in de tuin ten goede komen. De wifi op terras valt voortdurend uit, als er al verbinding is. Kan dit versterkt worden?

Le calme des environs est vraiment agréable. La maison est certe au calme mais il est possible d'aller jusqu'à pise ou Florence. Les propriétaires sont très aimables.

Wonderful Piece of Heaven
Tranquil, Peaceful, Beautiful. Birds singing, beautiful views. Slow down. Quaint town for all of your needs. Close to train station for local travels. A little tricky to get up the narrow long driveway/road. Arrive at day time!! Excellent care from Franco and Cristina. Being here brought boyhood memories back again. Would love to return!!!

Petite maison dans le carfagnana
On ne peut rajouter des éloges aux éloges précédentes . Maison confortable où rien de manque mieux que les photos car le canapé a été changé , Des hôtes charmants et disponibles , une Toscane montagneuse que nous ne connaissions pas, avec des chevreuils le matin ou le soir dans le jardin ! Sehr schönes Ferienhaus
Das Ferienhaus ist absolut zu empfehlen für Leute, die Ruhe suchen. Es ist etwas schwierig zu finden, aber der sehr freundliche Vermieter hat uns den schmalen Weg (nur wenige Zentimeter breiter als unser Auto) entlang geführt. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet, die Küche gut ausgestattet. Der schattige Garten war besonders für unseren Hund sehr schön (nicht eingezäunt). Sehr hilfreich waren die Fliegengitter im ganzen Haus, da es sehr viele Mücken dort gab. Sehr ruhig gelegen, nur wenige Nachbarn. Das Haus empfehlen wir sehr gerne weiter.

Beautiful place
We were met by Cristina’s father who showed us to the property, such a kind man! He showed us where the local supermarket was too. Check in was really thorough and easy and the house was beautiful. We wished we could have stayed longer! Would highly recommend this little gem!
