Bella struttura, peccato per la rumorosità
Come evidenziato anche da altri ospiti, questa bella porzione di casa è molto comoda a Procchio e marina di Campo, spiagge facilmente raggiungibili (in auto) in pochi minuti. Purtroppo, però, questa abitazione si trova sulla strada di maggior traffico dell'isola, ed anche se si trova a 20 metri (giardino privato fronte casa), il traffico si sente eccome. Di notte, se le temperature lo permettono, dormendo con le finestre chiuse il rumore è attutito notevolmente. Per ilresto, due comode stanze ed uno studio permettono ad una famiglia di quattro persone di accomodarsi perfettamente. La cucina è ben attrezzata e pulita. Comodo anche il bagno esterno. Terrazza dove mangiare che abbiamo ampliamente sfruttato.

Appartamento pulito, grazioso e con tutto il necessario per trascorrere una vacanza in famiglia. Situato in un punto strategico per raggiungere, in auto, le migliori spiagge dell'isola. Consigliato.

Great location
It’s a cute spot in an easy access location to get around the island. The neighbors were a bit noisy at times, and we would have benefited from another fan, but overall, it was a good stay for our family of four.

Familienurlaub Erdgeschosswohnung mit Terrasse
Die Wohnung insbesondere die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man zum Kochen für die Familie benötigt. Die Vermieterin ist per WhatsApp sehr gut erreichbar und antwortet bei Fragen oder Problemen prompt und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung liegt an Ortsrand von Proccio an der Verbindungsstraße von Norden nach Süden, so dass man schnell die Inselseite wechseln kann. Da die Wohnung eben an dieser Straße liegt und die Terrasse zur Straße ausgerichtet ist muss man sich auf Verkehrslärm einstellen. Da wir die ersten Gäste im Jahr waren und es viel geregnet hat, war die Wohnung einige Tage etwas muffig - das hat sich aber mit der Zeit gelegt.

Bei der Beschreibung hieß es:0,6km zum Strand.Es waren 2km. Der Hauptgrund für die Buchung war die Nähe zum Strand. Luftlinie 100m eine Kartbahn mit Disco,Luftlinie 1km Flughafen. Direkt an der Hauptstr. Der Nachbar hat um 22 Uhr Rasen gemäht.Die Einfahrt zum Garten ist sehr eng

Una settimana sull'isola
Abbiamo scelto questa bella casetta per passare una settimana all'Elba. Tutto era come da annuncio e la comunicazione con la proprietaria è stata eccellente. La casa è veramente super accessoriata e non manca niente, nemmeno due comode biciclette. La vicinanza alla strada con conseguente rumore delle auto in effetti c'è ma a luglio non abbiamo sofferto molto per questo aspetto. In breve un'ottima sistemazione ad un ottimo prezzo!

Un piacevole riposo all’Elba
Ho soggiornato nella casa di Isabella per una settimana insieme a 3 amiche. Siamo state molto bene, la casa è perfetta per quattro persone, Il terrazzino è stato il luogo perfetto per le cene a casa e per le colazioni, il bagno “in più” esterno si è rivelato utilissimo. La strada un po’ trafficata di fronte casa non ha dato problemi, al contrario delle opinioni di altri ospiti ma purtroppo non essendo presente un marciapiede o una fascia “sicura” ai margini non ce la siamo sentita di spostarci a piedi o in bici per raggiungere Procchio, che disterebbe una decina di minuti in bicicletta. Per il resto la casa è molto accogliente e le procedure di check in e check out sono state eccellenti, grazie all’aiuto di un’amica della signora Isabella. Siamo state molto bene!

Vacanza a Procchio
Porzione di villetta veramente carina con giardino molto spazioso ed entrata indipendente ..posizione strategica per raggiungere le spiaggie più belle dell'isola. La proprietaria Isabella ogni qualvolta l'abbiamo contattata è stata sempre disponibile. Consigliatissima, sicuramente esperienza da ripetere.

Un buon soggiorno
Risponde pienamente alle aspettative. Contrariamente a quanto evidenziato da altre recensioni, il rumore del traffico sulla strada vicina non era fastidioso, soprattutto nelle camere da letto.

Funzionale e pulita ma troppo vicino alla strada che, soprattutto ad agosto, e' molto trafficata!
Casetta ben tenuta e dotata di tutto il necessario in ottima posizione per visitare l'intera isola ma troppo a ridosso della statale quindi, per i nostri gusti, non ottimale per il riposo e la tranquillita', soprattutto ad agosto quando il traffico e la quantita' di auto supera quasi quelle del centro di Milano!!!! Non la valurei per questo mese se non come appoggio...consigliata per chi entra tardi la sera ed esce presto al mattino! Degna di nota la disponibilita' della proprieta' nonche' della sig.ra di riferimento per qualunque necessita': gentili e decisamente a modo, meritano la migliore delle recensioni! Isola d' Elba...molto bella...ma non ad agosto!!! Troppa gente e poco spazio x tutti!!!!

Gute Lage, Strände gut erreichbar
Buchung und Empfang erfolgte problemlos, sehr netter Kontakt. Auch Verspätung bei Ankunft war kein Problem. Wohnung liegt direkt an der Hauptstraße zwischen der Nord- und Südküste. Küste deshalb sehr schnell erreichbar, ebenso der nahe gelegene Monte Capanne. Optimale Lage des Ortes auf der Insel, um von dort aus alles Mögliche zu unternehmen. Tagsüber viel Verkehr, nachts jedoch kein Problem. Flughafen gleich in der Nähe, war aber um diese Reisezeit nicht störend, da kaum Flugzeuge flogen. Haus ist sehr hellhörig, weshalb man leider viel von den Nachbarn mitbekommt. Wohnung ist nur durchschnittlich eingerichtet, aber sauber. Toilettenspülung ist sehr laut (nachts ein Problem). Lage der Wohnung für Sommer gut, da Ostseite des Gebäudes. Parkplatz direkt auf dem Grundstück, Eingangstor ist abschließbar.

Agréable mais bruyante
La maison est bien équipée, agréable avec le jardin mais très bruyante avec la route très passagère. En plus on est obligé de laisser le portail ouvert pour rentrer et sortir à cause du passage incessant des voitures. Sinon c'est une belle location.

Très agréable !
Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans ce gite. Il est parfaitement adapté pour 2 couples, avec ses deux chambres à lits doubles. Il dispose de tout l'équipement nécessaire, et nous avons bien profité du jardin et du barbecue. Il est également très bien situé pour explorer tous les côtés de l'ile. En résumé, d'excellentes vacances sur l'ile d'Elbe!

Una vacanza davvero confortevole!
La casa è accogliente e rispondente alla descrizione, fornita di tutto il necessario e molto pulita. Inoltre la gentilezza e disponibilità della proprietaria e della signora che l'aiuta ci hanno consentito di sentirci come a casa nostra e di goderci la vacanza e l'isola, che merita di essere visitata qualora non l'abbiate già fatto. This holiday house has a very convenient location for easy access to all the interesting places of the island of Elba is exactly in the center of the island and not far from two of the most beautiful sandy beaches of the island of Elba: Procchio beach and the beach of Marina di Campo.
Very near there is the bus stop that during the summer is also the bus stop for the sea.
You park your car comfortably in the shade of the trees of the garden.
