Would definitely stay here again!

This place was perfect! Clean property, guard on duty in parking lot, room was right outside the elevators (never heard any noise from them), the condo was updated and beautifully decorated and had a fantastic view! Loved watching the boats come in and out of the pass each day. Property manager was easy to communicate with and the condo was exactly as described. We hope to stay here again and would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Summer Vacay

This condo was beautiful with a great view of the ocean. Everything was just like the pictures posted and can tell it's been recently renovated. It was in a great location that was close to everything without the heavy traffic. I definitely recommend and will look to book here again on our next trip.

Beautiful 10th floor condo. Balcony view is lovely. Elevator is right out front door. King bed mattress was a little hard for comfort but that's preference. Easy parking. Very nice clean complex. Indoor pool is amazing.

Parking - no problem, staff support- great, nice to have luggage handling equipment, interaction with owner was on-line, but no problem; everything was furnished except food. Wonderful view, clean, well-maintained, newly remodeled with care. I would definitely stay here again. Best part- no problems!

Great trip

My family had a great time in Orange Beach. The Phoenix VII had so many amenities, indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, gym, racquetball, tennis, and basketball courts. The beach was beautiful! The unit was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful View and Condo

We had a wonderful vacation and love this condo! This is our second time staying at this condo unit, and hope to stay again. The host did a fantastic job making sure everything was ready and our arrival and check-in were smooth. This 1 bedroom 1 bath unit is perfect for my wife and me. The view from the balcony is amazing, we love to sit out and enjoy the view, especially in the early mornings and at night. The condo was very clean and decorated so nice. It is a very relaxing environment. The kitchen had everything we needed. We used the washer and dryer for towels, which was convenient. One very important thing to us is comfortable sleeping, and we found this king-size bed super comfortable, and we slept so well. The pool is really large, with a separate kiddie pool next to it. Once you pass the pool, you are headed down a boardwalk toward the beach. You can rent chairs and umbrellas, but we opted to take our own and locate them wherever we wanted to. We also like the location of this condo; it is within minutes of some of the best restaurants in the area, some of which you could walk to if you wanted to. Overall, we had a wonderful stay in this condo and look forward to many trips back to Orange Beach!

Short and sweet trip!

Owner was great to work with! It was just my daughter and I and this was a perfect place to stay. Easy to get in and out, close to restaurants and shops. Very clean and great right on the beach. We had an awesome time.

Great view

I was really impressed with the view and cleanliness. The listing was exactly as stated and the view was amazing from both directions. There was plenty of room for 3 of us in the condo. There is hardly any waiting for the elevators and you are close to everything. If you need ice go to the basement and get it at the machine. There are also places to buy ice at machines for $2. I wouldn’t use ice from the person before me anyways so why bother with ice maker? The pool was plenty big for the size of this place. Plus the indoor pool was great when the weather was not. Kathy was great to respond when I had questions. This was the first condo I have stayed in that you only have to take out the trash. That was really awesome even though we still cleaned up our mess and washed dishes. All condos only supply you with starter paper items so pack accordingly. We will stay again.

I read a lot of the reviews about this property. I feel this condo is most appropriate for a smaller group. We are 2 adults. We did not use the pull out couch, but the couch itself was nice and comfortable. The king bed is very comfortable. The kitchen was spacious and had all we needed. The unobstructed view of the Gulf is amazing and the beach access is very easy to use, with rinse stations.

Perfect For A Girl's Beach Trip

This condo had everything we needed for our Annual Girl's Beach trip, beautifully decorated, awesome beach location and very clean. This was our first trip to Orange Beach and Kathy's condo was absolutely perfect. We hope to make this our permanent destination.

The room was cute and had a beach feel. It had a convenient walkway right to the beach. I wish I had known to bring our own toilet paper and washing detergent. The dryer was loud and the tub drained slowly but everything else was great.

Over priced

To be honest it was a nice condo, just not really worth the price per night. I’ve stayed at hotels for less money with better amenities. It sounds petty but staying there for 4 nights and having 1 roll of toilet paper? I know the property owners want to minimize costs but really? I spend one night at a hotel and at least they have 2 rolls. We needed to wash the dishes before we left, which is fine but don’t try to watch TV while you’re doing it because the dishwasher is old and very noisy. We also washed some clothes and the dryer is as old if not older. There is a bearing out that makes the drum extremely loud. It needs repairs at the very least and more likely replacement. There was a review about the ice maker not working. Well after some looking behind the refrigerator I found out why the ice maker doesn’t work. It’s because there is no water line running to the freezer. I guess not a deal breaker but to be charged those prices it’d be nice to have. If the owner doesn’t want to run a water line then why not take the ice maker out of the freezer? There was also only one blanket in the condo., that was on the bed. We pulled out the sofa bed to try and use it because my wife has a snoring problem….me. We didn’t find any other blankets in the condo other than 2 flimsy 4x5 thin “blankets” Ali g with the miss-matched sheets for the sofa bed. I’d be careful if you rent the condo and plan to use that to “sleep 4” because that was one of the most uncomfortable sofa sleepers I’ve ever slept on. There is a bar across it that makes it extremely uncomfortable. You’d be better off not using it at all. Please don’t get me wrong, it was a nice condo, just not worth the price per night we paid for it. Would I rent it again? Yes, but not at those prices and it probably wouldn’t be available to me after this truthful review.

Amazing View from and Amazing Condo!

We had an absolutely amazing experience in Orange Beach! Kathy was a great host and soooo patient with me, when I had difficulty booking. The pictures do not do the condo justice, so cute and charming! I've stayed at Phoenix properties before but what I love about Kathy's place is her attention to detail. Like she leaves soap for her guests - pump soap - not a cheap little bar. She even leaves soap and bodywash for guests, in case you forget. Those little things make her property 1 step above the rest in my book, because she remembers what you may forget! We also checked in around 11pm our first night and it was soooo easy! Got our parking pass from the front desk and went straight to the room. No delay, no problems and no getting up early with worries about that parking pass or getting towed. The views of course are spectacular and the unit was spotless clean. Can't say enough, will definitely be back. Thanks Kathy!

The only complaint was the weather so nothing Vrbo could do anything about. People definitely need to bring beach towels, extra toilet paper, and not enough bath towels for us to shower each day.

Stayed on the 10th floor facing the beach so the view was great. Condo was clean, building was nice, and restaurants within a short drive. The parking was steep, $55 for two nights. I'm not sure how they price it for longer stays, but check into it if you're on a budget. It was very nice though, and I would stay again for a weekend or 3 days.

New kitchen with granite countertops and new cabinets . All new appliances, beds and living room furniture. It's absolutely gorgeous.

Why they chose this property

Phoenix VII is close to everything including the Florabama, fine dining, boating, and the Foley Express. It is a newer property with a lovely entrance and needless to say-- the most BEAUTIFUL BEACH!!!

What makes this property unique

Sit outside on the balcony with brand new Polywood furniture and watch the dolphins play in the morning or in the evening watch the sun set with a glass of wine. It just doesn't get any better!!
